Depending on which apartment you're in, you neighbors may be a little loud or nosy. Other than that the community is nice. Crime may be a problem for some, but I don't mind personally. Overall it can be great if you stay to yourself.

At first it was okay for the first few months but then doors kept falling off ac unit kept leaking have to keep calling for maintenance and they fix it and telling next day doors back off not good place got tired of calling so gave up and roaches they spray but seem like hide and come right back and the billing change so much since new owners the rent is higher than when I moved in so they trying to find ways to get money outta you to make up the difference.. while other apartment complex much nicer ones waived late fees when the virus hit this property did not care nor did nothing for the community here to help at all as much money and years you would thought they would cannot wait to move if I had enough money I would been moved out

I don't mind the community, I have a lot of very nice neighbors, everyone is respectful and mindful that we all live close. The area where this community really needs help is the general condition of the apartments. I've been here two different stents and each time I've had pretty severe maintenance issues compared to units I've lived in during the past. Right now I deal with rusty water in the tub, grout peeling from the tub, water leaking from the base of my toilet, constant pungent cigarette smoke smell no matter how hard I clean, German roaches which I've had to personally keep at bay, sliding window in bedroom doesn't lock closed.

Quiet place and neighbors are friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Move in process was easy and specially Katie answered all my questions and did everything she could. I would highly recommend a friend or a family to check out this place.

Great, been here 5 years going on 6 n never had a complaint yet... love my Bldg.... I know I have to look to get my own house but honestly I would love to stay here..... from day 1 the office has been good when ever I call for help or maintenance, within 10-20 minutes they are already knocking at the door

My first year was amazing. They were very attentive and quick at responding to any questions or concerns that I had. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Grounds are well kept and maintained. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Fine so far it's quiet at night, during the day I work. The staff seem to be very professional,and polite. They seem to want to please you and it's show always polite on the phone. Neighbors are very nice.

It's ok my rent increased a lot last year I hope it doesn't again or I'll have to move. The apartments next doo have washer dryer connections and cost about what I pay currently. It's certainly better than its reputation.

Too much noise from neighbors. Perhaps younger adults with children have designated bldgs and mature adults & seniors designated bldgs. Additionally it's okay to replace bathroom tiles instead of use caulking

Overall I enjoy living at Brook Pines Apartments. The maintenance people come to fix my repairs in a timely manner and the staff makes sure they have pest control come out every 3 months. These past 2 years have been okay but the managers is a complete rude female

Very good site, they respond quickly to any problem in the apartment. The surroundings always clean. The only thing I would recommend that they change is the kitchen cabinets; of the rest I have no complaints.

Enjoy residing in the community, its quite most of the time, maintenance is friendly & knowledgeable about their responsibilities. Wish residents took pride of their living space by discarding their trash in the dumpster.

The community isn't bad . Everyone in my build stays to themselves . We speak hi and bye ! No complaints in my neighbors . I live near the back so it's not really any drive through traffic . Completely isolated . as for the staff everyone is nice . But it's takes forever to get simple work orders completely. I understand about the virus but if I put in a work order I expect to at least hear some type of plans to get it completed. Just like y'all want rent every month I want work order completed in a timely matter

Maintenance takes forever. Maintenance employees won't do their jobs, they get in the company truck and leave for most of the day frequently. Management makes no effort to curve this behavior through disciplinary or firing bad employees. Instead they wait till the only ones actually doing work quit. The property constantly has trash and broken glass on the side walks. The grounds workers don't actually do grounds work because they are so often covering for maintenance that it isn't funny. Loud music is played frequently disturbing sleep and nothing tentative gets done about it because all the employees are more worried about not being seen as uncool to do their jobs. The management at this property is the worst I have ever seen.

Our AC has died twice over 4 months, first time they fixed it quickly second time it took 5 days in the middle of summer. Also crime in the area is ridiculous, our car has been broken into and our licence plate stolen. Some staff are polite and helpful others cut you off and don't help at all

I moved into Brook Pines in October of 2019. Since then I have throughly enjoyed my residence here. The rent is very affordable and the front office staff has always help me with any maintenance request in a timely manor, they have also communicated any changes or upcoming services in a timely manor such as pest control. The maintenance/grounds crew does a very good job of taking car of the property. I just resigned my lease because of how happy I am with being here.

I like my apartment there is plenty of space and I think it has a great floor plan, along with a very nice balcony. The hall was smells like dog poop because my neighbor lets their dog poop in their apt. then just leaves 5 or six bags of poop in the hall. The parking lot doubles as a night club seven nights a week open all night, I am clearly being sarcastic. I have called and complained about the constant noise and was told to call the emergency maintenance number when it happened again. There is another joke, your emergency line is not manned it is simply a place for renters to hear themselves talk. Nothing was done and has never been done about the insane noise coming from building 8's parking lot at all hours of the night even after multiple messages being left and calling the office during the day. If I didn't have to finish out my contract I would have moved out within the first week of being here. Hope this helps y'all run things better but I highly doubt it.

It's decent except for the fact that there's not even an option to get a washer and dryer which sucks. Other than that I would probably stay long term but I hate going to the laundry mat and hate the washers and dryers in the building even more.

The building I stay in always place young people who party around 50+ who have to be to work in the mornings or get off late at night. Management should be more considerate. Pray to be moving out in the near future.

The apartments are okay. The rent has been raised a bit every year. The pool is closed most of the year (maybe open for a month in the summer). The "shops" nearby like the Walmart Neighborhood Market and Family Dollar are closed. The area has a Dollar General, and is a few miles away from other stores. The office staff is not very helpful, and they don't ever seen to have the answers you are looking for
