I had a half day to find an apartment because I was starting a new job the next day and Nashville was price gouging at 200 dollars a night and I couldn't afford that. This place looked ok at first glance. All bad things were hidden from sight. One by one they came to light. There are many. This place is older and no money is being invested to keep it livable. They get you to sign a long lease at a very high cost only to find nothing works properly. The a/c cools two degrees from 80 to 78 in an hour and a half. With outside temperature of 73. A/C unit is at least 30 years old. Fiberglass shower is cracked and has bad repair and has been painted with roller. Roller was cleaned in bathtub and paint forced down drain. Drain was already clogged with hair and whatever. It takes 30 minutes for tub to drain. Paint,hair and whatever backs up into tub and is very hard to clean. Shower is also very moldy. Many other things are old and worn out.

Although the complex is older, the community is great and maintenance is quick and efficient. I LOVE that I can have my dogs at this complex without any worry because they do not have any breed restrictions.

Pretty quiet for the most part. They have updated a lot of things around the complex. The price is a little high for rent but utilities are reasonable. The area is nice with a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within a reasonable distance.

Staff was good. Normal issues in a new apartment, like air conditioning unit. Which was fixed, correctly. Some folks are friendly most stay to themselves, but otherwise it has been a decent home to live in.

not as nice as i had hoped. needs updated . dishwasher does not clean. cabinets are old and drawers dont pull out correctly. they also still havw carpet instead of hardwood floors which stinks. i had to replace showerhead because of crappyness

Great experience so far. I have enjoyed my time in these apartments. No issues, no loud neighbors, the pets are always under control. overall a good and quiet community to say the least. only issues are the parking and lights

So far I've really enjoyed living here. I was a little apprehensive about returning to apartment living after many years but The Park at Hermitage has exceeded my expectations. Amanda and everyone in the leasing office is great and made the move-in smooth and easy! I feel safe at night walking my 2 dogs and the dog park, dog stations and grounds are a nice benefit. Parking is never a problem for me and my neighbors are quiet, nice and friendly.

Overall - positive. The staff has been helpful and responsive. The apartment itself is comfortable. I hear children running above. Maintenance has a been a little slow to respond. I don't like backing up to a wooded area - doesn't feel completely safe. The ant problem was handled right away.

Nice home environment. The staff are very responsive and nice. I am very happy to be able to live here with my large breed dog. I with others would pick up after their pets and not litter the grounds. I also wish there was more security at the back pool

My apartment is modern however could use more storage. Office and maintenance staff is wonderful. I have wonderful neighbors. My only complaint is parking is horrible. Even with a handicap parking plackard it is hit or miss.

I really enjoy living here. It's quiet, but there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. It's only about 15 minutes from downtown. I like the pool and fitness center. The apartments are in amazing condition.

It's the only option in the Nashville area that accepts pets with no breed restrictions. If you don't mind your cars being broke into, getting mugged, or loud music and cussing with no regards to the pool area rules, it's the perfect place for you. It is very pet friendly though! You might have to fill out all the paperwork twice to sign the lease, due to incompetence in the office.

The staff has been great! Trina and Nina are the Best! And Dustin is the best maintenance man! He always takes good care of me! I rarely have had any problems in my apartment and when I have they have been taken care of very quickly!

They do not have crazy restrictions on large dog breeds. They are affordable. There are problems with break-ins, armed robbery, and vandalism. Severe bug problems. If anything breaks good luck getting anything fixed. Staff is rude. When you move out do not expect to get your deposit back. Go ahead and plan on the complex to charge you for anything and everything when you leave.

I love living here and feeling safe. It's close to everything. My work, restaurants and Kroger. Only about 15 minutes from downtown. The staff and maintenance guys are awesome. The grounds are always beautiful.
