I have only been here about two weeks now, but I am very impressed. There were a couple of maintenance issues at move it, but they were resolved almost immediately. The office staff so far is great and the neighbors seem to be very friendly. For the location and how close it is to Nashville it is a decent price for rent as well.

Great - great community area to live in. Just wish rent was a little lower. Compared to some other complexes in the area we do seem to pay more for less here. But other than that the apartments are nice and it's a quiet area which I enjoy. Good amenities.

I've lived here for almost 5 years and for the most part have enjoyed it. Office staff is great and maintenance staff are quick to fix issues. Parking can be an issue at night at times. Rent has increased from $600 to almost $900 since moving in.

It has been a good experience. I have enjoyed my experience at The Park so far and look forward to a long and enjoyable stay for the remainder of my lease. I also look forward to a future stay here and maybe renewing my lease after this term has expired.

We had some issues during our initial move however was taken care ny the office staff and since then its all good and having good time. The community is clean and staff is very responsive and efficient for any service request made, so till now me and my family is having good time.

I love living at MAA properties. I've never had a bad experience with the living conditions or staff. The Park is just another example of a great MAA property. Office staff is friendly, professional and timely with requests. Maintenance always takes care of issues in a timely manner. The only reason I moved is becuase I need to be in a mroe central location. I did hear my upstairs neighbors often so if that is a big issue for you, requesta 2nd floor apartment.

Been here a week. I enjoy what the complex has to offer and it is clean and well kept. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is I wish there were more street lights. It is often difficult at night to see where you are going because it is so dark.

Great quality apartments with easy access to i40 either to get to downtown Nashville or Mt Juliet. Staff are great to work with. Especially the maintenance staff. Most apartments have been recently upgraded to have a more modern feel. A welcome change to normal apartment living.

Pest control is an issue of never being able to come when I am home to supervise. Half the time I'm not sure if they have even come inside my house or just left a sticky note on my door and left. I have an infestation of camel crickets in my outside storage closet and I have request to have this situation taken care of. When I confronted the office about the issue, I was told "well they're in season". This is an unacceptable response in my book especially when I pay a monthly fee for pest control and they supposedly come every week. The trash over flow that is constantly on the side walk as soon as you pull in to the apartment complex is disgusting and unattractive to the complex. I again pay a monthly fee for the trash to be taken care of but for 20 something buildings, for some reason the trash only gets hauled away once a week and we have a constant over flow. Situations like these make me ashamed of the apartment I live in and the responses I get from the staff in our front office when approached on these problems are unprofessional and not acceptable. Overall, I love my apartment, but what I'm uncomfortable with is the fact that I pay extra fees for my pest control, trash, etc and these things are very poorly taken care of.. And the carelessness from the front office staff is extremely frustrating. Overall, I love my apartment I just have a serious issue with how my problems are handled by the front office staff. I don't feel comfortable paying extra fees when what I'm paying for is not taken care of.

The Park has been maintained very well. The office staff are very friendly and the surrounding residents are also. The apartment was very clean when I moved in and I am enjoying my first time living in an apartment. I had lived in my previous home for 65 years and never thought I would ever live in an apartment but my health made it necessary for me to live close to my daughter. I have found that it is going to be very nice not to have to worry about having the grass cut and about maintaining an old house. I look forward to many years at this location.

I've had a great time here at the Park. This is my first apartment that I've paid for myself. The staff is great and they make you feel welcome. I feel safe and the maintenance staff do a great job. Even though they have lots of units, they help out as soon as a request is in. Thank you!

Within the past 30 days. Residents in the area some or one or so are not picking up their dogs crap. Looks like a med to large dog or dogs. SO ridiculas this is very bad when walking ouside your door to your car or mailbox. Also my neighbor slams who door most of the time when she enters her home beside lower to me. And I can hear the heavy sit lady above me when she is home. my complaints fyi.

Overall, my experience has been exceptional. Any problems that I've had have been quickly resolved and the moral of all employees is great. There are constant modifications being done to improve the the look and quality of living at The Park. This usually gets occupants annoyed, but the communication between staff and occupants makes the process easier for people who listen to the staff.

I have had a great experience thus far at The Park. I was moving from another city to Nashville, and the staff was so accommodating of my needs. I absolutely loved my apartment when I saw it! The area is quiet, which strongly influenced my decision to stay here. The Park is also close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants.

Average poor trash center needs to be two trash centers pool cleanliness could be better staff could be more polite and caring when dealing with issues attendants have also except responsibility for mistakes made on staffs behalf and apologize too

Lovely office staff, diligent maintenance ,quiet, safe and beautiful trees nice place to live. Would be nice if they put some benches in the dog park for people to have place to sit and some more doggie bags behind the 1800 buildings. A basketball court for the kids would be nice also keeps them out of trouble give some a safe place to go and have exercise a plus for the apartments

Everything has worked out well over the 16+ years that I have lived in the Park at Hermitage. That will be coming to an end since I'm moving to the Lakeside apartments in Jacksonville, FL next month (another Mid-America property).

Love it, and my only real complaint is of the spiders I've seen., and one outlet that hasn't worked since I've been here. We are working on resolving that soon. During my stay, I've had only a couple of things that I've had to report, but all of these we're answered promptly, and I'm loving my stay here.

I'm going on my 3rd year here and I can say it's okay. It's been pretty quite & no one really bothers me. Although there have been some crime in the apartments, it doesn't happen too often. It's a good "starter" place if you're moving out on your own but I don't plan on staying here any longer. The rent continues to rise & they even charge you to move into a bigger apartment even when you're paying more.

The apartments and grounds are beautiful, and the staff (Gigi ROCKS) are tremendously helpful and friendly. So happy with our apartment and our experience so far! Any minor issues we have had have been promptly and effectively addressed.

Always the best....the front office is always friendly and maintenance is prompt. Parking is easily accessible. I have lived here a few years and love it. Shopping is close as is freeway access. The complex always looks it's best with the landscaping they keep up with...it's a nice place to live.

The community is nice, love the amenities, a little noisy at times but the neighbors are nice and friendly, there is a lot more families that have moved in causing parking to be at times difficult to park, but overall I can still find adequate parking, nice community, love the upgrade at the main pool.

The Park at Hermitage is great community! The office staff are great people to work with. The grounds are always kept neat and clean and very beautiful! The maintenance team resolves issues with speed and accuracy the first time! I love my apartment home!!!

Community is okay, the apartments are a bit old, easily hearing the neighbors around you. There are a lot of bugs in the area, and I'm not sure if they come to put insecticside as several bugs. Otherwise, the pool in the building is nice and the area is boring. There is a good lake nearby, to enjoy the area from time to tim.e
