I would rate this stay a 4/5 her at the park. I like the layout of the apartment. I wish the staff would communicate a little better with the time frame/status of service requires. The gym is nice, the pools are cool and the dog park is okay.

I really enjoy these apartments. The front area is always well kept and beautifully landscaped. I like the fact that they are only 2 stories tall. Nice amenities. The apartments are roomy and nicely done. I also am very happy that they accept dogs with no restrictions.

Great staff and fantastic apartments. I love our little community and am so thankful for the property management team. They make sure that everything is quick and easy. My partner recently passed and they have made everything so easy during this difficult time. So so happy to live here.

The Park at Hermitage is a good place to live. There are certainly things that I thoroughly appreciate, such as apartment size, value for price, size of the community, excellent amount of green space, dog parks, and lighting throughout the property. However, many things could be improved. The apartments are spacious, but a little dated. The parking should be reconfigured to allow for more resident parking and repairs on the unit should be completed swiftly. The community is good, however, I would not say great.

For the size of apartment I have the rent is not too bad. Maintenance has been good about repairing things. Leasing office has been good about giving free air filters for HVAC. The apartment complex is conveniently located.

Overall a great experience inwoukd recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The staff and management are diligent in letting occupants know if there are problems. The upkeep of apartments and the ground is very well cared for.

I have had a great experience at the Park if Hermitage, although my first year I moved from out of town and my rep did not tell me if all the amenities and fees. Once I got settled in the staff was great, transitioning from a two bedroom to a one bedroom was great, renewing my least or any other personal issues were. Even during a pandemic.

Worst apartments I've ever lived in.The apartments are roach infested. Holes in the ceilings that have leaked. Fan not fixed the first time correctly that fell on the floor. People have been carjacked in the apartments parking lot and multiple cars have been broken in to. This apartment complex is a disaster. Would not recommend.

Initially I truly enjoyed living here. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. No crime. Good area to live in. But lately, I'm changing my mind about the apartment complex. I haven't dealt with a lot of issues until recently. For example, I have repeatedly told them about a pest issue in the wall, and nothing has been done. I am not sure if they take their tenants concerns seriously?especially about something like this. Not sure if I want to live here continuously.

Normally all has been pretty good up to this point. I put in a work order twice at the beginning big August regarding my dryer and no one came to fix it the month is almost over. I also contacted the leasing office about finding out the model of my faucet so that I could purchase an adapter for my water filter. Trina took down my information stated she would call nobody contacted me. What happened to providing good customer service. I seldom contact the leasing for anything but the time that I need assistance unfortunately help is NEVER available.

These apartments overall are not that bad. You get a pool, a workout center, and a laundry room. But the playground leaves a lot to be desired, the buildings are very outdated and the wear and tear of the apartments itself leads you to believe they really don't care about the longevity of their apartments. You have to request filters for the central air in your apartment, and if you tell maintenance something is broken then they will likely do some sort of "bandaid" repair instead of actually fixing the issue so you will end up calling them again and again for the same repairs. The office staff is mildly nice. The rent price tag is not what you pay. There's a bunch of add ons with the bill and you have no say in it so you will be paying more than the rent by a good chunk. Overall, I don't regret staying here but after 2 years of living here I won't be renewing my lease this time.

Great community for the most part Ground personnel is highly accommodating there are times when service orders are not completed in a timely manner. In my opinion the ground personnel takes the security of the residents very seriously. It's a comfort to see patrol cars circling the community consistantly.

Staff is nice and helpful and maintenance is taken care of fairly quickly. Since dogs are allowed, and there's no breed restrictions, just know that some tenants own larger breeds that bark incessantly, most likely out of boredom. The barking never stops.

Upon moving in MAA November 20, 2020 I really Liked My Studio Apartment, after seeing the mouse and, Her family I'm ready to move Immediately and, still I'm ready to move...but, whats ready got Me Completely in misbelief is I'm still dealing with rodents, after showing maintenance where and, how they're getting in here and the problems still not been solved I've never lived in A place like this I'm totally thrown I just can't Believe this ?? It is similar to most large apartment complexes. Staff is overworked, underpaid, and has high turnover. Problems are not resolved easily or quickly. Washers and dryers are out of service and "locked" common areas are often not actually locked. Theft and vandalism are common. Sidewalks and stairwells left covered in ice during storms, including many days following. The utilities are outrageous through NES. 3x what I paid for a large home. Overpriced. Underserved. Barely average.
