It's fine, though the valet living service isn't great. We've had many days where we've met the expectations of the valet living requirements and they haven't collected on time or even at all. It's disappointing to pay for a feature that isn't kept up.

this community is very warm and welcoming. the amenities are complete and perfect, whenever there's a maintenance problem their staff are quick with it. one time, my neighbor had a problem with their toilet and the maintenance worker worked until it gets fixed without putting it off for later which is admirable.

The partially-renovated studio units are in decent condition, though be aware that some units do not include a built-in dishwasher. I noticed small holes and dents in my unit's closet door, and you'll need to keep track of a good number of keys to access your unit, the clubhouse, your mailbox, and your CATA bus pass. The hallways could also use a long vacuum. Noise shouldn't be too much of a problem from neighbors. 8/10, it's good quality for your money nonetheless.

Overall really impressed with the quality of this community and the management team that runs it. From the start, staff were very friendly and helpful when I was purchasing the apartment, and remained so even after the fact. Furthermore, they have been suprisingly quick and diligent with handling maintenance requests and groundskeeping, which leaves little if anything to worry about as a resident.

Overall good area to be in. There are some loud neighbors and others who don't pick up their dog's feces. Sometimes trash left out by neighbors that animals can get into during the warmer months.Other than that, pretty nice place to live.

Great place to make home. The super professional team looked after us so well. Everything was smooth and stress-free including contracting process, move-in and maintenance. Community managers and team at Vairo village has been so incredibly helpful. I was stuck in a lease at another apartment complex where I was living with a dangerous and unstable roommate who was also not paying her rent. The team helped me work out a transfer so I could get somewhere safe asap. The most important thing for me was to get somewhere I could feel comfortable and safe and Vairo's team went above and beyond to help me. So thankful and excited to live here.

Good place for living, pretty chill but you can find so many insects if you live on the ground floor. It is quiet, maintenance and staff are great, very helpful and reply to any concerns immediately. I would recommend living in vairo.

We've only been here for two weeks now, but it's been very nice so far! The apartment is a little small for the price, but it's clean and comfortable, without much noise pollution through the walls/floors. The community aspect is one of the largest reasons we chose Vairo Village, so it's nice to have so many amenities included.
