It has been a pleasant experience so far. Parking could be a little better but overall satisfactory. Neighbors have come and gone, some good, some bad. Some neighbors need to learn to pick up after their animals more.

They are breaking many FDA and ADA laws with my family and it is very upsetting. This will be dealt with. If you have a disability they treat you like it is a joke. It is very unsafe there. Just google the string of events that have take Place there just in the last two months. I would love a call from someone in corporate or an area manager none of which has happened yet. Be cautious.

The experience has been great the team were very helpful the only thing I did not like is that you have to pay for the washers and dryers, the rent is high enough that it should be free to the residents it's nonsense and the parking lot is to dim but other than that it's pretty nice here.

The patios need to be replaced and doors too. The cable package is good but needs more options. Better pest control becuase there are alot of spiders around this complex. The pools needs to be open early in the season and close layer in season

I just moved to this complex in June, but this far I have been very satisfied with Crosswinds Condominiums. Excellent quality for the price and convenient location. Very close to interstate and shopping.

It has sadly not been a great experience. We've had several maintenance issues, not had them fixed in a timely manner. We have a continued leak in our master ceiling when we run our dryer. We've had a package stolen at the leasing office only for it to "show up" after corporate was called. Brown recluse infestation in our apartment when we moved in, and we get only 7 minutes of hot water every 2 hours for 2 adults and 2 kids in our apartment. We tried to give it a fair shot here, but we will be moving on when our lease is up.

There have been multiple thefts and armed robberies in this community in the last 4 months. At least one of those occurred in an area with non-functioning parking lot lights. Two of them are out again and have been for a week in that area and maintenance reports the service request as completed on the corporate system but it is not. We can't control the criminals, but you don't need to make it easy for them. Do your job and fix our lights.

I like this community. Nice Neighbor hood. Friendly office staff. Community host many events like pool parties and public holiday events. Maintenance requests always completed on time with good quality.

Nice community, office staff is friendly. The apartment has some updates and very clean. Still waiting on a couple of things to be addressed. We've only been in the unit for 2 weeks so we'll have more opinions after a few months.

We have had a great experience living here. We appreciate the overall maintenance of the complex. We are so conveniently located to the city and to the lake, we have the best of both worlds. We love the Park at Hermitage.

Good experience very quiet, comfortable, clean. Good neighbors beautiful landscape access to the restaurant school school everybody treat me right. No crimes safe environment good people parking is always available I love my second-floor apartment very quiet would definitely recommend a friend to live here Hermitage very nice community

Great place, I like the amenities like swimming pools, fitness center and especially even a place to wash cars. The community is safe to walk around and you have Deloitte office just beside. Few additions wood be updating washing machines capable of using Credit/Debit cards

Good experience as of now. They process of choosing an apartment and signing the lease was very easy. The apartment was very clean on move in day. The office staff has been very friendly and with my choice.

I love my apartment and I have no issues to express. I would just recommend that a light be put on the side of my building because it's extremely dark walking around the sidewalks to the back of the building. I would feel safer.

Office staff and maintenance staff are quick to reply and help when/if issues arise. The complex also strives to keep it updated and in good condition by painting exterior, railings and laundry rooms. One area that has bugged me from day one is the lack of security lighting. Some of the areas around the building has some very dark areas and makes me very uncomfortable.

Great office and maintenance staff! They are on top of any issue that you may have. They are caring and always there to assist. The complex is conveniently located to the interstate, shopping, grocery and overall I have been very happy to call this my home for 6+ years.

Property staff has always been responsive in a timely manner, community grounds are kept in great shape and look presentable, rent is reasonable compared to other apartment communities in the area. Overall satisfaction is high for the time that I've been here.

Great location. The staff quickly respond to our concerns. As first time renters, our apartment is perfect for our needs and price range. Im very into outdoor activity so the proximity to Percy Priest is a definite plus.

Very professional, staff is always very attentive and helps with any issues that arise. Maintenance is fast an quick. The grounds look. very nice, as you can tell they upkeep the property very well. My only issue is lighting especially at night in the back buildings, there needs to be more.

Gail went above and beyond to help us be able to get our apt. When I need anything, I try and speak directly with her because her customer service skills far exceed anyone else in the office. The location is perfect, the landscaping is beautiful and it's a quiet community

I love it here. I have always had great customer service and feel safe. The maintenance team is always very timely and fixes the problem. The place is tidy. Staff is friendly. Good to listen to your complaints and to help out

So far so good! I moved in two weeks ago and everything has been wonderful. Only small complaint is that my patio door knob was broken upon move in, should be an easy fix. The office staff has been very helpful and kind.

Everything about living here is great. They respond to problems quickly, it is quite area to live, great neighbors, and the people in the office are very helpful and friendly. Only problem is we have car break in but I'm sure that could happen anywhere if you leave your car doors unlocked.

Office staff is rude, multiple armed thefts have occurred, communication between the office and tendants is poor. My unit has rust flakes coming out of shower, cracks in the walls, carpet coming up, bad sound proofing.

Love it, nice and peaceful. Feel very safe. The whole area is nice to take the dog for a walk. Not to far from town yet far enough to be nice and peaceful. No breed restrictions is the main reason I chose this complex.
