I have liked everything about the apartment complex that I am in. The staff are quick to respond to any requests or problems that I may have. The neighborhood that it is in, is quiet. You hardly have anything bad here.

The Park maintenance team has always been quick to respond and keep me updated. Thank you Steve for always reaching out to me and getting issues resolved fast! The management at this community has overall been great.

I enjoy living here. My apartment is spacious and most of the time soundproof. Great service and well maintained property. The grounds are beautiful as lawn is kept and always beautiful flowers. It looks like a park !!!

I love the size of my apartment, it has large rooms and the floorplan is awesome. The grounds are well kept and the landscaping is very beautiful. It is a quiet community and you feel safe in your home.

It's a nice apartment, I just wish the office staff would be more helpful. Any time any of us residents call with an issue, they brush it off. Rent keeps going up and things are not being resolved effectively.

It's been absolutely wonderful! Friendly neighbors. Pretty big complex which makes for a great walk. Very well lit, which provides extra comfort when walking my dog at night! The staff is super friendly and sweet!

Overall a positive experience. Maintenance is a bit lackluster, but community as a whole is better than some. If it weren't for the increasing apartment rent, I would recommend this complex to others.

Overall we have had great experience, but lately our new neighbors don't realize they have neighbors, they slam their front door and it shakes the pictures we have on the wall, run up and down the stairs and leaves bags of trash outside their door for a few days. Some of the neighbors around us plays loud music in their cars that is annoying when we are in bed late night they have no respect because they should turn it down as they enter the community

Great community! The management at the front office are the nicest people you ever want to meet. They do an outstanding job with keeping the community clean and the grounds properly landscaped. The maintenance team does a really good job as well. Very good place to live.

The Hermitage Park has an excellent location. The grounds are lush and very well maintained. The apartments are cozy. Needs more storage and closets, but I live in a studio so it's only one very small closet. The other larger apartments probably have more closets. The maintenance crew are great and take care of your request in a very speedy manner. I never had to wait for anything to be fixed. A good place to start out with.

The team was very welcoming and I love how helpful they have been to make sure my move was as smooth as possible. They were available to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend this apartment home to anyone!

So far our experience here has been wonderful. They worked really hard to iron out any hiccups with our move in. Also any maintenance requests have been handled rather efficiently. I've been really satisfied so far

Great location just outside of downtown area. Apartments are nice. Quiet area to live. Have not had any issues with safety personally. I enjoy living here. Have met several very nice neighbors while living here.

The move in and registration worked out well. I enjoy the park-like setting. Neighbors mostly keep to themselves. Apartments are older but well maintained. Higher than average level of dog feces - picking up is not enforced.

6 days agoNEW Well I moved here from NJ in February and I actually like it..Its a little over priced but this was the only place I found that accepted my pitbull which is a plus. The pet deposit pretty pricey and the 25 dollar pet rent ok but the policy should change a little I believe. What the tenants pay for the pets should be put towards any maintenance that our pets have done if there's any. I see all the reviews about roaches, bugs and etc but they do a great job sending the exterminator. ALSO welcome to the south! My opinion tenants should ask the exterminator where they think the roaches, bugs and are coming through then report it maintenance and they will fix the problem! Also maintaining your apartment as clean as possible will help as well. The maintenance team amazing and they come as fast as they can! Safety ok on my end thankfully they should have security more often though so that the tenants can feel more safe and thank you for the cameras! But overall I like it here. Couldn't add another review but Dustin and James ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO! Best maintenance team ever! I just put in the request yesterday and they accommodated my schedule since i was off. They know what their doing never had a complaint!!! Thank you so much guys

Hey, here is we’re I felt at home the day I took my tour of the apartments, Trina made sure I fully satisfied with the place I called home, The upkeep of the property is amazing they never disappoint, James is a great Maintenance men, always have a great attitude and always get the job done with in a great time, The office stuff is great as well, if you’re looking for a home you found it!

It's a nice and welcoming neighborhood and all the staff is nice and welcomes you in. It makes you feel like home and you'll be here for a long time. You have Wi-Fi and the apartments are nice (inside and outside).

Old and outdated. Smoking allowed inside apartment. My neighbors smoke fills up my apartment making my son and I cough. It's gross! Mandatory to pay for their cable and internet, which goes out all of the time. Mandatory to pay community fee. Staff is nice. Would not recommend.

Feels like home. Management do all they can to help anyway they can. No issue's. Me being disabled management has worked with me in reasonable way's if needed. I do plan to stay as long as I can. Considering other community's I've stayed at, this one is above many.

I greatly enjoy living in the Park at Hermitage Community. It is a great place to live when you are new to Nashville. We've lived in the community for just about 2 years and our upstairs neighbor has lived here even longer.

There is a bigger focus on updating the club house and pool area more than anything else in the complex. The single trash compactor for the complex consistently breaks. I don't like paying for cable TV I don't use, but am grateful that I could finally bundle my internet with it, to save some money.

Have no complaints. Very quiet community and the staff is great. Very proficient in maintenence calls and they are very nice. The pool is well maintained and so is the grilling area in the front. Highly recommended.

A decent neighborhood, staff in the office is all very friendly. Bethany was a huge help in walking me through getting an apartment for my mother. She was able to make the process of moving several states simpler and easier to deal with.

I've only been here for a couple weeks, but the staff has been great. The leasing agents were incredible, and continue to be readily available if I ever have any questions. Maintenance responded to a work order within 10 minutes of submission, and had the whole thing resolved within another 20.
