It has been a wonderful experience here! Everyone is super friendly! The amenities are awesome! I feel safe staying here because the community is so well lit at night. It's a beautiful apartment complex.

Since going to the leasing office to tour the community, staff had gone out of their way to make me feel more than at home. That level of care and commitment is not an easy find in a college town. Every interaction has been kind, growing, and while professional, it was personable too.

Very good service and nice apartments. Rooms are very big and very spacious. Staff gives quick reply and fast services. Very comfortable place to live. Near to Walmart and bus stop. 15 min drive to college.

We would like to thank Whitney, she helped us to set up all the documents and provided all the information we need to know before moving in since we came from Seattle WA and it was not an easy trip. People and the staffs in the community are friendly and helpful! The facilities of this community are excellent. We appreciate living here.

Close to campus, nice walking area by the corn field. Close to a lot of restaurants, stores and downtown. Nice pool, workout room and amenities. Located along the CATA route and very accessible. Also very close to Walmart and grocery shopping centers.

Only been here a short time but so far it's been quite pleasant and the leasing staff is always very active and fast to respond to emails and questions, everything was explained to us when we moved in and great detail.

Helpful and caring office staff. They are very considerate and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. The apartments are very airy and spacious. The response for work orders are very prompt and that is the best thing!

The apartments have good views surrounded by trees and good landscaping. Amenities which are included are also good the gym superseded how I thought it would be. The pool that is included as a bonus that was very nice having our specific apartment with a balcony also came as an advantage for entertaining grilling or going outdoors during the summer time. The kitchen has a very nice gas range stove with a gas oven fully refurbished kitchen with dark brown cabinets and chrome appliances.

The apartments at Vairo Village feel homey and comfortable. A lot of the apartments around the area feel cold and lifeless and I find this place refreshing. The employees at the office are all very kind people and help with anything you need. Personally I had a lot of events go on with my living situation and they all did their best to help me get through it with ease. The community feels like a nice escape from town because of the nature around. It is very close to a ton of restaurants and shopping, but it still feels secluded. I have honestly enjoyed my experience at Vairo Village very much thanks to all of the reasons above.

Everything has been great! It does not feel like an apartment it is home. It is quiet and has beautiful landscaping, mature trees and the maintenance and office staff are very accommodating . The neighbors are nice and the staff hosts events, like pizza parties etc... The pool is clean and the gym is a bonus!

Everyone seems nice and very welcoming. Staff is extremely polite and friendly. The move in process wasn't terrible and I got all the information I needed at the leasing office. Overall I good place and nice people!

We only just moved in, but so far the amenities seem nice like pool, gym, etc. Also good for public transit and parks for dogs. However, we were told that we were getting a newly renovated apartment, but the apartment doesn't seem very new. Besides that we have a washer/dryer in unit it seems like they just cleaned an older apartment and called it "newly renovated"

Some things are not taken care of such as: trash around the community dumpster (I guess the trash people will not take trash around the dumpster), upstairs neighbors being inconsiderate with leaving trash on their porch on days that valet doesn't take it so birds end up throwing their trash all over the shared porch. For new renters moving in, the apartment will not be perfect. You have to tell maintenance to fix a lot a things such as holes in floors, holes in walls (where bugs can come in), towel rod falling off the wall, AC not working, bracket for shelving missing, and yourshower head coming out of the wall. If you are patient they will take care of everything but they should take money off of rent because we had to live miserable for a few weeks.

The pictures showed the newer apartments and I got one that looked nothing like those pictured. The virtual tour showed a bigger bathroom. The unit was not cleaned properly. Example, sinks dirty. Cobwebs in space between cabinets and wall which was about 6 inches wide and 20 inches deep

Had a number of issues at first, but maintenance came and fixed everything in a timely manner. We are first time renters, so we were pretty nervous at first but everyone has been very helpful, maintenance responds in timely manners

Very welcoming and nice. Everything is clean and quiet, the neighbors we've met are very kind. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part but are very cordial in passing. It's very close to stores and that makes it even more convenient.

Management has been prompt to respond and has made living here very frictionless. There haven't been any significant problems but for the minor maintenance issues that came up, maintenance was prompt and effective in their response.

Great management. Very prompt service when calling with questions or concerns. Landscaping is well kept and the snow removal in winter was good. Would be interested in having our unit updated as I have seen other units are very nice while our appliances and cabinets are worn and outdated.

The community is good and safe. The Staff responds promptly when needed. We feel safe during night time as it is well lighted. The apartment is a bit old but we are satisfied as the maintenance responds and fixed things right away.

Very good service and on time. Facility always responds very fast and easy to deal with. The rental office staff is friendly and kind. Rent increase every year is always a problem, but the rental office staff can negotiate and reach a reasonable increase depending on the inflation.
