I like this tucked away property because of its location but also it's accessibility to downtown. Staff is willing to help & the 24hr maintenance personnel is definitely an asset. It's also quite with mature trees.

It's been a very nice home for our family. It's what we were looking for at the time. We were a one car family at the time. It was combiner that we had bus passes. Our daughters work was only right up the road Wegmans. The pool is the BEST feature, in my opinion. Beautiful and clear.

The apartment is really nice. The transportation is convenient. Cara bus stopped just in front of my apartment. Besides, maintenance team is great. They dealt with the working order really fast. Nice apartment!

I really love Vairo village. I have lived off campus 3 years at state college collective, the experience is very bad. I ended up move here. The move in date is flexible. The office staffs are very nice. The maintenance team respond and show up extremely quick. It is wonderful experience in this community.

Very good experience so far! We love the apartment. Our neighbors are friendly and it is a super quiet area. The laundromat is outrageously expensive, but besides that it has been a great experience. We would recommend living here if you're looking to move to the area.

I loved the apartment and the maintenance is very good and fast fixing the problems. The apartament if great for me. I recommend living here. The bus is included in my rent, as gas, light and internet and I think this is amazing, because I always pay for the same price

Great place to live. Pet friendly. Quick responses to issues within the apartment with maintenance. Very nice area and neighbors. Easily accessible to downtown in about ten minutes. Stores are located nearby.

Multiple contact for service to fix issues in the house including stains broken chairs couches broken blind covers and a very bad oder from previous residence. I asked for a fix on the cover of the blind to my balcony and found that one of the blinds was broken and thag pathway of it was crooked.

I enjoy the complex very much. While I live in one of the apartments that's on the smaller side of the variety, I do still feel like I have an adequate amount of room and my neighbors are all friendly so far. Besides the air conditioner, the apartment is quiet and a decent price for living so close to the college.

I have been living at Vairo Village for a week and am enjoying my time so far. It is quiet/safe, the pool area is nice and doesn't seem to ever be overly crowded and the gym is sufficient enough. Internet and cable are included in the amenity fee (though beware that the cable package does not include HD, which is somewhat shocking in the year 2022). There is ample parking at all times of day. I moved into a renovated apartment with a very nice new kitchen including all stainless steel appliances. My apartment is plenty spacious. My biggest complaints about the inside of the apartment are just a few very poor design flaws. In the bathroom the light fixtures hang so low down onto the mirror that I have to bend over significantly to even see my face! For reference, I am a pretty average height (6'0") for a man. The light switch in the bathroom is hidden under the towel rack. Not all cable and internet jacks work in the apartment and good luck getting your lights on any switches (the electrical outlet set-up is the strangest I've ever seen in 12 years of renting five different apartments). The outside of the units could use a refresh. For example, there is a wooden rail coming down the steps to my apartment that is literally rotting away. Overall, despite some minor gripes, Vairo Village is a fantastic location with solid amenties and an extremely helpful/friendly staff in the leasing office and a very responsive maintenance team. Would recommend to a friend.

Overall, the apartment looks old and the equipment too. The fridge is noisy, the washer head has weird noise, one socket does not provide electricity, and one cabinet is just broken... Most importantly, I am disappointed that the real room has a completely different floorplan than the one showed on official website. Besides, I can clearly hear the sounds of upstairs residents, even they are just walking around.

The apartment I rented was a renovated studio, and it highly exceeded my expectations! The staff get back to you quickly and are so kind. The area itself is very green, perfect for pets and walks and the amenities are very updated

I just moved in a few days ago. The moving in process was a struggle, because the apartment is located on the rear side of the building, and there is no way to drive up to it, though I noticed people driving on the grass to get closer to the apartments on the back side. The apartment was clean when I moved in, everything seems to be intact. The bed included in the furnished option is comfortable. All the appliances work fine. Overall, I would give the whole move-in process and the 2-day experience of living here so far a 3,5/4 out of 5.

To my surprise, the apartment is not actually 'furnished 'according to the promise made during my in-person meeting with office staff. I felt betrayed and went to the office today morning to inquire about it, but I didn't receive any positive explanation or solutions. So far, overall, it's a very unpleasant experience for me.

I just moved into Vairo Village this summer and it's been wonderful. I'm so happy to have a washer and dryer in unit as well as a dishwasher! The office staff and maintenance are both so nice and helpful! I really appreciate the bus pass and internet included in our amenity fee. The gym and pool are very nice too. A great find in State College!

Functional, not fancy. As long as you're not looking for high-end details, this apartment will meet your needs. The community is situated in a quiet area against a bit of forest, so it's quite peaceful here. The balcony on a second-floor unit is fairly spacious and would be a great place to relax?as long as a view of the neighbors and the frequent invasion of cigarette smoke won't bother you. At least the friendly office staff, great amenities, and proximity to public transportation are all excellent perks.

Its an affordable option in state college. Easily accessible through cata bus. Maintenance is fast. The downside is that there are no proper sidewalks connecting phase 3 with other 2 phases & you have to walk on the road to access the office & community facilities.
