Generally, I feel satisfied when finding rent. It's quite difficult to find house from remote countries. Anyway, they help me finding affordable apartment for our family. One thing is necessary when doing video tour: entrance view, access from parking lot and noise from the road, direction.

I really like live in Vairo Village. I like the apartment itself. The staff always so nice with tenants. I always had my requests solved on time. The club house is with swimming pool and gym its nice. The gym is not that big but is enough to workout. The swimming pool its very nice. The laundry area has enough washer and dryer machines, I never had to wait to do my laundry but we decided to request a washer/dryer in the apartment; yes you will have this possibility.

I love living here. My experience has been awesome. I love that the community is quiet, beautiful and very close to shopping malls for convenience. The rent is not expensive for the kind of comfort I get.

Kind people, listens to their residents. They are timely, don't mess around, and clearly answer questions about things that can sometimes have blurred lines. They also recently put in a dog park, which, for somebody who is recovering from hip surgery, is extremely helpful.

The management property and all of the maintenance people are super friendly and nice. Whenever you put in a maintenance request, they are so prompt and get to you as soon as they can and they are super neat and clean about it.

The community is a very nice place to live as it is majority college students and younger families. It is quiet for the most part with some minor neighbor disturbances but those have been taken care of. The only thing that has frustrated me with vairo is how they handled my mice situation. They had pest control come assess the building on 11/16 but when I voiced concern that I am still getting mice after this I was dismissed by the office woman and told they will come back 2 weeks later. This isn't an ideal living situation as it is making me uncomfortable and it was frustrating how they handled it as I pay $1350/month I would expect immediate help.

Apartment is comfortable in layout and has great light. However, it was not fully cleaned when I moved in and the office has refused to address the issue or follow up with me unless I have reach out. Overall, it's fine in a pinch, but overpriced for how poorly maintained the apartment and building are.

Ongoing maintenance issues, cheaply-built apartments, breed-specific restrictions for dogs, semi-constant and loud construction work (one time in particular, we were not even notified by management that the sidewalk, which is the only access to our home was going to be jackhammered early in the morning. We woke up to the loud noises, construction equipment, and no safe entry or exit from our home. This is still an ongoing issue, and the new concrete has not even been poured yet. It's dangerous and unsafe). I wouldn't recommend moving into this community. Fees are high, even for services like the trash valet, which isn't optional. Even if you elect not to use services like the gym, pool, or trash valet, you still pay hundreds of dollars for them.

I tell all of my friends, do not move here. The buildings are so old, I can hear my downstairs neighbor cough, and smell the food they cook, basically feels like I'm living with a roommate but I am paying money to live by myself. If I knew this was how it was going to be, I would have happily stayed with my old roommates that I didn't really get along with. The apartment company doesn't address issues properly and has terrible communication skills at times. I didn't even want to renew my lease here, but there was miscommunication and I ended up having to live here another year. I called leaving a noise complaint and never got a response back. I can hear my downstairs neighbor stir their tea, open a bottle, play music, AND TALK! I can hear them talking so clearly, but it isn't their fault because the walls and floors are so so thin. The building is so old and they do not do anything to remedy how old it is. My stairs creak so loudly and I complained about it to maintenance, to which they said that wasn't even the loudest they heard so it wasn't a concern to them. I was tricked by how cheap it appears to be, but all I can say is that don't allow that to convince you to come here. It is much better to find a unfurnished apartment somewhere else and get furniture from Facebook Marketplace to save money then to live here.

It's a pretty quiet place, but the maintenance always breaks the peace and quietness in here. Especially during the constructions. Some staff played loud music and shouted out loud during the construction periods, which made the noises even worse. Many people here are students, and they need time to work or study at home. The unstopping noises during construction periods severely disturbed the lives of the residents.

The facilities are usually clean and I like the flat rate that I pay for my unit that includes the utilities, but for the size of the apartment and maintenance issues I encounter, it feels a bit pricey. I also do not have a need for most of the facilities at the complex, such as the pool and clubhouse, so I don't like that I have to pay for that access as it is included in my lease. I understand that that is often the case with many apartment complexes, but it's an ongoing frustration I have.
