She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. a okay place

a good place for the price. thebl unit she should us look great but the parking lot was dirty with trash all over. but tou cant stop piwple from been lazy. the layout of the unit was good. the bedrooms are in good size. wish they had laundry hookups in side the unit.

Horrible

Multiple stray cats outside my building to the point that they are breeding and as soon you go outside you get covered in fleas from them. Went to the office and was told that its not their problem. That we have to be the ones to contact animals control.o Pest control always skip my apartment. And because of this I have a bug problem. And if that is not bad enough I have black mold in my bathroom that just gets worst. I went to the office to ask for a new unit to move too and was told we didnt put in enough maintenance requests about the black mold and that we have to be on time with rent for half a year. I have two kids I can’t have them in that bathroom with that mold. We and my wife are talking about breaking are lease because their not doing anything about these problems and were not the only ones with these problems. I want to stay here but I have say this Do not rent from here at all. I might call the board of health at this point. Something has to be done.

This place is horrible

I have start a petition for Brook pines if you live here or stay here in the last year and have had unanswered maintenance request or uncomplicated work orders I have a lawyer who is helping me to get someone out here including the news people I have 38 signatures of current residence and 19 people who mover out in the last year signature so if you need help with to get out of the lease or recover some of the money that you came out of pocket with and you have receipts and proof like I do then please email Ms Denis haze at she will and can help you

I Was Never Happy Here

The Staff Is Very Snobby And They Lie. I Wanted To Pay My Rent She Claimed She Wanted To Take $150 Off But What She Was Really Doing Was Delaying Adding More Money To My Rent There Are Also Spiders And Roaches I Would Not Recommend This Place To Anyone

Don't move to Brook Pines

Save your money and just look elsewhere. I've lived here for almost 2 years. They have rats and roaches here. Pest control come every blue moon, but only spray the kitchen area. I was waking up because of noisy upstairs neighbors and they didn't take my noise complaints seriously. I guess it all depends on "who" is complaining. When I first moved here, all you needed to worry about was paying the monthly rent, now they've added something else to the pile. The people who work in the office never can seem to answer their phone and keep their office door locked at very strange times. They give you these random fees with bogus reasons. The complex itself looks pretty decent and they try to keep up with the ground maintainence, but it just isn't worth it. Disappointing.

OK until move out

I wanted to wait until I moved to give a accurate review. Overall it was OK. Maintenance wasnt great but I wasnt home enough to really complain. The problem I have is the carpet was messed up when I moved in so I put it on my move in inspection sheet. Counters were messed up but again I put it on my move in sheet. No big deal....until they took my deposit to pay for damages that were on my move in sheet. I digress.

Not the best experience. It's ok. Noise complaints, cigarette butts on the stairs, steps and walkways should be cleaned more often. Dog droppings on walkway, people drop trash too often. Smell of marijuana

I like my build is quit. Other then that I wouldn't recommend no one to live here. I report leaks they start fixing it never finish. Mailbox are broken so mailman put mail on top. I hate this place. .

Good but need more security in the can see people smoking on the stairs .need more police patrolling the compound. Also cameras needed because too much thiefs coming or leaving the compound or coming.

The apartment complex is okay. It has its quiet days and other days it's not. Only complaint When it comes to maintenance issues like a leak, they don't get to the root cause of the leak. They just spray the white stuff on the ceiling so it doesn't show it was a leak. That's really my only complaint.

I would not recommend anyone to move to this complex, unless you want to deal with roaches the minute you move in. I have complained since I moved in and yet, I am still dealing with this issue. Also, there is an issue with Marijuana and cigarette smoke constantly coming into my apartment and making me sick. The leasing staff only respond with that they cannot stop people from smoking in their homes, and they never address the illegal "weed" smoke. I will admit that the other tenants in my building are nice, no one steals my packages that are delivered, no loud noise or break-ins. Another issue is they do not commit to the upkeep of the breezeway that makes the place look trashy. However, when it is cleaned, the ?building is emaculate. Some of the office staff can be rude, but I see that they are trying hard to make the outside look great, but they need to put the same energy into meeting the tenants needs and making sure that people don't have to fight with spider webs, excessive dead outdoor bugs, papers, leaves, etc.

Rough start, But got better with time. Not 100% set this is the place for me. But the pricing is good and the Office staff is great. Some issues they just can't help... the grounds being full of litter and no staffing to keep it clean.

I enjoyed living at Brook Pines apartment. It's quiet it's safe along with being clean. The only problem is a little slow unfulfilling maintenance request. I will inform my acquaintances regarding residing after Pines apartments

Honest Review from Building 6

Me and my sister moved in a month ago and wanted to wait 30 days to give our review. Overall the application experience wasn't bad. This was not our first apartment complex we rented from so we did feel like they could've been a little better with keeping in touch and the fact that we had to call and schedule our own move in time was a little weird, idk.. Also there were some issues that we had to put a work order in for that I felt like should've been resolved before we got our keys. For example: our garbage disposal wasn't working from the moment we moved in and had to be replaced, and our sink that we have a work order in till this day needs to be replaced according to maintenance. It's also obvious that they just paint over whatever is on the wall from the previous tenant, so it is tacky. I do like the fact that our complex is spacious with a-lot of closet and storage space and the air puts out really cold. I do think the grounds as far as the grass being cut and not just around the leasing office could be better, I feel like it would add the the complex and the trash that is strewn about in the parking lots and breeze ways is also an issue and makes the complex look tacky. I also like they should have cameras if they already don't, and overall it's pretty quiet, but our neighbors who live directly above us are extremely loud and we did complain but obviously it didn't work. Overall the price for our rent isn't bad being that its an older complex, but I wish they had a gym and not sure when and if the pool will ever open. I don't see myself living out her long term, but for now it's ok.

I signed my lease to move in on the first of January so I had a haul and hotel set up for that. I get here in the first and they tell me that we signed it for the second. That was a lie, it was for the first. I showed them, they said no it's void so I had to sign another lease agreement. For the second, get another hotel and rent the haul for a whole other day. The ac didn't work when I moved in, my first electric bill was $250 because of this. Not to mention my rent went up a whole hundred dollars because I had to resign the lease and that's their fault. Disorganized and lacking maintenance. The parking lot street lamps don't work near my car and there are car hopping thieves that live in here. I put in a work order to fix the light poles light a month ago and it still doesn't work. Awful customer service.

I have mice. I was told it was a natural thing and the hole that they come out of couldn't be sealed. Basically I was told to live with it. Also they have taken down my exit staircase twice. First time we were warn about maintenance on the stairs but not about them taking it down for 10hrs. Second time there was no warning and when I was ready to exit my apartment for work the staircase was gone.

From the time I moved in there were issues with my apartment. From filthy carpet, to moldy caulking on the tub. There are light switches that don't work, paint peeling in several locations, and roaches upon arrival. Although this was put on my entry inspection sheet, NONE of it was ever fixed. My biggest pet peeve are the horrible conditions the grounds are normally in. Also inconsistencies from property managers. Bring unprofessional, not giving proper notice of someone entering my apartment. A slew of issues. The space is okay for the price.

In the beginning when we first moved in the apartment was infested with roaches. We would call the office to have some one come out and we would have to wait for the next week it was always something about pest control not being able to come out. We had to buy surrender to kill the roaches and now that it's down it's hard to get the smell out of the apartment. Also upon moving in the cabinets were dry rotten falling apart. The toilet was lifting out of the ground and still is. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work. The heat or AC doesn't work in the back bedroom.

Since I've been here people with these dogs are a as them being very loud and it's a disturbance!!they bring them out to poop and want pick up after these creatures!nasty!!!and another problem is the parking spaces it be people who don't live here come over here taking up the parking spaces! If I live in the 8 building I shouldn't have to park in the nine nor ten building!!!

The apartments themselves are fairly nice. A few things were scratched or chipped but overall it was in decent condition. The neighbors we have are very inconsiderate however. They are constantly stomping, or playing very loud music and bass, and shouting. After calling maintenance for noise complaints, we were told nothing was ever heard and management said we couldn't call for noise complaints anymore. Even though we had proof that it was loud enough we couldn't hear our own TV. Additionally our downstairs neighbor threatened us about it and management did nothing. Also there are police here every couple days. And we have heard a few gunshots.

Its been decent, some of the neighbors are friendly some are mean. Also a lot of people smoke weed so sometimes you can smell it . Also sometimes people through loud parties and it disrupts me and my family
