We could not have had a better experience visiting Vairo Village. All of our questions were answered, most without us even having to ask them. The manager was authentic and knowledgeable. We didn't feel rushed and she listened to our individual needs and adapted the tour.

I have enjoyed the last year at my apartment at Vairo Village. Staff has been very helpful anytime that we have needed them. We have two dogs who have welcomed maintenance staff who have entered our apartment to complete replacement of smoke alarms and everyone has been friendly and welcoming.

Great amenities at a reasonable low package price including WiFi, CATA bus pass, and a gym. The layout of the apartments is nice, one or single. Full kitchen and bath. It's a very nice space regardless of the square footage (1 or 2 bedroom). Really wonderful staff. Great deal on parking since it is included and guests can be registered online.

Moving into Vairo Village was a smooth process. Olivia in the leasing office was very communicative and had all the materials ready to go the morning we moved in. When submitting the move-in checklist, we got a same day response from the leasing office asking if we wanted to replace anything that we had marked as document. Really pleased thus far with this community.

It was a mix of good and bad, pretty much like all properties in the State College area. I stayed here a long time and didn't have any major problems. However the rent went up quite quickly over the last few years and the apartment isn't worth the cost anymore

It is always been great living here. There's just a few things I would change but nothing too horrible the valet service thing that's junk and put back the cable and the electricity on our rent bill not have anything separate.

I love living here. Maintenance are always there, and alwaya reply to calls really quickly. I feel like the area is really nice and always clean. The bus routes are also pretty good, even with just the V bus when VE is not there.

My experience was positive. I made an appointment online on the website. We showed up and even though the office closed at 1pm she stated that she still wanted to give us a tour. She made sure to show us everything. She was so kind and friendly. She made me feel very secure and less worried about finding a place to live for the next lease cycle. She made sure to write down the date my lease ends and stated she will find a lease that ends near then. She made sure to work with me and showed me everything!

It's alright. i have an apartment to myself which is nice but the apartment is filled with mold, leaky windows, my hot water turns off once a week, and the electrical is messed up. not worth the price.

The people at Bergers are so friendly and helpful. Genuinely. I am so happy I found Bergers community and made it my home. They are true to their word, with their motto being "Renting shouldn't be difficult" as they each focus on making sure when you're renting here, they all seem to genuinely care about each individuals needs and experience. Whenever I talk to someone here, it feels relaxed and friendly, which I appreciate so much more than many uptight/ can't be bothered and professionally far removed customer service attitudes you see many other places. When I need help, I get help. Even when I'm just passing by the office I am treated friendly. It's safe, comfortable, and welcoming here and that's everything when you're looking for your home.

This facility is very nice! I've never had a problem with bad neighbors and staff are really prompt with returning calls and managing concerns. The units are clean and generally well taken care of. Miles above other apartment complexes in the area. I wish there were security cameras though- a car smashed my door in the parking lot but there wasn't any footage of who did it. Park benches outside in the green areas would be nice, too!

Living here has been great so far! Vairo has great amenities and services. For example, this past week we had a lot of snow and the driveways were plowed promptly. We moved here in August and have no complaints to far. Our unit is clean and very nice!

I'm living here for more than six months & I found it a very safe and comfortable place to live in.
