So far everything from general community to individual attitudes have been pleasant. Moving in was a breeze, particularly because I was relocating from a different state because of job. Community staff were responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible. The amenities and access to neighboring resources (food, grocery stores, hospital, highway, bank, and university) are convenient as well.

Vairo is a quite good place to stay as a student. It is close to the Walmart and the CATA bus is convenient to travel. The vairo resident office is quite active to solve any issues we had in the past one year.

It was a great move in experience. People here are friendly. The maintainance team was professional and very polite and did the job perfectly. The leasing office is very helpful, we needed an immediate lease, they did their best for us to sign the lease as soon as possible.

The apartment was clean and in working order when I moved in, and there was plenty of space for the price I rented it at. The clubhouse, gym, and pool are also clean and enjoyable to use, and there is plenty of parking spaces.

I have lived in Toftrees for two years. It was awesome except for the house rent. Our company approved to have a contractor with them during my stay, but the rent get ridiculously higher in this two year, and then the next person from our company can not make a contract with them any more. Therefore, we decided to rent Vairo Village for next person. That of increasement of house rent makes people annoying in very near future. You should be aware in this matter.

The apartment is nice and easy to access. I live in a studio and it is spacious and quiet. If you live on the ground floor, the upstairs neighbors can be heard due to the design of the building, but it is tolerable. The community is quiet and has access to a walking trail and bus system

I rent the premium one bedroom apartment, it is quite spacious for its size, and all of the space is useable! The one issue I did have, is in the moving process. I wasn't able to truly see my apartment until the day of the move, and it is a bit of a walk to get into my apartment. The only issue I truly had was there was no way to bring the U-Haul closer to my apartment, meaning due to the heat we had to hire movers for that day. It is a nice area though, very quiet and peaceful! Yesterday it rained pretty bad, and the outside was getting pretty wet and flooding a bit, but nothing got into my house! Which is very good! Everything works as expected and I'm excited to live here!

There are very nice and friendly. I feel very welcome. The house is nice, although i rarely made contact with anyone but it is a nice place to live in. Their lounge is a very nice place to hangout or get some work done. The pool is great during the summer, and they have recently installed a barbecue grill area, which i enjoyed using it. There's also a fire pit, which i think would be great during the winter.

Vairo village is great! I love the pool, atmosphere, and friendliness of the staff. Leasing office gals are nice and maintenance does a heck of a good job every time! The only thing that's not great are the bugs in the summer. Other than that, all great things here.

I've really enjoyed living at Vairo Village Apartments. The unit is spacious and well-maintained. The community amenities like the fitness center, pool, and study lounge are great, and the staff is responsive. It's also super convenient being close to Penn State and having a CATA bus stop right outside. I moved here originally because I could no longer live with the roommate that I currently had at the time. He was driving me crazy. Moving here was easy and simple. The alternate deposit was very helpful since I didn't have a lot of money saved up at the time. The people that work in the office here are very friendly and helpful. When you have questions maintenance is very quick to respond and it is a very quiet and peaceful area to live which is also within a 10-minute walk from my job so it ended up being perfect
