The neighbors that I have become accuainted with seem very nice. I am happy that I was able to bring my pets. Happy that there are not many dogs around when I walk my dog as he is just getting used to our new environment.

I relocated to Vairo Village apartments in State College from Ohio due to job change. I visited Vairo Village when I came for my interview. The office staff was very informative, showed me one of the available units, clubhouse, pool, and fitness center. Since I am in 60's and State College is a college town, I was concerned that this may not be the place for me. However, it has worked out very well. I have a nice ,quiet, comfortable apartment which is close to the laundry room and only 5 minutes from work. I am very happy that I selected Vairo Village apartments!

The community has been nice to live in as a young professional. Its not too noisy and the staff works hard to make sure the property and community is a comfortable place to live, and the valet trash service has been a great amenity.

So far it's been a good experience. Some minor inconveniences and a few random times that we had to pay money for things we were told we didn't have to. Other than that we enjoy our apartment for the price that it is, and the community is very laid back and nice.

Fairly quiet environment. Decent neighbors who are considerate of other residents. Helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Facilities maintained and reported issues rectified promptly, and mostly satisfactorily.

For the short time I been here the office employees have been very helpful and very pleasant every time I needed help and information. I'm very pleased so far with living in this community and hope so for the future!

My apartment was clean upon move-in. Very quiet, nice community. Lots of amenities. Plenty of parking. Neighbors are very friendly. Any issues are promptly and quickly addressed. A short drive to shopping/stores/food and Penn State campus.

So far its been great. Just moved in so i dont have much else to say. Staff was great. Helped me with my questions that needed answered. Hoping to meet some friends. The area is quiet which is what ive been wanting in an apartment.

Overall, it has been good. But the apartments aren't soundproof. Even if you are on the second floor, simple walking can make lots of noise, which would be unpleasant to downstairs people. Also, the old units need to be properly renovated. This includes not only changing carpets, cabinets, bathtub,... but more importantly, changing the floor woods and make it sturdy and solid.

Vairo Village is a great apartment complex! I enjoy the home-like feel of the community and the staff is always quick to address any issues we may have. The amenities are always very clean and in proper working order. While we had problems when we first moved in, the new maintenance staff are very nice and have done well with the few maintenance issue we have experienced. Overall, I have had a much better experience here than other student living complexes for much more affordable rent!

Everything has been handled correctly, fast, and professionally. The communication here is fantastic and the property is gorgeous. The amenities are always clean and any issues are communicated immediately. Overall, I'm so happy to live here

Living here Is pretty chill, my only complaint is they should definitely replace the HVAC though it's very loud. Other than that I really like living here. Any other complaints are out of the apartment complexes control, such as loud neighbors. Which is very dependent on the time of the year and who lives by you.

The apartments are large enough and super quiet. The neighbors we've met are all very nice, there doesn't seem to be any college kids who have wild parties. Just the quiet ones. Plenty of parking is nice and the pool is beautiful

Great for the cost! Amenities are nice and clean. I loved having an in unit washer/dryer in my specific unit. The grounds are clean and nice. Balconies are also a nice bonus. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well which is nice. Even the maintenance was helpful. Some units are unrenovated and have weird issues which is the only negative I've experienced so far!

The community is nice, clean and quiet. It's a beautiful property. You get more spacing in these apartments compared to other apartments and at a reasonable price. Maintenance is typically quick with problem.

Relatively affordable. Small-ish rooms but decently well maintained. The one main downside is that the roofs and walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor if their TV is turned on real loud or if their dogs are barking. The facilities (gym / pool / laundry / lounge) are pretty good. Bus stops are very close by. Staffs are fairly helpful though most of my contacts were made around move-in time so they were quite busy and took some time to sort out the tasks that needed to be done. Overall good rentals for college students.

The house was clean and organized all the house equipment are working perfectly fine. There was lot of bad paint job around the house that was messing up the outlets and the smoke detector. They look like they about to come off at any moment. But overall it's a good apartment

The apartment was really clean when I moved in. The staff was welcoming and kind and immediately put me at ease. I felt like they really prepared for my move in. I even received complimentary bus passes.

Living this community has been great! Everyone that I have met has been very friendly. The community is quiet which is exactly what I wanted. All staff members are very helpful and respond quickly to any request. Overall I am very happy living here.

I'm new to this community but so far everything has been okay. The office staff is nice. I will say however to keep in mind that this is a college town and this particular property reflects student living to some extent. Overall, it's decent.

Moving in was smooth and staff were very helpful on giving me information about my unit prior to move in. Although we had some issues with our air conditioning it seemed as if staff took the issue just as seriously as us which made us feel comfortable and heard. Overall a good place to live thus far.

The office staff are friendly. Move-in process is fast and convenient. They've used new carpet for the entire house when I moved in. However, it's weird that the machine room is located in the bedroom, which causes noise when the air conditioning is on.
