This is a nice place to live. I found the apartment neat and clean, the move-in process was also very smooth. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. A nice place to live for students or professionals. The gym is also well equipped and the staffs are very helpful.

Nice, quiet area. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. All maintenance requests were handled very quickly! Being able to pay rent, get parking pass and make maintenance requests online is great

I very much enjoy living at Vairo Village. The staff is wonderful,they are friendly, respectful,kind,thoughtful and always accessible. It is a quiet and friendly community. I have recommended Vairo Village to family members.

I had an emergency in my last apartment then I taked to Vairo Village about moving in one of there apartment instead of the ...'s apartment. And they were very welcome. In fact I called them when at the time of their closing hour. They worked really hard to make me move immediately in the same day. I love the experience here in Vairo village. Every thing is new and clean. I moved a lot in 3 years but I've never seen place clean and new like this in state College. Love it.

I just recently moved in..seems like a nice area. The gym facility seems alright. Public transport stops are very close. Community management staff seemed friendly and responsive. Could be an option for those starting out in schools nearby.

I was looking for a studio at State College. I found it from Berger's rental communities. One of the important things is to fixed electrical and gas with $935 per month. If you are looking for a studio, it is could be a solution way.

The grounds are really beautiful and a huge step up from my previous apartment in downtown. Now I wake up to the sound of birds and seeing trees and nature through my windows instead of by fire trucks and alarms. It seems very calming and peaceful.

Community is good. Facilities and amenities are better compared to other communities considering rent. However, it's a little bit expensive for one bedroom apartment. For 2 or 3 bedroom apartment, I will recommend vairo for anyone. The only problem is that, staffs aren't responsive in email communication. You have to call them if you have urgency.

Good so far, no real issues. The appearance of buildings could be a little clearer and garbage cleared from dump more often but aside from that there aren't any major problems with the complex and I have been ok so far

Vairo Village is great value for money, especially with the larger units that include a washer and dryer. Parking is convenient and the staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. The community is quiet.

Apartments are in good condition, cheap and it's a great community to live in. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. This is a great place to live, I have very much enjoyed my time living here

Quiet, private, and great location. Pet-friendly, plenty of hiking, and convenience all around. For the area it's affordable and most of the neighbors are professional students or work force. I'm happy here.

The place is quiet and well maintained. The staffs are helpful and the maintenance response is prompt. The location makes it easier to access all the necessary facilities. I would highly recommend other people to consider moving here.

It's a great community to be a part of. I needed to find a place to live quick due to a new job. The office staff was on top of everything to make sure I got approved in a reasonable amount of time.

Nice and quiet place far from the downtown bustle. Rustic but cosy apartments. Good quality and quick maintenance service. Polite staff. Well connected by bus routes. Would recommend to newcomers and old-timers at State College alike.

I've heard about Vairo village from a friend, and when I came to see the place I was impressed. It fits exactly what I need in regards of space, it's near the bus station, clean, safe, and the staff were very friendly.

Vairo Village is a convenient place to live, close to shopping and work. The office staff and maintenance workers are very friendly and address any problem that comes up for me. I would recommend Vairo Village to anybody looking for an apartment in the State College area.

Vairo Village is a great apartment complex. The apartments are great and the location is nice and away from the busy downtown area without being isolated. The staff at Vairo are lovely and incredibly helpful! They are quick to answer any questions and go above and beyond to make sure you have your needs met. This is also the only complex I know in State College that has such pet-friendly policies.

Vairo Village is a calm, quiet community that is great for professionals, families, and students. Maintenance is professional, the grounds are well kept, and the apartments are bright, sunny, and clean. It's pet friendly and close to campus and other amenities in town!

Vairo village has been a great living experience so far. This is the first place I've lived at on my own. I have no reason to leave for now and would recommend to someone who is looking to live in an area that is close to most things in State College.

Overall we have enjoyed our experience in Vairo, this part of town is quiet and close to parks and walking trails which we love. It is also close to everything we need and the highway so it's been ideal. The apartments are nice given how affordable they are. While the buildings are older so there can be issues related to that, maintenance always come quickly to resolve problems.

Poor. It takes several months for responses to emails, and if you get a reply they tend to not follow through. One particular issue I had regarding scheduling an appointment for an inspection (rather than them entering my home unannounced as I have a pet) started on March 9th and took until April 19th to be resolved. Two unanswered emails, two answered with no follow up, two in person conversations with no appointment made, and one appointment maintenance missed. I doubt that is malicious, honestly, but it's that or extreme mismanagement in their office. Neither looks great for a company that handles your security deposit, can tank your credit, and simply has a direct impact on your living experience.

I love my upgraded Apartment with brand new appliances including washer/dryer making laundry so much more convenient. The amenities are awesome Especially with everything being included and the grounds are beautiful. Quiet, convenient, peaceful place to live.
