Pros: Quiet place, leasing office staffs are responsive and helpful, affordable, nice community, offering a short-term lease. Cons: Maintenance is super slow; old apartment, experienced two ceiling leaks and a stolen car plate within three months (how unlucky I was), an increased rate after the lease ends.

The rent is to expensive for the area. Everything around this community has closed down. You have to go much further to get groceries and household items. Things could definitely be better in the area it's a lot of crime

Like I have said before, the office staff never returns messages, they only give a days notice to anything happening to the apartments. I live alone I cant move all my heavy furniture away from the walls over night for the exterminator the next day. (because I don't get home till 7:00 and then get back up at 4:00am) Also not long after I moved in someone was shot and killed at the building behind me and also a couple of weeks ago there was a shoot out at that same building. Other than that I like the apartment plenty.

Great! Super friendly staff. Diamond was great to work with! Most of everything except day of move was done while out of state. She had everything ready to go when we arrived. It was nice to have that level organization considering we flew all day to get there.

The apartment that I signed the lease for was unavailable. I was notified the week of my move in date. I ended up in a smaller apartment with no dishwasher or W/D hook up. I was desperate under short notice and had no choice but to stay here. I will not renew. I tried to submit photos of the outlets not attached to walls, stains on the ceilings, etc, but no luck.

I have enjoyed living in Brook Pines. I love how close it is to my favorite restaurants and places to shop. With it being not too far I-20 or I-76, access to downtown or traveling is made easier. The only issues I've had is how long it may take to answer a maintenance request. However it is normally taken care of in a fairly adequate time frame

It's been good since I move there. Now my stuff off my balcony has been taken and you have to watch out for your packages because they get taken from your door it would stay there all day until u come now u can't trust it.

I was not very pleased with the constant smell of weed everyday. I also didn't like when the person that lived under me called the police saying I was being loud when all I was doing was sleeping after I got off work over night.

Overall ill give my experience a 2 star. Its constantly guys yelling outside and making me and my wife feel uncomfortable. The management is ok, but personally i dont think ill be renewing my lease next year.

This was not a peaceful experience. Domestic violence is a major issue out in this community. The staff and this company shows no empathy towards residents. Staff needs to be properly trained, and overall this company shows empathy.

Brook Pines Apartment is a decent placed to live, repairs are performed in a timely manner, neighbors are quiet, however, the parking spaces are few. I like how they clean the office lobby, and the flower beds, in the front entrance of the development.

Some people are friendly. Some just pass and don't even know you passed by them. People in office are very helpful. The hall ways need to be kept cleaned better this one hasn't been cleaned in a month or more people throw cigreates down on the floor where you walk and it's awful.

I've been living here going on 8 months now. As for living conditions they are okay, it took them several months to have my window fixed after moving in. On top of that, the pool that supposed to be open daily from 9am-9pm is hardly ever open, like why am I paying for things if I can't even use them??

Yall use to be great. But now I hate it here. Cant get a painting, carpet replacement, had to call my attorney to get a refrigerator. According to the law, carpet and painting should be done every 5 years. But I can't get it.

So far it's been okay. Loud neighbors hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed is annoying. No hot water in laundry room of building 7 since February of 2020 is annoying. I've mentioned this several times to the office staff and finally gave up because it's just not being fixed - it's June of 2021 now.

I have not really interacted with the community since I have lived here. The neighbors upstairs are really loud and I can hear all movement in and around and above my unit. The staff is very good at achieving customer relations. The trash is always left outside the garbage can and watching people smoke marijuana in the laundry room is very discouraging to invite to live here especially since I am working For the government.

Bad experience. The apartment they first tried to give me was dark, gloomy and cock ROACH infested and it was a basement apartment when it should've been a top floor apartment. I find this out after my daughter and I drove 646 miles to get here. We had to stay in an air b&b for three nights. Finally on the third day after my daughter demanded that they show me several more suitable apartments or return my deposit and prepaid rent I was show (which they didn't want to show me) a freshly painted, renovated apartment with new appliances, new carpet new fixtures. This is what should've been shown to me from the start. The stress was totally uncalled for especially when they knew I was moving here from up north. Worst experience of my life minus my husband dying .

My experience with my rental at Brook Pines has been good from the outset. The unit was in like-new condition at move-in, and the complex has continually been taking proactive steps to keep both the inside and outside spaces in very good condition. The community is a diverse group of working people (most folks leave for work every morning) and there are very few--almost no--disturbances for so large a complex. Good value; excellent condition; good people running the place; good neighbors.

I cannot begin to express how glad I am to be moving out of here. The residents are amazing but the people who work here clearly don't care about their residents. The property is always dirty and there are roaches in every apartment. They up the rent each year as your quality of life goes down and then try and charge you for damages that were there when you moved in and they never fixed despite multiple requests. It's a nightmare and I'm so glad I'm leaving
