Very good. Its mainly a quiet community who keeps to them selves. The outside is very beautiful especially during summer when all the plants are bloomed. Parking is easy and maintenance works hard to keep things clean.

The people are nice. I enjoy being right by the dog park. We are close to Nashville which is nice. I like that we have two pools and a car wash port with a vacuum. I enjoy grilling out in the pool area and then going for a swim.

Apartment rates are reasonable considering how close it is to everything! Apartment was super clean and ready for move in. The apartment complex is kept clean, also. The staff is pretty friendly, one or two are not. Overall, I plan to live here for many years!

From the beginning I have not been satisfied. The added technology fees and other fees, the burglaries at gun-point, and the amount of money it takes to break the lease is all insane. I really am counting the days until I can leave.

Not a bad place to live if you're looking for an apartment. Two swimming pools, tennis court, pet friendly. Trina at the office is awesome. Great person to work with and very professional. !

Everything is clean and well put together. Those with dogs pick up after them, which is fantastic and does not always happen. The people I have met are extremely nice and helpful. The staff has been accommodating and helpful as well. Cannot complain about my experience at all thus far.

I really enjoy this community. It feels very homey and safe by area, layout, and services provided. People here are very nice and welcoming, and I never have a problem parking or having a question answered.

Everything is great. Staff is nice, maintenance guy are nice. Parking is sometimes a hassle. The last thing is there is only one place to throw your trash which is at the front of the complex. Other than that I have no complaints.

So far so good been seeing police lately not really sure why. Happy about the pools finally being open and still glad the gym is always open. Not to much more to say honestly I haven't been here very long

My daughter and her roommate lived here from Dec '15 to Feb '17. Staff comes off as very friendly at first until you sign the dotted line. Spiders, bugs, fireplace that leaks every time it rains, AC quit working several times during the summer, balcony had to be blocked off because of rotten wood, management didn't care about loss of use or any issues. Do not even think about living here if you have a pet. If you have a pet you will be charged to replace the carpet regardless the condition of the carpet and age of the carpet when you move in. They will charge you outrageous fees at move out if you have a pet. Treated shabbily. Was not a good experience. The location was the best thing.

We have enjoyed living here and haven't had any problems. The new staff are professional and helpful. Whenever we needed maintenance (a/c went out & faucet leak) they were timely and got the repairs done satisfactorily. The apartment was clean and up to date when we moved in. We would stay longer, but we need more living space.

Interestingly pleasant old word work new appliances. Smaller closest than usual. Modernization is need in some areas of the apartment the pricing is the best in the city. Great middle class community.

Overall it has been decent. I've had some issues with noises from past tenants and current, but they are better than they were. I dislike not having a washer/dryer in my apt and hate having to coordinate the office being open to load money onto my laundry card. But overall things aren't bad and I enjoy my apartment.

I like my current apartment lease as it has low rates, is in a safe neighborhood, and has quality apartments. All of this is difficult to find in Nashville normally due to the increase of people coming in.

It has been a good experience. If i stay in Nashville i will keep living in this place. It has convienient access to highways, grocerry stores, gas stations, and restaurants. The apartment complex provides good service.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Great workout space. Love the front and back design for apartments instead of normal walkway that goes between apartments front to back. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great neighbors and great location to interstate.

I'm not sure about 200 words But this team here is very kind and helpful. I was expedited because I needed a place, and just wish I had a washer dryer in apt, only thing, I can think of, besides just noticed blinds were a little broken at top, when I opened screen, it came off of door, but figured how to attach again.

The leasing office is full of nice, professional people. Maintenance workers have been helpful. I dont have pets but see a good range of animals so its friendly. My place faces the road so there is a small noise level. I only have a small complaint with safety of these apts and the surrounding apts. Robberies and breaking into homes and vandalism. Slightly high rent for the footage. (500sq ft) 900$. Overall nice place to live if you cant get a bank to give you the time of day for a home loan.

My experience has been quite warm and inviting everybody was quite friendly and ready to accommodate me and whatever my needs my apartment was very clean and tidy Grounds was very presentable and I was very impressed with the trash compactor looking forward to this summer swimming pool was in excellent condition and the office area was very beautiful and well-lit

My stay in this community has been great so far. I have only been here for 2 weeks, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a minor leak in the bathroom and once I put in a service request, they came to fix it the very next day.

Love our great maintenance staff. Anytime I need something fixed they are prompt and courteous. Everything has been taken care of. I have been happy here so far. All the staff is friendly and helpful.
