The experience at Park at Hermitage has been a great experience. The staff has been courteous especially during Covid-season. Repairs for the apartments are completed within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.

So far, so good. Had to reschedule my move for the week after my original move in date & they were very understanding & accommodating. Can't wait to experience all that the Park at Hermitage has to offer!

It's a pleasure staying here at the Park of Hermitage. Front office is very helpful and the maintenance does a really good job keeping the land with a good up keep. The apartments are very clean and I would recommend staying at the Park.

The staff is great, maintenance guys are very professional. The Studios are nice but only one closet and overpriced! The X fees are high 50 cable, 7 trash 8 pest. The lawns are nice but poop all over!

Everything has been fine except for the reopening of the facilities. Also when the pool reopened, the police came and said it was closed. Communication with the authorities to let them know the pool was open should have been a priority.

I've lived here for 3 going on 4 years. My water has that is pro rated has gone up to double if now triple from what I was originally paying. The rent goes up every year by 40-60 a month every year to renew a lease.

I love the location and how well ot is maintained. I see people cleaning up the property all the time. Its a beautiful complex. I love how clean it is that is very important to me. I chose apartment for no breed restrictions as well.

I've had no issues during my stay. My move in was seamless and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The apartments are older but well maintained. The rent is affordable and I enjoy the Comcast package that is offered.

Maintenance is poor, management let me move into a dirty apartment, now I have mold, and getting very little response from manager. No effort made to help me relocate to a safe apartment to live in. I would not live here ever again

I've had a good experience only one thing I have a problem with, every year I've lived here they've went up on my rent, saying the cost of living has went up well I don't get yearly raises .I'm just hoping they don't go up again because if so I will have to move.

Staff is awesome and friendly. Location is very convenient. Buildings are well kept and grounds are cared for. We moved in originally to a single bedroom apartment but just changed to the larger two bedroom. The original apartment was close to the main road and we heard nightly sirens and emergency vehicles, the new apartment is further from the main road and we no longer hear emergency vehicles, however the room above us has large dogs that run and bark a lot.

Great, dog friendly complex that is well maintained and quiet. Quick access to the highway and all shopping needs with grocery, restaurants and other amenities within 2 miles. Extremely responsive and helpful property management staff and maintenance. We are very happy we selected Park at Hermitage as our first Nashville home.

Good experience looking forward to moving into a bigger apartment when lease is in need of renewal. Would definitely recommend the community to others. Depending on the price going forward could stay here for a while.

Apartment was outdated and old. poorly renovated but cheap rent makes it appealing. Outside of the apartments have been painted but nothing inside has been updated in years. Walls are made of old plaster and fall apart, whole apartment smells like mildew

Very friendly & helpful staff. Parking is good. (I normally get a spot directly in front of my bldg.) Clean at move-in & ready on date agreed upon. New, easy to use laundry facilities. Much better than coin-operated machines. Overall, a great place that I would highly recommend!

We had an great experience with Lyndsi in the leasing office. She worked with our family and kept us on budget. She also made sure to directly address any concerns we may have had about amenities and accessibility to our specific apartment. I am looking forward to our time in this community and hoping to have the same great experience in the coming months!

The laundry facilities were old and required a specially purchase card before they were replaced. The grounds are littered with dog dropping and food/drink containers all of the time. The neighbors above me sound like they were bowling or moving furniture many nights.

There are many issues with this complex. The major issues are as follows: Lack of security. (Robberies happen often) Residents do not pick up after their animals. Office management is terrible. If you have an animal, know that you will be paying for the carpet and other items on your way out. The pool is regularly used by non-tennants creating fights and shootings. The one main positive from the complex was Dustin and the maintenance team were always super helpful and available when needed.

Overall it's been a good experience. It's quiet for the most part. Half of washers and dryers need to be replaced. The office staff has been really helpful, except for one. I would definitely move here again. Losing my groceries due to the refrigerator being broken when the electricity came back on after the tornado was not a good experience. It took four days to get a working refrigerator.

The office staff is very nice and they made the application and move-in process a pleasant experience. There were a few maintenance matters that needed attention and the maintenance team was on top of it. I really like the community.

So far the community has been open and nice. The lawns are well maintained and the apartments are upkept very well. There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood, the first time I went to the dog park there was poop everywhere in one corner but besides that the entire place is really clean.

Ever since I've moved in, I've always had good neighbors around me, and the good thing about living here is that you have everything around. You don't have to drive 20 miles to get to a grocery store. Plus. The pool has always been a nice place to hang out in the spring and summer.

Laid back respectful jus what im looking for prices are a bit high not happy i have to pay a pet fee and i dont have a pet. If they can remove that fee from my monthly i would appreciate it. Good clean nice and spacious

Nice Apartment and neighbors. Although the apartment was built in the 1980s the upkeep is exceptional. Only issue I have, is when I run hot water I hear a knocking in the walls. I hope to stay hear for a year or two. Thank you
