Maintenance is horrible uncaring and unprofessional management has changed 3 times since I've been here and rent has been increased tremendously it's like a don't care attitude around here now no place for children to play

I've lived here now for 6 months and looking to move as soon as possible. A few issues I have include the roaches, the smell of marijuana coming from outside, the loud neighbors usually on the weekend, maintenance not fulfilling their request and the smell of the dumpster right across from my window. I've contacted maintenance twice regarding mold in the bathroom and pantry and still no one has come so it's increased. Moving as soon as possible.

When I first moved here it was okay but now I don't like it I think they need cameras around neighborhood it's a lot of breaking in cars.. and a lot of young little thugs out besides that it's okay I think they should put a area out here where you can grill at since u can't grill on porch

Awful stuff hasn't been fixed ever since august and still isn't fixed yet. And now rent is going up couldn't even transfer despite them not doing what they supposed to do. They honestly need to do better and take care of the community better

It's a ok place to live , the rent is going up but don't have the extras . We need a picnic area and a little play area for the kids , a walk around too . But mostly it's a good place.. the office ppl and grounds ppl are nice

As a new resident, it took 5 months for maintenance to show up to complete maintenance requests. I had to do at least 3 or more maintenance requests to get ALL requests COMPLETE!! Since they have hired more maintenance staff, maybe it will not be the same for next residence.

Horrible, The place is roach infestated and the upstairs neighbor let's the kid and herself runs and stumps all day late into the night. I have ask her to settle down but she get worse. I haven't been here a month yet and hate it.

We moved into Brook Pines in November of 2020. Overall, we've had a good experience. In regards to customer service, the office staff has been very helpful and friendly. Maintenance has been relatively quick and effective. The apartment itself isn't the highest quality; minor issues like peeling grout in the shower, a sensitive garbage disposal, less than clean paint job, small cracks in the walls. Nothing too big but definitely some aesthetic issues. Nice enough neighborhood, but it's not in the safest area and that reflects in occasional noise issues and the like. Despite being located next to a police station, there's little to no security in the neighborhood, resulting in my car being vandalized at night. To conclude, Brook Pines has potential, but there are still important issues needing attention, specifically security.

The apartment is a good value for the money. The pool is nice when it is open. Repairs are made in a timely manner, and there is routine maintenance inside and out. The stores on Harbison are close by.

It's the best thing is that it's cheap. The worst thing is that the authority failed miserably to control the smoking of weed and marijuana. Also, maintenance takes far more time now to resolve any issue.

I've been living here for close to 5 years and I have no complaints. Maintenance is good with answering apartment issues. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are decent. Overall the community is quiet.

It has been okay. The apartments are old and have termite damage. The pool is rarely open. Staff is usually very pleasant to interact with. The rent is very cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs are a problem.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the amenities they have to offer. Brook Pines is a very quiet place to live and some of my neighbors are very polite. I would recommend anyone that I know to consider Brook Pines as there next home.

Overall I haven't had any issues...Although there has been a murder here recently... I feel like more safety measures can be taken.To make it safer and I wouldn't feel as uneasy living in this community .

I live here currently and this apartment sucks !! Do not move here , management is so unprofessional and hard to deal with . This place is roach infested . Bug spray won’t even help it’s that bad. There is shootings here five times a week. Somebody just got killed a week ago, and they won’t even let me break my lease . Sex trafficking and prostitution happens out here also ! And everybody just turns a blind eye to it and not fix the issue. I would not recommend living out here to anybody ! It’s that bad. Brook pines need to do better. Because the entire management team SUCKS!!!

I've had a fairly decent experience at Brook Pines. I have good neighbors. I like that they have activities for the community. They maintain the upkeep of the exteriors. I did not like when maintenance left my home and my neighbors home exposed and unattended for hours after a door-painting job. An apology was issued later after a complaint. Other than that, all good.

I like the apartment overall but they have little bit a roach problem. Its peaceful place to stay and landscaping is better than most. They respond quickly to any maintenance issues. The internet service sucks for residents that do a lot of gaming.
