My experience has been negative with Trina (Leasing Asst. Mgr.) I've had to continually ask for things to be done that needed replaced, fixed and repaired. There are other residents that are having requests for things to be completed but are not answered honestly and covered up.

The apartments are clean and well maintained. The management holds many social functions to mingle with other residents. Other amenities, such as the pool and the heath club, is well maintained and open at convenient hours.

Even though I dont like the layout of apartment, I do appreciate them giving me a discount to renew my lease. Didn't know what I was going to do with those high rent prices everywhere else...after i expressed that to a staff member, they helped me out

Highly recommend The Park at Hermitage. As in any apt complex crime may pop up now and then and The Park at Hermitage has experienced a few. They were addressed in a speedy and professionl manner. We have always felt safe and protected while living in this apartment community. The front office staff as well as Dustin in maintenance address all requests with the up most care and concern!

It is a quiet community. All of the the staff was extremely nice. The amenities are great! The laundry facility is convenient. There are a ton of things to see and do close by. Easy access to major highways and biways.

Friendly neighbors with active neighborhood watch and open communications. Office staff helpful. Longterm, skilled, professional maintenance who seem to care about The Park community. Been here almost 2 years. I've run across a few spiders but I swear have not seen a single roach, silver fish or similar.

So far it has been a good experience. The community is quiet, which for me is very important. The office staff has been nothing but helpful during the move and prior to the move. The location is awesome, we are roughly 15 minutes from downtown Nashville as well as fairly close to everything in the area, including the lake!

It's a great apartment they do have flaws but it's a great commute to downtown and for the most part the neighbors respect the noise levels but you always need to lock your cars and doors because there has been a lot of break ins lately and in the Emails the company makes sure to tell you that they are not responsible for your safety which is pretty harsh if you ask me

No good they don't care about safety, trash compactor is always overloaded, and summer time cockroaches over container area is infested that you can not walk over the side walk, work orders takes days to get something done

Everything breaks, they're understaffed so they can't fix it in a timely manner, it's a dangerous neighborhood and the staff makes sure to remind you that your safety is not their responsibility. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

At this point all requests have been handled as promptly as possible. Parts necessary for this request still on order. Al tenants in complex speed and are not respectful of all of the handicapped residents. Noticed some areas of landscaping close to the street obstruct visual view of on comming traffic.

Don't come out to fix anything but complete work orders. Several orders put in no service but keep getting surveys to rate the experience. What more do you want me to say? I'd just appreciate a real follow up after some service gets completed

I have lived in The Park for almost a year. Management has been great to work with and maintenance has been great as well. I will say my dishwasher is horrible and leaves dishes dirty, but overall this is my only complaint.

I fear for my safety. There is no security and numerous crimes have occurred. The apartment grounds are full of garbage. No one cares to help and trying to get repairs made takes an act of God. I am moving as soon as I can.

This community is amazing. The property is clean. The staff are very nice and professional. I didn't have a problem moving my items in my apartment. I love how peaceful the community is. I also love how the mailbox is walking distance to my apartment. I'm glad I chose The Park at Hermitage as my new home.

The location is very nice for my commute to work. Close to Percy Priest Lake, Nashville Shores, stores and I-40. Hospital is down the street. My apartment is very quiet and peaceful. I like it here so far
