When I first moved in there were some issues with the carpet, it wasn't attached to the ground. And there are A LOT of fees and add ons that make the rent pretty high. And the people in the apartment below me won't pick up their dog's poop. But those are my only complaints.

This is by far the best community my husband and I have ever lived in. The community, the office team, the residents, it's so homey here. Gigi was so helpful and she made sure we found a dream home. We plan on staying for a long, long time! I would recommend this place to everyone!

The staff was very helpful during the move in process. The apartments are larger here when compared to other facilities for the same price. The grounds are very well kept. I love the updated applications counter tops. It feels very homey. Overall very satisfied.

I've only been here for about a month but so far I've been very happy. Maintenance was extremely prompt and polite when I had to to get the deadbolt on my door replaced. The area is clean and I have no complaints about my unit as of this time. I also like the provided gym.

It's been an okay living situation. For the price of the apartments you would think they would be a little more strict with certain things. Neighbors have definitely been the worse. Lack of respect for property. Just no respect at all

I love living at The Park! It is really peaceful here and the staff are super helpful, kind, and approachable. It can be difficult to feel like an apartment complex is really "home" but this team has done a tremendous job of making the experience of living here feel homely.

I moved into Park Valley in Nov 2015, 6 months now and so far I've enjoyed it very much. It's a quiet community, at least where I am, I live near the office towards front entrance. I never deal with any "riffraf" or loud residents. The grounds are kept up. The office staff has always been very pleasant to interact with. My maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. My utilities are very reasonable. My water bill is consistently under $22/mo. while other places I've lived have totally ripped me off w/sky-high water AND electric bills. The laundry machines are very reasonably priced and the room is clean. If you're into working out the gym is comparable to most apts if not better since the equipment here actually works and they have a good set of weights. The one thing I think they can improve upon is the lighting. At night walking in some areas can be a little scary. I feel safe in the community, but some areas on the premises could be better lit. I would definitely recommend to others.~Satisfied resident

We are empty nesters who downsized tremendously! We love our apartment and it's location. We can be at the lake or grocery store in 5 minutes by car. We also enjoy the new grills at the main swimming pool. Office staff is always helpful. We are happy to call The Park our home!

I thought living in the back of the apartment would mean that is would be quieter. Usually it is-unless it is the summer. There is a pool in the back of the apartment complex and during the summer anyone and their neighbor in Hermitage can come to our complex and swim. Twice the police were called because the groups that came to the pool those days were obnoxiously loud and it reeked of weed. If I could choose again, I would not have picked the building I am in to live in. The MAA staff who comes in and makes repairs within the apartments are very kind. I especially love the older gentleman who always has a smile on his face. He always greets me and my dogs and does a great job keeping the grounds looking nice. The laundry room is terrible and if you can afford it, get a washer/dryer in your apartment and save yourself the headache of dealing with constant broken machines or people who leave their laundry sitting in the machines for hours. While the gym has the basic equipment, if you are more serious about your workout, you will want to invest in a gym membership still. Getting packages has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have had to tell my family and friends to stop sending me things because I never receive them. I only order through Amazon because I can track the package/have insurance if I don't get what I ordered. The apartments are nice inside and as long as you keep up with them, you will be satisfied with the quality.

Staff is amazing! Gigi Amick made my move-in easy and pleasant. Great location right off the interstate close to everything shops, airport. Nice Apartment. Car wash and laundry facilities on site make things easy. Pricing is good for the area.

Positives - proximity to freeways, airport and plenty of shopping options; staff was very responsive to the speed at which I wanted to move in. Property is well maintained. Plenty of laundry machines to manage the load. The apartment I moved into had been renovated and well maintained. Appliances are Whirlpool or GE and work well. The layout is very efficient in use of space. Kitchen has plenty of cabinets even within the studio apartment- definitely a big plus for someone who enjoys cooking. Hope to change - the Comcast cable add on built into rent - it is a non HD service and unnecessarily makes the rent feel higher than it is.

This is a very dog- friendly community filled with many dog owners. Everyone generally looks out for each other and the people in the office are friendly and helpful. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for.

They are nice apartments but the rent is overrated and I just bought a BBQ grill and store it under the stairs not in the way of my neighbors but now I have to find somewhere to store it which when I moved in it was told to me that's where I can put it over all a nice place to live but expensive.

My shower rod and water knob was fixed on the first time. Dustin and Ed are always so nice. Maintenance is efficient and quick about handling work orders once they are received. Whenever I have an issue maintenance is quick about handling it.

I really enjoy living here. The maintenance is awesome and the staff have been nice so far. I've been here for almost a year now. It has been extremely quiet. When I first moved in the only problem I had was 1 break in to my car. Only took my radio, but since then nothing else occurred. Honestly,no trash or bugs. So nice place.

So far so good.There is a big dog that has used the bathroom out by the grill outside my apartment building. Makes it tough to walk around with the dogs mess around the grill. That is the only major complaint at this time. Friendly service enjoy.

It was amazing a few years back, the office staff with the exception of Gigi is now the worst, I would never suggest this complex to anyone, and I've lived in two different units, since 2013. I loved this community in the beginning, but in the past two years it has become basically a nightmare. I can't wait to leave the feces coveted grounds and the aggressive neighbor side.

I have lived there for almost 3 years. At the beginning it was great. The dog "park" is a joke. The new girl in the office is rude and apparently hates her job. They do not enforce people picking up their dog poop. I have to step over piles to pick my dogs up. The car wash doesn't work. You cant hardly ever get a dryer. People leave their stuff in there for days. The trash piles up on the weekend. The list goes on and on.

They REQUIRE you to pay for cable TV whether you even own a tv or not. This is a separate account so you cannot even get a discount for having cable and/or a phone through Comcast. You also have the choice of paying $1.00 for an email (why a charge is beyond me) or $5.00 for paper copy of your rent notice each month. Now, they are demanding you purchase a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance to cover the builiding with them listed as the "interested party" - - this means they REQUIRE you to pay for THEIR insurance on the buildings in addition to renter's insurance which only covers your belongings. The rent increases every year by at least $50 and there is NOTHING shown for this extra cost. Promises have been made such as replacing all air units - never happened. "Contracted to get new windows" - never happened. Both of these promises were made 2 and 3 years ago!

I really have enjoyed it so far. When I moved in the staff was very helpful. Specifically Lindsay. My neighbor is the Maintence guy Dustin and his wife and they are really nice too. The pool is the perfect temperature and is always really clean.

Nice living here. One complaint is senior citizen living in this facility should get a discount. Also we have lived here almost 5 years and the parking lot lights are really bad. Also we should have the option to sign a multiple year lease. With these suggestions I think you not lose as many tenants as you have in the last five years we have lived here. For the price we part for rent each year I think we should get appliance upgrade with no rent increase.

I have had an overall good experience at the complex. The grounds are well maintained, and the staff has been very accommodating when I had any questions or concerns. When I did need repairs the the work was completed promptly and efficiently. My apartment was renovated prior to my move in and was in great condition with new appliances. I have rarely had any problems with noise and personally have not had any experiences that have felt me feel usafe. Traffic heading downtown for work can be bad depending on what time you leave in the morning. My only real complaint is the MAAConnect service that is built into the rent which is $45/month for Comcast TV service since it was a service I didn't want nor do I utilize. Since you pay the apartment complex this cannot be bundled with any other comcast services which leads to higher internet prices.
