This apartment complex was very well-maintained and the amenities were clean and up to date. The apartment that we viewed was very large and was nicely decorated. They had carpet flooring, washer and dryer in the unit, and smart technology enabled.

Overall positive experience. The staff in the front office are very friendly. The pool could be vacuumed and taken care of a little more often and there are a few broken things in the community workout space.

I will say that the office staff is really nice and helpful. Mrs. Bryanna, Vanessa, and Bethany made my move really easy. I was stressing really bad about finding somewhere comfortable and they made it easy. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

I've enjoyed my stay so far. I moved from out of state & didn't have a chance to see the place in person but I'm so glad I took the leap. Safe, quiet and easily accessible. The neighbors are great. The staff and maintenance team are great as well.

We have enjoyed living here. Recently renewed our lease. It's always clean and well kept. Pool areas and work out areas are very enjoyable using. Would recommend Hermitage Park to anyone who may be looking for a place to live.

Very positive experience and both Bethany and Brianna are great to work with. It was nice speaking with someone on the phone and not trying to do the rental process virtually. The process of renting was made simplified and went smoothly.

I love the location. But the busted pipes from upstairs messed my place up plus workers came in while I was sleeping due to the fact I work nights. I have requested on 2 different occasions that NO ONE enter my apartment until 2:15pm. Due to me sleeping.

I don't need to say it again, when I already said it once. But I would not change a thing other than the way they do the water bill. Also, it should be optional about the Internet and cable that is just plain wrong.

I tell all my friends and family about my community and how nice things are here. I am happy I found my apartment in my price range. It is close enough to my job but far enough to stay in budget. i also like the proximity of other things around me since I dont travel to major cites outside of work often by choice.

I have enjoyed living here & look forward to living here at least another year. Everyone is very friendly & has really made me feel comfortable. There are some rough spots in the parking lot that needs repair. Thank You Very Much!

The office staff is great with communication and the maintenance staff gives great help. The grounds are well kept and it has several enjoyable walking paths. We have enjoyed our stay so far for a year and a half.

They over charge rent for what you get. As of October 2022 they and 5 other property management company's and a third party are the subject of a class action law suit for price fixing. Only plus is they allow large/banned bread dogs

I've enjoyed my stay. Office staff is responsive, grounds are very clean. Apts are pet friendly .My apt is roomy, and bathrooms are large. I have been very happy here. If I move, it won't be because of the community. It's a great place to live.

The community is beautiful. As soon as you walk in the leasing office the staff is attentive and kind. Vanessa was amazing at giving our tour. She is very knowledgeable about the community and was more than happy to answer our questions. The Smart Rent application that they use is the best part of the community. Even though we are still looking, this is one of our top choices.

We've only been here for a month, but we love it so far. Seems like a nice and clean community. The office staff have been great and the best apartment staff I've worked with. The laundry rooms aren't as clean as we'd like but that's the only issue we've noticed.

The entire process was so smooth. Big thanks to Bethany. I moved here from out of state so it start with video tour, came to see it in person, and now I'm a tenet. She is so patient and positive. Everyone was very enthusiastic about answering my questions. I had many since it's my first apartment. The application process only took 1 day. Check them out.

I really like the community with how quiet and attentive everyone is. The community is well kept and my apartment is very spacious for how mush it costed for a one person apartment. I am enjoying my recent move to Nashville a lot and I am looking forward to the many more months I have here at MAA Park!

So far my experience has been absolutely amazing. Bethany made it perfect. Everything is well taken care of outside and the actual apartment was beautiful compared to a lot of other places. It instantly felt like home on day one.

We had the best experience visiting MAA Park. We decided almost on the spot to take the apartment (applied that night). The staff are incredibly friendly and the grounds are well maintained. There are 2 pools, a dog park, a 24/7 gym, a playground, car washing bays, grilling stations, I mean just EVERYTHING you could possibly think of to make your time at home and in the community extra special. We look forward to moving down to TN and starting our new life at the oasis that is MAA Park!

During my first month living here there were two gun incidents in the parking lot. Nothing serious since involving gun violence. Apartment is falling apart. I have had maintenance repair leaky pipes in past. Ceiling recently fell in after storms due to wet and heavy insulation busting through. Still have a hole with nothing covering it not even a temporary fix to keep the insulation from falling in.
