Great area to live in! Very quiet area. Maintenance is always prompt. The staff are always ready to help whenever you need it. Rent usually increases a little each year, but it's worth it! Great price for the amount of square footage.

I think my experience in VV is good. It will be nice if there is a washing machine in our apartment. And one of my roomates often feel it is noisy in his bedroom.These are only two things that we hope to solve.

Overall I do not mind living here, but the management is not flexible at all. I recently switched to a new bank and my rent payment on the portal was rejected twice. Even though I've never missed a payment in 5 years, I was made to pay a $150 fee. This is even when I was calling them repeatably checking on the status. Charging a $50 returned check fee when it was electronic is laughable. On top of that is a 10% late fee, which was $100. There is no loyalty from management at all. Every other company lets you make 1 mistake in a year, not vairo village. They do not seem to care about customer retention, which is sad. I really wish the manager would have more empathy.

Staff was Extremely knowledgeable about location and what was available and able to answer all questions asked about the property and leasing. They also were able to promptly fix any issues on move in day.

Berger employs multiple rent seeking strategies to elicit more money from their residents. From forcing tenants to have Valet Trash for an additional fee despite trash being included in the contract to charging the same amount for a door unlock as to get a new key. Add in a mandatory $300 for access to the gym, pool, and on a very rare occasion offering a few free taco's and pizza with last minute notifications to avoid actually using much of that for the residents and you have an Apartment Community that in no way lives up to advertisements and arguably borders on predatory.

Not a very big fan. The maintenance at this place is slow and a lot of thing here need repaired. They also replace things with cheap parts so reoccurring issues always come up. For example the laundry facility had been close for a couple weeks and they have yet to fix it

I was just moved in several days ago. I will live here for about one year. This is the first time for me to live in USA. When I looking for apartment, the staffs here are very friendly to me when I cantact with them. That make me comfortable.

I think the room is clean and well maintained, especially the kitchen and the bathroom. The window of my room pointed to the south, so there is enough sunshine when a day without rain. The noise of the air conditioning is a bit higher, but affordable for me.

So far everything has been wonderful. I have felt very welcomed, the staff made sure that my needs for moving were met and they did so with professionalism and kindness, they communicate quickly and effectively about any news and requests that I have made. I have felt very welcome right away and like my transition process into living in the community has been very smooth.

The leasing staff is great to work with. They are friendly and prompt with answers. Any maintenance issues we've had have been responded to quickly and resolved within the same day. I love that the community has events for tenants and the amenities within the community are clean and easy to access.

We took the apartment as is.Several things were not working they were fixed and a few were replaced.Maintenance was fast and did the job.The after hours was great.Entire staff so far A plus.I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Very friendly staff who are competent and were able to answer every question that I had. Stellar maintenance in that when something needed fixed, they were at the apartment within 24 hours. Overall a great place to live.

So far its location, cleanliness, ease of parking pass for family and friends, availability, assistance and friendliness of office staff, valet trash, cleanliness of apartment, and no bugs! Accessability to CATA bus, walmart, dollar tree and club house.

Paint jobs are poorly executed. Paint on doors and cabinets where they shouldn't be. Friendly staff. I got a lot of misinformation. I was told that my 2 bedroom apartment came with two keys and two parking passes. At check in I was only given one of each and had to pay $50 for an extra key. I was told there were no fees for using air bnb but the website says that the Lesee receives 25%.

Nice location, especially for shopping, and right on one of the busier bus routes headed to down town. The management and maintenance team are also great. I also really like the use of space in my apartment, and the standard wifi is more than adequately fast for streaming etc.

So far so good! Move in was very easy. I enjoyed the service and the friendly way I was greeted by the front desk. Maintenance is prompt and responsive. There is always parking available and my neighbors are friendly.

Staff is very nice and helpful, although some of the policies Bergers implements make little to no sense- as in $1400 upfront fees which are supposed to go towards the first months rent (not pro-rated); and is then explained as "just like an extra move in fee". The newer buildings are nice but all others are overpriced for the quality. The walls are exceptionally thin, so expect noise even though it's in a quiet area.

Very Large apartment complex with a great community of mature adults. The office is very friendly. I moved from Louisiana and it was a very smooth transition. When I got here my keys and lease were ready for me to pick up and go. When I put in maintenance request they are done by the next day.

Moving into a new place is incredibly stressful, especially when planning on renting a single apartment. I searched high and low and finally came across vairo for its convenience and competitive price. I've had nothing but a positive experience with the staff and leasing department. Every single question I've had has been answered as a first time renter. The facilities are also lovely, especially the pool in the summer time. My single apartment is incredibly spacious and was very well kept- and if you did the maintenance team takes care of it so quickly! Overall, a lovely place to live.

Nearby Bus stops and walmart in close proximity was one of my reasons to choose Vairo Village. Many options to choose from, transfer flexibility and organized leasing office with maintenance crew was another reason behind my choice.I just moved in, and I am satisfied with overall conditions. Will understand better with time.

So far it has been good. The people working here are very nice and attentive. I just recently moved in, but I can say that the people working there are extremely friendly. They even had pizza for residents in the lounge area one day.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. Staff was very helpful and nice. When i first moved in there were a few minor issues upon arrival. However, after i went to the office to speak to an employee, they got the problem solved within an hour or two tops, which was impressive when considering the volume of people within the community!

I have just moved in but so far the community is nicer here than in downtown state college. Probably because less parties happen around vairo and less college students tend to want to take such a far commute from staye college
