So far so good. Office staff very helpful and accommodating with all questions and concerns. Harley and Christian in the office are wonderful to deal with. So far the people I have met have been welcoming. Would like to see apt activities to help foster a sense of comrodery.

Customer service is great. Maintenance is great. Apartment is spacious and grounds are manicured. Community amenities are kept well. Ample parking. Convenient location. Overall, it's a decent place for price, value and convenience. I like it a lot.

The office staff is great. Quiet neighborhood. I love the pool and so did my kids. Coming out to sit on the patio is one of my favorite things to do while I am home. I would definitely refer a friend here

Park at Hermitage is alright for the Hermitage area. Issues acure anywhere however there is a wonderful community page of those here. Apartment and areas are clean with the exception of trash day over the weekends. But no main issues of bugs.

i Have enjoyed living here. It is in a convenient location and the property is well maintained. The lighting is terrible at night and it can be scary to walk to my apartment alone when it is dark. Any service requests were quick.

I've only recently moved in so I only have short term feedback. But so far I have received great customer service and had no problems with my apartment. The community is nicely kept and the apartments are well updated. Only real downside so far is that cable is a mandatory apartment expense. I would pretty much never go out of my way to buy cable because I don't watch TV but guess I'll start now. Also, at least around my building, there is almost no lighting to walk to the parking lot.

Beautiful landscaping with great walking areas. Cozy apartment (studio) that you can really feel comfortable in. Small balcony or patio, but efficient for 2 people. Don't really like the popcorn walls and ceiling. Prefer flat drywall. Could have updated kitchen cabinets for the price one pay.

The maintenance people haven't been the fastest but have gotten better. It use to take up to a week before they would come and fix anything. It is not the safest places. Lots of breaks in and apparent shootings. I have been lucky enough to not have these problems.

I love The Park apartments, Everyone is so friendly and so nice. I never have problems parking or hearing loud noises at night. It's just a very peaceful place also the workers that's working for Maintenance is amazing also the office staff. Thank you all

The plus side of this community is that you are allowed to have large dogs. In my time here that has been the only good experience other than there being a big change in the staff. Tiny one bedroom apartments are outrageously priced. Expect the rent to go up every year. Although they allow dogs the grounds are not pet friendly. The dog stations are always empty of bags and overflowing with waste. There is unbagged dog waste everywhere. There are robberies and car break-ins a lot. If you do move in get a room with washer and dryer hook-ups because the community ones are always broken and/or they take your money and do nothing. You will not get your deposit back. They put all the cheapest stuff in each unit so when it eventually breaks they can charge you an arm and a leg to put more cheap stuff in and keep the difference. There is a bit of a bug problem too. Don't expect anyone to help either, they will say that if there are bugs it must be your fault.

This location is not too bad. The location is decent as you are 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. About 9 minutes away is Mt. Juliet which has some pretty good resturants, a cinema, and decent shopping. I got off to the wrong foot with this community when I moved in. My fridge didn't work because the freezer did not freeze anything I put in it. I lost $200 worth of food. Then it took a couple of days of heading into the office to get a replacement. I felt like this should have been treated as an emergency, but it wasn't. After that instance the maintenance team was more responsive for me.

Hasn't been bad until the a/c unit crashing and trying to get it fixed was a big hassle. Some office staff has no customer service skills and can be rude, others are pleasant. Overall it's not a bad place they just don't get in any hurry.

Very friendly office and maintenance staff. I have never had a problem with any maintenance requests. The community is not gated, and safety is a concern, especially at night as there is only a security company that drives around once or twice.

Friendly in the office, but serious issue with brown recluse in the apartment. Maintenance has been hit or miss depending on who came out. The main guy was great. They didn't always let me know before showing up- especially the exterminator- which was a concern with an anxious dog.

I felt happy coming in because the leasing community allowed my guest to move in even before I came in (Its my name on the lease). This was after I approved him to be allowed. Overall a decent place! 2 pools is a plus but facilities in gym should be improved

The move in process was made really easy by the people here at The Park! The office manager was always available to take my calls when I had questions prior to moving in. The day of move in The apartment manager came with me to check out the apartment. The only issue is that I felt rushed to say everything looked fine, as she was waiting for me to sign papers.

I have been here for nine months and have had no issues as of yet. Hoping to not have any after we re sign our lease. Our neighbors are friendly, aside from the few car break ins ive heard about around the complex.

My neighbors are very nice and tend to keep to themselves. My son loves playing on the patio on in the playground. Pools haven't opened but we are very excited to start swimming soon. My unit is very spacious and the storage is amazing.
