Our experience has not been nice, at any given time you can only use 3 washers and 3 driers. There was a point for 2 months that has continued until currently that 3 of our washers have had standing water in them. Many of our dryers are either broken or only run for a few minutes at a time. The complex has used most likely thousands of dollars to repaint and re landscape the entire complex however they Can't seem to fix this issue not to mention having to pay money on to a card so that you can use this system. If pay by check it usually does not go through for a few weeks after.

I cannot stress enough how bad of a place this is to deal with. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. Pay extra to live in a community that cares about there tenants and not treat you so poorly. My last two encounters with the leasing office went as follows. Are use the on-site washer and dryer and my laundry card was not working. I had already loaded six washing machines with clothes and soap on them. I went into the leasing office and asked to have my laundry card exchanged for a new one and the manager just looked at me and said sorry we're out of laundry cards you'll have to do something else. My most recent encounter was on November 2, 2019. On November 1 I was told to show up on Saturday before 5 PM and someone would be here to accept my military orders to break my lease. I showed up at 4:15 and no one ever showed up. Please got read the true reviews on google and see how others actually feel about this place. My photo is of the others that were waiting till 5:00 PM for someone that never showed up. This place doesn't care at all about the people who live here.

I took this apartment on last minute decision due to that fact I did not get the apartment I wanted at another apartment community. I was satisfied until I receive my balance for the following month rent.

I literally do not know where to start. Our little family moved out here 8 months ago and we are really glad that we did. It is our first time living together, and we are more than happy to recommend this community to those who are seeking for a great place to stay at. The only downfall is that when you leave your car unlock and unattended, there is a high chance that someone will break in and take whatever is in there that they want. With that being said, secure your belongings and make sure your cars are locked. Other than that, everything else is great and easy to work with and the service with everything is outstanding.

The Park is well maintained and the staff is kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful year round. So many other complexes are plain and without landscaping, they remind me of an ant colony. The Parks landscaping reminds me of something you might do if you were living in a house. Repairs is assessed and resolved quickly. I've resided here fora a year and a half. And will probably stay a couple of more years.

My overall experience has been average the parking is horrible and there's always dog poop everywhere maintenance does get the job done but they are slow to finish what you need done and the rent has gone up drastically with no upgrades to the apartments.

I love living at The Park! The maintenance team is AWESOME and so are the office team! I always feel safe inside my home and of course am cautious at night. Having the security company and Neighborhood Watch makes it easier to get out and returning feel more comfortable. My area is usually very quiet and very pleasant to live.

The Park at Hermitage is a good community. The staff has been warm and friendly, very helpful and prompt with responding to emails. One of the challenges living with this community is the roads which are in disrepair. With that said, it was difficult not giving 'Grounds' five stars. Secondly, patrolling security has not been as visible throughout the community, these, I gave four stars.

I really like this community. It's clean, well kept, and pretty quiet. I have no problem with neighbors or noise. The office people are really nice. I would recommend this place to friends. It's a nice location close enough to Nashville, far enough away to be peaceful.

Not a good value for the price. No security features. Only 1 maintenance man for entire complex. You cant walk in the grass without stepping in dog poop. Expect $1000+ in fees when you move out, Ive heard from several people who have had extreme fees.

Safe, clean, quiet neighborhood. Awesome location directly adjacent to the lake and 15 minutes from the heart of downtown. Office staff is and always has been kind, professional and willing to go to extra lengths to make sure all their residents are happy. Very positive. No problems. Harley is great. Maint. team is wonderful. Only wish is possibly another dumpster so that the one at the front doesnt have garbage overflowing into the streets sometimes. Otherwise no problems

Good experience overall in the six years living here. Helpful and easily accessible staff. Easy access to Kroger and interstate. Would recommend management company invested in more frequent security patrols or a entrance/exit gate.

At first when I moved in a lot of repairs where needed, they completed those in a timely manor. I have enjoyed being here so far, although my toilet still needs maintenance attention or replaced due to it leaking water.

I've actually never had a problem at the Park since I've moved in. The only thing I could say would be to have the apartments be in a bit better condition upon moving in if you're going to a lot upon moving in.
