I have been here one full year and renewed my lease in March. I've been very happy with this community. Management and the front office staff in general is really great and maintenance gets work orders done quick and efficient. I never worry about bugs in my apartment partially due to great pest control and partially because the community itself is clean and well maintained. I've been very happy so far!

I moved in January of 2021. I have enjoyed my time here. The office staff have taken care of any problems with my unit. They are very friendly and trustworthy. It is very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Not worth the amount of money you are paying. There is always dog poop on the ground, if your apartment is in the back there isn't any good lighting. Also you cant make your rent in half it has to be one payment

The pricing of the units with how old they are and some of the amenities are a bit high for the area. After that I like where I live so I don't want to move but pricing is what's holding me back or having me get setup for a move to a new complex or unit when renewals come out. There's some cools stuff you guys do like the smart systems however it's lipstick on a pig at this point. Tiny water heaters and plumping that's constantly backing up. I've had the neighbors water heater break and do damage to my carpeting. Then doors and jams are very insecure or painted over when clearly trim around the doors or the doors themselves are failing and needed replacing. Guys who maintain the lot end up blowing debris and everything around vs actually clearing it out and cleaning. One trash bin also creates some problems. With tenants over filling and will leave you having to hold trash in your apartment for a few days as to not contribute to the over filling and piling of it on the side. Then there's the car wash feature where residents are always parked in and making it difficult if not available for actual use. My favorite part is Vanessa, and Breanna in the office along with Aaron and a few of the other maintenance guys. When they come by they are exceptional at there job and do well calling ahead of time. Had some issues with no call prior but was straightened out by Breanna and the crew right away. I hope we can sort out the pricing when renewal comes around if it's an increase or can't get me in another unit for the 1100 mark I'll likely be moving to a new complex that's offering more updated apartments.

The staff and maintenance are overly exceeding my expectations of apartments. They are prompt with concerns this includes the maintenance team as well. They are all AWESOME! Highly Recommend staying here anytime

I'm unhappy living in the back by the interstate. It's too loud. Gun shots/police chases. I have gnats that come up from the sinks when it's warmer. The bathroom sink smells like sewage. I wanted to transfer away from the interstate and It cost 50% of my current base rent to do this but I can't move to the same floor plan. Lateral only. This seems quite unfair when I asked numerous times if it was quiet in this location of the property numerous times.

i love it here the only thang that will most likely make me move is my unit dose not have a washer and dryer and looking at other apartments in the area the rent is cheaper over the part in the front is quit and clean no complants there

Staff is extremely helpful. Prices are a bit high. Lots of outside activities to participate. Dog park is great. Maintenance staff is fantastic! They respond quickly and make sure the problem is resolved promptly.

My upstairs neighbor is a nightmare. The amount of stomping and running that goes on all hours is crazy. There's no way it's acceptable to anyone some days I can't even sleep from the stomping. Anytime I have company they ask me how I deal with it and I tell them I am miserable

The move in was smooth and effortless. Went over issues in the apartment some were taken care of but still have a few that were not. When I got ready to renew my lease the rent went up almost $200. But I asked if that could brought down some and they work with me. The neighbors all have been great up until 2 months ago when my new upstairs neighbors sound like they are dropping tool boxes, running and jumping off things all day and all night long. Other than that it's been alright.

Me and my dog enjoy our apartment. It's the perfect size but just me and her, and we both love the balcony. On the other hand, I have had issues with my car being hit on property, my dishwasher has been moldy and in non-working conditions since the day I moved in. There are no weather strips along my doors and windows to prevent cold air from coming in, so I had to figure something out to try to keep my light bill from going from $85 to $145 just trying to stay warm. I've reported some maintenance issues and they were not handled within a decent timeframe. I try to be patient with the office staff because o know things can happen, but I don't like being treated as if I've ever been a problem for this apartment community. Thank you for your time and allowing me to give honest feedback.

I've been at this apartment for 5 months and the rental process was very easy and smooth. The ladies in the lease office are awesome and friendly, all of the maintenance team is also very friendly and helpful. Most residents are a pleasure to interact with. Being a dog friendly community it has issues at times with waste pick up, and I feel like the dog park is lacking in meeting the needs of everyone. A separate small dog area, or second dog park would be very useful, as well as some active play toys and a shaded seating area. It would be nice to be able to pay your rent early also, as you can not until invoiced for it. Overall I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The walking track could use some repair and lighting, and a second entrance at the opposite side. Buildings could use more prominent numbers displayed on all sides.

I had the worst experience in my life living at MAA Park. The apartment itself was spacious for a 1 bedroom, it had a big kitchen and a fireplace which I loved! I moved in and that's when I realized that I had made a huge mistake. I have experienced 9 months of hell. I am grateful for my eviction because it freed me from my lease and the racism, harassment, and slander. I can leave now, thank God! My neighbor across the hall decided that I was his enemy when he saw my boyfriend and best friend, who are both black (I'm white). He started calling me N*-lover and demon B*. He complained if I made the slightest sound and would pound on my door and wall screaming obscenities and horrible names. Threatening me with a baseball bat. I have not been able to use my soundbar in 9 months. I have a lot of friends, 90% are black. When my mom died, all my friends came to check on me. That created a lot of traffic. That combine with me being home 24/7 because I work remotely as a call center supervisor, my ------- neighbor started telling everyone I sold drugs and the office sent me a violation letter based on what he said. He yelled at my 8 yr old for making noise while playing outside. He called my boyfriend and N* numerous times, spread lies about me to all the neighbors and woke me up with his insane screaming for no reason. Long story short, he complained until they evicted me. I wouldn't live in that apartment again and would not recommend it. I've never been treated so badly.

Maintenence is definitely the best, but the constant car break ins make we consider finding somewhere else to live. There is also a problem of people leaving their dogs on their decks for an entire day.

There are no frills with this community. We have had several issues since moving into our apartment, all of which should have been identified and corrected prior to us moving in. However, with the short turnaround time they allow from when one tenant leaves to the next one moving in(roughly 1 week), I don't see how they have time to do anything besides give the unit a fresh coat of paint(landlord special style) and hand over the digital keys. Our rate barely went up whenever we renewed our lease(only a few dollars), but there have also been virtually zero improvements to the community, unless you count landscaping which happens a minimum of 2-3 times a week. The community laundromat has machines that work half the time, and there have been a number of car break-ins since moving here.

Maintenence request was handled promptly and the work done was good. On the negative side both swimming pools were closed for the season before labor day. The following weekend temps were mid nineties. Several tenants did not like this.

it is a good apartment complex with majority nice people, it's very appealing and well kept on the management side. I wish there was a more organized parking situation and more organized regarding recreational use
