Office management doesn't care but office staff is friendly. Maintenance responds. Newer residents are very noisy and drive fast. Too many animals the pawns now smell of urine on hot days. Laundry facilities neglected and lighting is always out making it unsafe to use at night. There is no sense of community although we are piled up on top of each other. Management overlooks too many hazards and this place is a ticking time bomb.

The community is fine. Never able to get needed repairs. Neighbors above me have a washer which causing leaks through the floor. There is never a response to the needs of the community. Residents are constantly blamed for the problems of the management.

I have been here since 2015. The office personnel has been very timely responsive. And the maintenance group has been great too. All repairs and requests were addressed. I have really enjoyed my stay here

So far so good as far as the community itself , new staff is great , it's quiet and security patrol more often but there aren't any cameras besides around the office, rent increases each year but still no new updates to the apartments, new rate but no improvement, still no fitness center and the pool is mostly closed once it finally opens to the residents .

I love it here. This is my first apartment and I've enjoyed it since I've been here and still am. Community is always kept up. Staff is friendly and ready to help. I feel Like family and I'm glad I came to Brook Pines

My overall experience has been pretty good. The staff is friendly and I absolutely love the layout of my new place. The only problem that stood out to me were these roach-like bugs. The pest control was very responsive. Even still, 1 or 2 of them was found after the extermination service was done. I was told that this is normal. Other than that, this is a great place to live.

Overall a good experience, would rent again. I have found working with the maintenance people and working with the office staff, has been a good experience. Overall the complex stays fairly quiet, if there's anything that does need to be addressed then I would suspect it would be cleanliness as far as trash on the ground . since people use a common dumpster they just leave things thrown on the ground and don't pick up after themselves. But that's the tenants. Overall I've had a good experience.

The experience has not been amazing. There is trash and dog poop everywhere, and management does not do anything about it. The office almost never answers the phone and usually does not respond to voicemails for over a week. Maintenance requests are sometimes quickly seen to but sometimes ignored completely. Many units have roach problems that management does not do anything about beyond the monthly pest control which clearly is not working. Rent increased by nearly 50 dollars with no noticeable improvements to the complex. There should have been more help and consideration for people out of work this year or who were affected by Covid, but there was no leeway or assistance provided. Management is more concerned about people smoking outside than they are about anything else.

I like that I receive responses in a timely manner from management and maintenance. When the police is needed the response is quick. Also, I noticed that the pet policies are enforced when necessary .

I moved out here in 2008 and left in 2011. I moved back out here in 2019 and when I tell I see a huge difference in the community. It's a lot more quiet and I feel safe out here. I don't have any complaints.

Brook Pines is a great starter apartment community. The pricing is very fair and there's a ton of parking spaces. I wish they could vet the applicants more so they know what type tenant they're getting.

I thought I was making a wise decision to leave the roaches in Trenton Court / to move to another apartment that's also infested is redunded - and I also am highly dissatisfied and disappointed that my balcony door is not locked egit like everyone else's when I noted that the 1st day I moved in - ( 16 months ago) I would like to open the blind and look out my balcony door also ????

The staff have treated my step-daughter and I well. When we call for maintenance someone comes quickly. There is nothing like a sense of peace when coming home from work or other places. Thank you for always being there for us.

It's been ok. I wish they could come and clean the carpet more often. It would also be nice to have assigned parking but other than that experience has it been too bad I like the way they keep the Landscaping from season to season very nice

It's overall a great complex , the only issue is maintenance not fixing things how they should , i moved into the apartment with problems and maintenance will act like they are going to fix the problems and never do

Maintenance never fix anything, the office staff is rude, residents smoking illegal drugs that gets into everyone apartment it's horrible there . Nasty roaches everywhere loud noise and trash all over

Pretty good! I'm generally happy with everything. My place is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, AC works great and they just upgraded it. My only complaint is a couple of the dryers in my building (I'm 12301) have need fixing for months, but I didn't say anything so I'm not blaming y'all. Anyways, very happy and it's been a great experience thus far! Oh, construction can be pretty loud sometimes, I'm not sure what would fix that, I've just been woken up quite a few times from sawing and hammering but things gotta get fixed so no big deal.

I have experienced some very interesting things at Brook Pines. A lot of things were eventually resolved. I would like a two weeks notice when maintenance or pest control is entering my apartment. I would be nice.

I enjoy being in Brookpines Apartments. It's quite in the apartment building that I live in and anytime I have a problem they come right out and fix it in a day or so no later that that..Sometimes it gets rowdy at night but around 10 or 11 everything is quite. You just have to stay out of people business and they will stay out of yours.

When i call the office no one answers alot of the times....Iam not okay with that....I have called Edward Rose & Sons to pay my rent for Dec. Because my internet was down. I kept calling and calling , no one answer. I had to go to a friends house to use her WiFi to pay my rent. That messed up !!!!

Brook Pines is an ok place to start of living but it's not the best. Things could be better if they actually pay to replace things and not do patch work. Otherwise it's a quite place to stay with your family.

Great Community but needs a better maintenance and make to make sure it is fixed completely. Other than that it's a cool environment and very very safe. Wish we had more activities to do inside the office but sadly due to Covid that wouldn't be possible.

The community is great. The residents are friendly and courteous and the staff are helpful. I have had no problems in the 18 months I've lived here and the community atmosphere has played the biggest role in making that reality.

Very large and well kept property. Enjoy the many community events they have for tenants. Great to have pet stations for all the people that walk there pets. I have lived here since 2017 and it has been a very quiet and convenient place to live to me right in the middle of everything I need.

Other than being off Broad River Road, it's a good place to live. It's pretty much quiet. The grounds are kept clean, despite, even with the seeming unconcern of some residents not caring where they put their trash.
