It hasn't been good. There is a lot of loitering in front of the buildings. Some of the building constantly smell like weed. I have constant ac issues. I plan on moving. Broad river is a bad area. I plan on moving soon.

The apartment has its advantages for first time renters, who want to be on their own. It also good space for the right price on in all its a good apartment it is what you make it out to be. It's in a good place

This has been a truly unpleasant living experience. The apartment they gave me looks nothing like the model, and the floor plan is much worse. The maintenance is incredibly poor, with constant indications that the apartment is falling apart. Getting any maintenance done is horrible, and it can take ages for them to respond (if they respond at all). Many people have noted an issue with pests here - they are absolutely right. From the day I moved in it has been a huge problem with bugs, just constantly. There must be no insulation and the windows are poorly fitted, so it's very easy for things to get in, and it's very hard to get the office to actually send over pest control. The people in the office are some of the least competent individuals I've ever had the displeasure to work with. Overall this has been a very unpleasant living environment, and I'm moving out after my one year lease is up.

I moved into Brook Pines Apartment to Budget and Save. This is a great community to start your living experience. Overall, management is decent; However, a selective few of the office staff members can be rude on some days. The maintenance crew are good at making sure things are fixed. As far as safety concerns, I haven't witness nor had any bad experiences.

Unhappy. They don't fix anything. It always smells like weed. Everything about the apartment is cheap and breaks. Leaks all the time. And the people here are so hateful and rude. I constantly have trash thrown in front of my apartment. Do. Not. Rent. Here.

Throughout the 2 years and some months I been here the management of the complex has done its part in making me feel like this is my home but, in the last few months i have noticed a decrease in the up keeping of the complex. The grounds sometimes does weeks without be cleaned. So, there is an increase of trash which makes the complex look dirty.

It's a beautiful place to live, really love my apartment. Things that are fixed by maintenance don't stay fixed very long though. That's a little annoying, but my only real complaint. It's overall very quiet and accommodating.

I personally have had a magnificent experience with my neighbors as a whole, being lucky enough to live in Building 08. There are occasionally power outages and the pools always closed, but otherwise it is great

I like the community but l have noticed stray dogs around....and lam afraid of dogs.This area is close to schools....the mall......freeways..very convenient.There are people who live here that are not very clean and dump trash everywhere.....and even ones that do not live here...they do tje same....maintenance people have to constantly pick up trash and bags from around the areas and parking lots.l love a clean lovely environment.

This place is not worth your time, management would never answer or return my calls, internet isn't included with the unit, the apartment smelled like must and weed since the first day and never went away. There was almost always garbage or beer bottles in the parking lot, almost always music blasting from someone at 1am. Overall terrible place to live, don't come here

I am definitely considering moving into brook pines and love what they have to offer in pricing and Customer representative in compliance with office. I spoke with a Kate and she gave me all the information needed an the grounds look well improved. I think Brook pines is a fine place to live in.

I love this community because they really do try to make sure they get work orders completed. I sometimes may have to wait, but i understand things happen. They always get it done regardless. And the maintenance staff is very friendly. The leasing staff is extremely passionate about assisting me anytime I come in to pay my rent online.

I have loved my experience living here so far. Anytime I have a repair issue, the maintenance crew has been nothing but helpful in fixing whatever it is. I have had a quiet experience so far. I hear people's radios at night sometimes but it is just people coming in from being out. But I have no complaints so far and enjoy living here.

I have lived at Brook Pines Apartments for about 5 years now. I am a single mother and I must say it is really quiet and comfortable here especially being such a large community. I enjoy all of the community events they have for residents. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be renewing my lease for a 6th year. Way to go brook pines apartments you all are doing an amazing job. I really was shocked to come home today to see a mixture of at least ten employees managers included out on the property cutting and cleaning up on the property. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone out there looking for a good place to call home. Oh and I also love that I can do everything I need online with my account so amazing.

Only stayed for 3 mths due to mold. I shared a youtube video link to show what was done to cover it up before I had a investigator come have a look at the condition of the apartment complex. I will tell you that this place is also ran by a childish staff. Fact!

A great place to live, most of the staff is friendly, water, trash and pest control is free, maintenance is quick with handling issues, yes you sometimes can hear your neighbors but its a apartment, what did you expect, now on to the bad, i don't like that they changed from accepting packages at the office to not doing them anymore because, i don't trust my neighbors and every time a package comes to my door i don't receive it so gotta send packages to parents house, and 2nd rent has gone up every year that i been here, and i have been here for 3, but besides overall a great experience for my first apartment, cant wait to next year to purchase my house.

You get what you pay for. This place is cheap, so I guess in exchange of cost you get loud neighbors, staff that don't respond to noise complaints, trash is always somewhere in the streets or landscaping, the apartment has odd smells, it takes weeks for maintenance to fix simple issues and when you call the office to check on when they're coming out, you get lied to. But hey, rent is cheap. Oh and in top of everything else, the apartment isn't level the building has settled so much that I have to hold my dishwasher rack open so it doesn't slide back in. The door frames are crooked, and the balcony railing is super flimsy

One of the greatest places I ever lived! Staff was super friendly, and maintenance was always incredible. If I ever move back to the area, there will be no question I would move here in a heartbeat, now if my employer will just move me back!.

This is an ok apartment but you can most certainly get more for your money elsewhere. The apartments are NOT deep cleaned between residents all they do is clean the carpet. They say they spray for bugs but they only spray for bugs in the living room and kitchen. Maintenance usually responds the next day if its something like fixing the closet door that keeps falling off or your air conditioning but generally they take about a week to come fix anything else. A lot of people Ive met here usually get scammed out of their $500 security deposit and end up paying even more out of pocket in "damages". BEWARE of the PAPER THIN walls!!! I can usually hear my neighbors exact words when he speaks in a loud voice (he's not even yelling) and you can hear peoples foot steps if they have a heavy foot. One of my main problems is with the office staff. Moving in they are really nice but if you call the office for any reason aside from that you usually get major attitude and the phone hung up on you in the middle of your next sentence. If you can spare $100 more to live somewhere else I strongly suggest you do so.
