The move-in process was great. All the appliances worked and looked clean. Parking spaces were easy to come by and the amenities are good quality. Overall, it is a nice place to live and, so far, no issues with any of the basic necessities.

This please is a GREAT place to rent and such an amazing community and it's super safe and the apartments are clean and upgraded. It's very easy to get to places, it's in a great area and it comes with a pool and a gym and it's very helpful to live a healthy lifestyle. I love it here.

My previous interaction with your maintenance team was less than satisfactory. On their last visit, they arrived unannounced, despite our initial request for advance notice. When we expressed our inability to grant them access at that moment, the response we received was disheartening, with the technician stating, "I don't care." After this, we suggested they return in an hour to complete the repair, but unfortunately, they never returned, and the request was falsely marked as "completed" when the issue remained unresolved.

This place is pretty nice. The studio is big enough for two people to live together. The quality of maintenance was good. The clubhouse and public laundry room is a bit far from our place, but it is manageable.

I recently moved to Vairo and have loved it. The charm, convenience, and sense of belonging of this amazing town captured me from the time I arrived. From the beautiful common areas to the meticulously crafted interiors of each apartment, pride in building this environment is obvious everywhere. In units, mine was a sanctuary. The arrangement was big and efficient, maximizing every inch. The well-chosen color palette and high-quality finishes and fittings created a useful and attractive space. I felt like I could customize it. Vairo's resident contentment is a highlight. The management and personnel go above and beyond to meet all demands quickly. I feel appreciated and respected as a resident since the courteous personnel handles maintenance issues quickly and is always available. The amenities are another highlight of this house. The state-of-the-art exercise center, attractive pool, and cozy community lounge have something for everyone. These attractively constructed places generate a sense of community among residents, making it easier to connect and make friends with neighbors. Finally, my time at Vairo Village has been amazing. The meticulous attention to detail, top-notch amenities, and great staff provide an unmatched living experience. This apartment is perfect for those who want elegance, comfort, and community. It's a lifestyle, not simply an apartment.

Rough at first. Apartment had staffing turnover which made communication awful. Almost rented us a unit that wasn't fit to live in even though we were told it was fine. The new staff were so helpful and showed us a new place that was nice and accommodated us as best as they could

The area is fairly quiet and peaceful. Turnover is often but to be expected from the area. The maintenance men are fantastic. Once they receive a work order it was addressed as soon as it could be scheduled. Usually withing 24 hours or less. Occupants are of all ages and ethnic backgrounds and are usually pleasant. Pet friendly is a plus but there is that monthly fee which adds up quickly if you have 2 pets.

While there is a lot of move-in flexibility, lease options and the ability to transfer is great. The quality of the renovations were quite poor and a lot of the design choices used such as, air conditioner in bedroom, or the shelves in closet are too close meaning clothes can't hang properly are extremely inconvenient. The staff is very friendly however and are willing to listen to the complaints I have and work with me to help fix them.

I love the close proximity to parks, restaurants, transportation hubs, bars, entertainment, and supermarkets. We also like that our area has a lot of amenities such as a pool, gym, basketball court, tennis court, laundry facility, recreational area, and bbq pits for entertainment. There's ample parking space and valet trash is available.

I think the biggest plus here is the stellar maintanence team, they are absolutely fantastic in my experience. They respond quickly, are helpful, patient, informative, and will go out of their way to make sure your issues are addressed. The place isn't perfect though, The older buildings have some potential problems to be aware of, and the front desk staff have a mix of some really amazing and some not so great people to work with. I have at least twice now had the front desk make a mistake, and instead of owning up to it, frame their response as if it was my fault. The mistakes were very minor, though, and I never had the feeling that I was intentionally being taken advantage of. Overall I'm happy to be living here, one of the better state college options.
