I was very happy with living here in the beginning, and it has went down hill fast. Communication, cleanliness, noise, safety all are below satisfactory. 2 police reports from the staff in my apartment stealing from me. Nothing being done.

My experience wasn't the best. You can barely get in touch with the office and the bugs are quite ridiculous. They should destroy and rebuild. Or monthly pest control is recommended. They are all into my things and so small they have traveled with me to other places. If I had of known there was a roach problem I would not have moved into these apartments.

Takes a while to get things repaired in apartment. Trash is always in breezeway along with animal feces. Trash is always overflowing or all over parking lot. Rent goes up but nothing changes no new amenities or differences.

Not great but it's ok the employees at the front desk at no help they pretty much just answer the phone. The book keeper is very hard to get in contact and I see a lot of people being evicted at a crucial time like this with the pandemic still in effect.

Not the best. No upgrades since I moved in except for the outside. Late one time with rent since I been there and gets a letter about in default. Ask for a new stove was told just to clean it out. B

My experience is basic. These are basic apartments with the basic pool amenity . I would recommend to property management that they look into upgrades . Apartheid are old an outdated and an upgrade would enhance the beauty of property

my experience in the community is good They always come in repair anything that is broken they keep you up-to-date on any work that is going on in the properties and they also keeps good community activity for the residents them to socialize

i love it except the thin walls you can pretty much hear everything that's going on next door or outside . it is convenient to stores & places to eat. i recommend this apartment to those who first move to columbia

Everyone is nice and respectful, the property is fairly clean and the apartments look nice inside. I've only been living here for around 3 months but since I have been here, it's been pretty pleasant. No complaints

The staff is great and the community is pretty calm to be on such a busy road! Michelle, Shannon and all of the leasing agents do such a great job running everything, and the maintenance team is fantastic, Steve is the man. He will make sure he gets the job done and answer any maintenance requests you have. If you are looking to move here, don't think twice!

Foundational issues with building. All of bottom neighbor s cigarette smokes comes in your apt, if u are a non smoker BIG no! They need non smoking buildings. I am not the only person with this complaint. All Mgt saids, is they can't tell people no tp smoke. Will not renew lease.

Nice community .Spacious rooms. Beautiful pool. Had an issue with a couple of fixtures that I needed done. Before move in date and they were never completed. A couple issues with the bathroom and they were never complied as well

It has now been 3 years since I've been here. I am appreciative of the maintenance response time for emergencies. However, regarding reoccurring major issues, such as the HVAC in my apartment, that issue has been patched like a bandaid. The parking lot in front of my building is never cleaned. Although pet receptacles have been placed throughout the apartment complex, pet owners still do not clean up after their pets. Feces are left on the floor. There is a terrible rodent infestation or roaches. Dobson Rodent Company come but it only helps for some weeks. I am a clean, quiet, respectful tenant that pays my bill on time. My requests need to be taken seriously and they need to treat ALL residents in ALL buildings as if it was them living here

My experience at Brook Pines Apartments has been good. I receive great customer service and fast maintenance request. I always see the ground keepers keeping the property clean same time every morning. I just wish Pest Control would come more often

I didn't use them. I used apartments. Com by a google search. So that's how I found brook pines and it was useful. They were very specific to my needs. I don't know what else to write to get to 200 characters.

My experience has been okay. I have no problems. The only thing that would make it better for me is having the washer and dryer inside my apartment. I would love to also have a dog park for my dog to play in also. The dog waste area is helpful too.

At first things were going pretty good. Now it seems like I have to constantly call for my maintenance work orders to be done. I put in a work order a month ago and no one has came by or even called to see what the problem is.

It's ok just wish they worked with you more when it comes to pets. I liked how they worked with you during the covid pandemic. The maintenance team is always available and get the job handled. Upstairs neighbors a heavy footed. Overall I'd say it's a 8.5 out of 10

At Brook Pines Apartments, its quiet an there is police presence around that would make u feel safe. Staff members in the Brook Pines rental office is very understanding when u face a situation. They are helping folks.

These apartments are convenient and easily accessible to one for an immediate need. I haven't had constant issues but I do believe Maintenance should have a better and much faster approach for issues! Some staff need to show better concern and care as well.

Place is decent, nothing fabulous. Maintenance can be kinda slow with coming to fix common issues, the way to pay rent is convenient.. I've been here for a year and don't plan on moving so that says enough

I moved in 2013 and still a resident in 2020. I was attending USC-Columbia and I needed a decent place close to campus and this was it. I heard rumors of this place after I moved in but I never had a horrible incident here. The people in the front office changed since I moved in, but that seems normal. Especially since I rarely go in now since they do not take packages at the front office no more. If you keep to yourself most people do the same. Maintenance is quick for certain "big issues" (water heater, pipes, AC) . Anything else they but on back burner, but they eventually do come to service the apt. Decent place for the price range, but they keep going up every year . However, they been "cleaning up" the Brook Pines for the better in my opinion.

Overall okay experience. My apartment is nice. Some of the staff are friendly, and some are not. My worse complaint is the weed smell that comes through the vents are horrible. You would of think I was the smoker.

Its ok.. Too many people with pets not on a leash so I'm constantly running from dogs. Community is nice. don't have anything else to say about the community as of now. So I'm just type ng sorry 200 character required.
