Vairo Village is a nice and quiet place to live in. The maintenance services are super speedy. and the management is all good. In my 3 years of loving experience, I never faced any delays in the response for a maintenance request which I believe is the best in state college comparing other housing schemes.

We recently moved into the apartment and we are very satisfied. The space is perfect and was very clean when we moved in. Maintenance staff was very helpful as well. When we submitted a maintenance request, it was asked that the company alert us upon arrival due to our cat. They gave us a phone call letting us know that maintenance was on the way so that we could put our cat away.

It is a very comfortable place to live in. It has so many different amenities and they keep renovating them so they are always clean and pretty. It is very accessible and the apartments are great. Very easy process to move in

My experience so far has been great at Vairo Village. The staff are super helpful, and I feel like I can ask anyone a question and they would do everything in their power to answer even if they don't know the answer at that moment. They respond to problems fast and I love that they don't require you to have a roommate here!

The location is great for graduate students at Penn State. Vairo is very quiet and is surrounded by nature, so you get a nice sense of peace. Plenty of parking and in general it's a low stress living environment.

Just moved in. The community is clean and the apartment was newly renovated and appliances were all in good condition. Highly satisfied with the unit. The amenities on site like pool and gym are well maintained and the community is well connected to campus with public transportation.

Overall it's been fine. It is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Just wish there were not so many fees. The newer office staff is better and more diligent than the old staff. I think possibly give those long time residents mire incentives or specials on rent to keep people here longer than the students.

Everything was clean. Perfect staff was extremely nice and helpful. Very quick in the whole lease agreements and signing portals very user-friendly. I feel very safe and secure. The community is very quiet and very much well kept.

Honestly, I know that the business is directed at students and I HATE that, but overall it is quiet here and I love the staff and the quick response to anything that goes wrong. Would highly recommend this place.

I have enjoyed my time so far in Vairo Village-- the apartment sizes are nice, the maintenance is super fast and effective, the staff is very friendly, and the wifi is fast enough. I also really enjoy the free bus pass, and regularly use the bike trail to main campus nearby.

Just moved in from across the country. The folks in the leasing office were helpful and answered any questions I had, making this big move easy. Studio apartment (400 sq. ft. junior) was clean and looked like the images in the gallery and was later out as the floor plan stated.

Great! It is nice and calm amd clean. Property maintainance stuffs are really good and quick. I love how they solve any problem very quickly. The neighbourhood is also nice. The rent is not over expensive. Overall, great!

I went to visit this community because I was looking for studios or one bedroom one bedroom apartments. I still would like to live In this area. It looks very clean and organized. And the people were very nice starting from the ladies at the office from the community in general.

(1) Extremely nice personnel, (2) Quick resolution of your application. Other landlords will take weeks and sometimes even month just to deny your application, during application process they might just ignore you. But here, it is completely different story.

I enjoy the wooded setting, having my own washer/dryer in unit and the response from maintenance is always efficient! The property is close to Walmart, med express, restaurants and adult beverage stores :)

Good overall. Nice and safe. Pretty. Good trails nearby. Maintenance is prompt and my apartment is spacious. No issues with bugs beyond what would be normal and expected for a ground level unit. No complaints.
