What I like about MAA the most is the friendly staff. The office workers and maintenance. I also like how quiet it is all the time. I would recommend MAA to family and friends. The parking areas are always clean as well. I'm glad I chose MAA.

Overall satisfied with maintenance response, office personnel as well as maintenance are professional and always courteous. The complex does great with upkeep of property however many residents are not respectful of that, trash and pet waste. Maintenance and landscaping do their best to keep the property nice.

The property in whole is nice. The grill areas cute, pool(s) are nice, parking in some parts are not the best but no assigned parking so it's ok. Maintenance could be better but other than that inside the apartment is the perfect size for two adults, a baby, and a pitbull.

The office staff was fantastic and getting me all set up and into my unit promptly. I had no issues and any concerns I had were addressed immediately. They even helped with my date of move-in when my employer changed my start date. So far, all maintenance requests have been dealt with proficiently and in a timely manner.

Other than having terrible neighbors and the rent increase, my experience was great. Maintenance always come quickly when I have an issue. Front office staff are great and reliable. Would renew if my neighbors moved lol.

Clean, quiet community. Easy move in. Helpful, prodessional staff. Clean apartment, everything working, in good order. Clean carpets. Fredh paint. Easy access. Good hot water. Well insulated. Havent done laundry yet.

Again, I toured a few different apartments around the Nashville area that day and this is the only property that made it feel very personal. The community looks very nice and I'm highly considering living here when I move in a few months

It's been alright. I wouldn't renew or recommend living here to a friend. The office staff is sweet. The maintenance people are rude, the neighbors are hit or miss but we don't have community and I'd like to have that.

people's unwanted items are left everywhere. The garbage compactor is constantly inoperable. The pool gets closed down multiple times in the summer. The office staff doesn't actually ensure the spaces are clean before move in. My apartment was filthy- cigarette butts around, sticky syrup in the fronts of the kitchen cabinets. The carpet wasn't cleaned either and I woke up In anaphylactic shoc with my entire face swelled shut. The refrigerator leaks when you turn your ice make on- the off mgmt won't replace your refrigerator- you will need to turn off your ice maker. Contacted office mgmt about his and didn't ever hear back - even after going in there in person!! I scared away a gang of car thieves TWICE!!!! Not worth the money being asked for!!! Also- they will raise the rent on you multiple times in 1 year leases

The complex area is too crowded, too close together. The apartments do not have adequate insulation in them. It is a bad area of town. The apartments are too expensive. Tenants are forced to pay for cable / internet that is not wanted. The laundry area stinks .

Very friendly and informative. They also helped with passcodes to everything. They also helped with learning how to use our FOB. We also got help with finding a place to get our washer and dryer for a low price.

It has been a good experience. I am friendly with my neighbors and enjoy walking my dog through the community. Any time there is a maintenance issue the apt responds quickly to resolve it. My only thing I don't like is that you have to walk all the way to entrance of the community to dispose of your trash. Sometimes that trash compactor is not working and it can be horrible to look at, less known smelling.

People are nice. Maintenence is good and efficient. A little pricey, for an efficiency apartment. Don't hear the neighbors. Things are accessible. I like living here,, in my little apartment,, on the hill.

Just because you have a person code shouldn't mean or doesn't mean come right on in . That person could be sleeping or in the bathroom or something . Have a little respect and wait until they come to the door. . If you pay rent then you should be able to have your own privacy.

Great maintenance
Dustin does an awesome job taking care of maintenance issues. He responds in a timely manner, even on weekends. He takes care of issues in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks Dustin for taking care of us.

We have lived here at the Park for length of time. The office staff is punctual and friendly. The Maintenance staffers, Dustin and Steven were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in repairing our heating issues.

The staff here was amazing! If anything needed to be done they reached out. If anything was wrong or messed up they never acted stressed or annoyed by it happening. So far move in was so easy and fast. They all made sure i was happy and satisfied.

Decent if you like living in apartments. However, there is no jacuzzi/hot tub on property and pools are not heated. Landscaping, which is very loud, is done several times a week sometimes so that is annoying. Overall, the complex is nice, pretty, overall well maintained. There have been several issues with theft from vehicles though. Office and maintenance staff is good.

My neighbors are very friendly, and apartment is nice. Yet, to even get the lease we had to keep calling. The issues I asked to be fixed at move in are still not fixed. When we called the day we were moving in, we were told that they still had not vacuumed and if we wanted them to, we would have to wait to receive the door code. We moved in and it seemed to have been cleaned? So I'm unsure what that comment was about.

My experience was great the lady's at the office was soooo sweet and nice. They made the move in process very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to move here you will not be disappointed at all.

I am experiencing an AC unit on the outside of building 3 that is vibrating the inside wall to my apartment. It's intolerable. There are two Goodman AC units on the side of the building. One AC unit is "humming" while the second unit is "clanking" with sound and vibration.

My only problems with this community has been in the form of communication. I have been told one thing and later it's been something else. I ask for information that I'm told is easily accessible then I have to wait for it. They don't supply filters for units in the apartment. Even though maintenance will tell you they will bring you one. Never got mine. Bought the replacement myself. Besides that it's been great experience. They have been very helpful on other issues.

The staff was very friendly and accessible. It is unfortunate that I was not shown the apt before signing digital paperwork, because I would have chosen a different apt. The one I am in has a major stain on the carpet and is outdated.
