So far I have loved everything here! The staff is very friendly and usually quick to reply to my questions. Maintenance does good work and the community is very nice and close in proximity to most things in town.

Service requests are usually very prompt which is important . It is clean and quiet. The only thing I don't like is that all of the apartments don't have laundry inside . Also why the need for such wide steps? I have to step twice in each step.

My experience with the consultant was great. Very professional and always ready to make sure that you are very comfortable and satisfied before, during and after moving into your new home @Vairo. 100 percent recommended! The Vairo experience is worthwhile one to have.

The staff is very kind and respectful. But the apt property management is dragging out the problems with my apartment. Nothing has been fixed and the problems still exist. They have only done a quick fix to slow the problem and not solve the problem.

The apartment is very nice, the grounds are well kept. If I put in a service request it was resolved quickly. The community is very quiet and university is quite accessible as are shopping opportunities.

I had a good experience here. The staff are kind and respectful and easy to talk to. Any maintenance issues are usually quickly and easily handled. This is a quiet community, great for undergrads who like a peaceful and quiet home environment. There are multiple bus lines that run to campus. Great for grad students. Far enough from campus, but not too far. There is a trail shortcut to campus that makes it a 10-15 minute bike ride. Overall, satisfied with Vairo Village. I recommend.

Very helpful office stuff! Clean and organized area, easy transportation from the apartments. Spacious well planned apartment design was really appealing to me and made my decision easy! The only complain is no lights/fan in the bedrooms! Have to use lamps pretty much every where. Other than that, an excellent place to live in!

I previously lived in a different apartment at Vairo Village, and it was much lower quality than this one, even though the price is the same. Definitely look before you buy, as the variation in quality is quite extreme. However, the community in general is good and the maintenance staff are great.

Love the community, haven't always had the greatest experience with the staff though. The staff comes across as rude and condescending. Anytime you question a charge on your bill they are very short with you and rude

At Vairo Village the apartments are spacious, there is plenty of closet space, and it's nice to have a pool and fitness center. However, it is quite run down and the actual apartments are much more worn than the display apartment they show you on the tour. The community is quiet for the most part, but you're able to hear every step the person living above you takes. Because the apartments are so worn, a lot of maintenance needs to be done. In just 6 months I've put in at least 6 maintenance requests. Luckily the maintenance staff responds quickly and is easy to work with.

Rent increases without notification, Gas Fee insanely high, sound-proof sucks, water shut down kind of often. House is not bad, but laundry room could be far away, and less washer and dryer than needed.

I really enjoyed my time at Vairo Village. Though my apartment (410 square foot studio) was small, the staff were friendly, but sometimes they would have trainings that caused them to close the office early (as early as 10:30) with very little warning. Additionally, there was not a method on the portal (at least not that I could find) to communicate directly with the staff to file things like noise complaints. It should be noted that I was only a resident for 4 months due to a change in my career plan. I would have stayed put if my career let me.

Apartment is nice. Good for 3 people and the price is really affordable. The office is constantly in contact letting you know if there are any schedule changes in trash pick up or where to park. Maintenance is usually quick to address a request

The structural quality of the apartment is poor for the price that is being paid (I.e., squeaky floors, water leaks, noisy HVAC unit). I would suggest that if you are renting a 1BR/1BA that you DO NOT use Vairo because the unit makes horribly loud noises when the AC is on (heat is fine). The leasing agents will say it is as loud as a ceiling fan and that it only occurs when the AC starts up. What they do not tell you is that it sounds like a wrench is caught in there and that the AC starts up at any time, including the middle of the night. Maintenance has been prompt at responding to problems, however for bigger issues such as bad water pipes they are only able to put on bandaids.

I've lived in this apartment for almost one year, but lived in other apartment in Vairo for other 3 years. It has been a great experience so far. The personnel is always very courteous. Is easy to take public transportation. We are close to many different stores. One of the best places in town to live definitively!

It is a nice community that is pet friendly. It is quiet and convenient. It is close to downtown with buses running on a regular schedule. It is less than half of a mile to Wal-Mart, which makes for easy errands.

This is a really nice complex. I just recently moved in but the office was very helpful and answered all my questions at the very beginning. The apartment itself was very clean when we first moved in as well.

The apartment is large and has all new appliances. We love the trash pickup and the amenities Vairo has. Although it was a lot of money up front (holding fee and security deposit), I like that the holding fee goes towards first months rent. I also love the fact that I can do laundry then walk right over to the gym without leaving the building complex. Everyone was very nice and accommodating to our needs and I look forward to staying here!

It has been really good. The prices are reasonable, the area is quiet and suitable for graduate students and bus to campus is regular from multiple stops nearby. Furthermore, the clubhouse and gym has many amenities which make life easy for residents.
