Overall the experience has been fine. Nothing has stood out to me as exceptional service. I have had multiple issues with the valet trash service, contacting the office can be frustrating at times, and there is a $3 fee to have guests park overnight (despite the towing company never coming by to tow cars). Otherwise it's just an apartment, nothing more and nothing less.

Vairo hasn't given me any issues since I've lived here, and the front office staff are so sweet (shoutout Annie). Plus there's always free coffee and snacks that are always restocked. Overall I give Vairo two thumbs up!

As a single parent with a special needs child Vairo village has always been very accommodating. Staff has always understood my needs and requests. Maintenance feels like that uncle that knows how to do everything and cares how you've been. Real sense of community for a family like mine. I'm grateful!

The application process was very easy, especially as someone who has never lived on their own. Everything went efficiently. The employers are very helpful. It's a beautiful location next to parks and trails and close to conveniences.

Coming up on 6th year at Vairo Village as it's incredibly close to work and to campus, it's been an amazing time and the quality of the maintenance team is spectacular, as well as the incredibly courteous leasing office!

My apartment has in unit laundry and a nice kitchen. The staff is prompt, kind, and patient when assisting with issues from small maintenance requests to trying to figure out last minute lease issues. Additionally, the provided bus pass is a life saver.

The possibility of a free ticket, the availability of a fitness room and coworking space, as well as polite staff, but it's a shame that they don't familiarize you with the houses or rooms before check-in.

The maintenance is very fast and thorough and communicate well. When I submitted a maintenance ticket, within a few hours I was told my ticket was assigned to someone and they had messaged me letting me know they were in progress working on the issue.

I moved this community 15 days ago in a 3-bed/2-bath apartment. Overall, it is nice community to live and a safer place for individuals and families. Especially, the place is very calm! The only problem is accessing common laundry with a cart (not connecting with all buildings).

The leasing coordinate at this apartment complex was very professional. It also seemed to be the only one among several neighboring apartment complexes that offered studios and 1b1b apartments for single-family residents. The only downside was that it was a bit far from supermarkets like Walmart and other grocery stores, making walking distance a bit arduous. Since it's not directly off a main road, the neighborhood is very quiet. I have high safety concerns, so I'll have to take a closer look.

The front desk staff was very helpful with getting maintenance involved quickly. The maintenance staff were also very kind when they came to fix the issue. The bus pass is a nice perk. Make sure to be willing to spend extra on electricity though!

I love living here. I enjoy the amenities like the pool and clubhouse. My unit also has a washer dryer and dishwasher which are very convenient. I also think the grounds are very well kept and beautiful. I've always had a great experience with the office staff and maintenance people.

The first few months that I was here, I had to good time with everything but now I have an upstairs neighbor that is making my the floor squeak, 24/7. Just today I was woken up from my sleep so in past experiences. I loved living here but now I'm thinking of switching apartments.

Noise has improved, at times neighbors can still be disruptive. Grounds are decent and walkable, but there has been a high amount of animal droppings in the grass which makes it unappealing when visually passing an area. Pool area is always great in the summer, gym is always great and convenient with it's 24 hour access being a great bonus. BBQ and Firepit area have been a great addition and get a lot of use.

Community seems to be great. But, additional fees for students might affect living in Vairo Village. Be more transparent about what is included and need to be paid additionally on the website will help be helpful for the future residents and the staff as well. Also, the layout of the apartment is a bit hard to understand, inconvinient and inefficient. Such as stairs that have carpet to enter the 2nd-floor apartment. Giant HVAC unit inside of the closet. It takes so much space that I can't put clothes properly with hanger.

The community is alright, not too loud, I would have appreciated if the apartment was better cleaned up before I arrived so I didn't have to put in so many maintenance requests and make phone calls to get things fixed up. Otherwise, the staff is extremely friendly and nice to talk to.

Office is super nice and responsive when you call. Sometimes, it can take a bit to get an answer via email but the staff is super helpful and will answer all your questions no matter how silly they may seem.

Be conscious of the difference between renovated and classic apartments, and make sure you walk through an apartment that matches the one you plan to rent. If they don't mention it to you, ask! I was not aware of this difference, and it led to disappointment when I moved in. The staff was very kind and friendly, but not the best at communicating. It is best to talk to them in-person; I rarely could get a hold of someone over the phone or via email (promptly). Also, be aware that their resident portal is not the best. It doesn't always show the correct amount due and the move-in inspection form is hard to use and susceptible to crashing.
