Appreciate the quick and friendly response to our needs. Enjoy the pool during the warm months. Love the fact that we can have our dog here. Wish the other dog owners were held accountable for picking up their dogs poop.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER! If you have pets DO NOT MOVE THERE! When you move out they will do a walk through with you and THEN they pull up the carpet!!! They literally went to the corner of the dining room at the end of the walk through, like he knew exactly where to go, and pulled up the carpet! There were stains under the carpet and on the pad! There was NO WAY my dogs peed where those pee spots were! My dining room table is a big base with a glass top! There is no way my dogs could have peed there! They are charging me over $1000 to replace the carpet and the pad!!!! For a tiny 2 bedroom apartment! Oh and guess what? The $500 pet "fee" DOESN'T COVER ANYTHING! I have two dogs and paid this fee PLUS pet rent every month of $15 per pet! The only thing that does go towards the cost of the carpet is the $150 deposit! Thankfully I purchased a home so I WILL NEVER have to deal with anything like this ever again! Oh and my apartment smelt clean because I deep cleaned the entire apartment! I feel cheated and I feel like they planted those stains there. I hope everyone looking for an apartment looks at these reviews. I sure wish I did before I moved there. Not to mention that you can hear shootings from who knows where at night! There are sketchy people that walk around asking you for a ride! It’s not safe! They are overpriced and the apartments are OLD and smell old! The cabinets, bathtubs, toilets etc ALL OLD! The appliances suck! I could never use my dish washer because the screws kept falling out that held it in place!

Great complex, property is keep clean and presentable. Any issues or repairs, the staff is on top of it. The location is peaceful and quiet and were my apartment is located, I don't hear any of the highway traffic.

Nice and reasonably quiet. Located close to many shopping and food options. Friendly staff and always helpful. Lots of things to do on the property. Pet friendly and awesome neighbors! Would recommend this complex to anyone !

Overall my experience has been good. I would Like management to give more consideration to loyal residents. Also consider the age and wear and tear in some items such as appliances, carpet, etc. Also I do not like the yearly increase in rent With no added additions to the apartment or complex.

My experience at the Park Apartments started out very pleasant. That wasn't till we actually moved in and got settled for the first 10 days. Afterwards our refrigerator started leaking we got the maintenance man out right away but a couple days later it continued. We also then got a call that when I did our application online we were not charged a processing fee of $150. So that was the cherry on top of the cake.

Great experience living here and love it. Only concern I have is people who don't live here are occupying the back pool. I would like to bring to your attention a key access for residents should be used for pools as it is not a public pool for non residents unless they are guest of a resident--other than that, property is well kept and great environment.

The staff is extremely friendly and kind and also very helpful and understanding. The area is nice and it comes with a lot of nice ammentities, such as a park, two pools, a gym, and a place for laundry!

I've only live here for 2 weeks but so far everything has been great! The office staff have been very helpful and are availiable when I need them. I love my apartment and the community is wonderful. I hope my experience stay a the same throughout my time here.

Everyone has always been very helpful and quick at being efficient at handling all my needs. I would recommend this complex anyday. I do wish we would have more resident activities. I always enjoy the pool parties

So far, my personal experience has been ok. The complex has had some crime which I believe is just an area issue so can't fault MAA for that. I have not had any real issue since living here but minor complaints. First being the laundry rooms. The dryers are always broken which is frustrating. Also, the fitness center equipment (treadmills) always malfunction and I can't finish my workout. People who don't pick up after their dogs are not harshly dealt with, so people continue to do it and there is usually dog poop everywhere.

I've lived at The Park since July 2017 and have been pretty pleased. I had a few issues with my HVAC and hot water heater but both were fixed in a timely manner. It's a bit older and priced accordingly. Jasmine has been extremely helpful throughout the application/move-in process! Would recommend a friend or family to The Park at Hermitage simply because it is affordable and definitely liveable! I moved in with expectations of my budget. You get what you pay for and if you're expecting a palace with a $900 budget, maybe you should get another job! :)

Community is clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate requests. Several community wide events planned and executed by staff. Pet friendly environment in a definite plus! Nice amenities.

It's been a mostly quiet year here at my studio apartment. the space is right next to the highway so it's been convenient to hop right on. the laundry room downstairs requires a card and doesn't use change, which is kind of dumb and i'm not paying the apparent $10 fee for that. The unavoidable MAA connect fee was also an inconvenience, but the space was worth that one thing, I suppose. I love looking out over the little nook of a balcony. I'll never forget this place, that's for sure.

Had to move on short notice and this apartment was available and within my budget. Most likely would not haven chosen it had I not been in a rush but luckily it was a unit that had just been renovated. Experience has been average and amenities are acceptable

My utility bill was ran up due to bringing in commercial blowers to dry your carpet because someone else pipes bust the machines ran for 3 days was told I would be credited for the overage from 136.00 to 316.00 I might as well by me a house if the hone lie I call and she tried to blame it on the weather

My experience at the community has been awesome! They were really helpful with my family and I to make sure that we could move in as soon as possible. I have just moved in at the end of 2017, Amanda has been great to work with along with the rest of the team at Park at Hermitage. The times I've been by it's seemed like a nice community, even had a neighbor greet me on move in day and offered his help if I needed anything.

It was awesome! This is my first apartment and Mrs. Gail was patient with me during the process. A little expensive for a 1 bedroom bud it is worth it and also in a very nice neighborhood. I do recommend to all.

I have been here about 14 or 15 years. Staff has been very friendly and helpful to me in hard times. Although I'm not happy about how rent keeps going up, I am otherwise extremely happy living here. I value my privacy. Security is good, Laundry service is very good, Maintenance service is very good and in times of maintenance emergency, service was excellent.

I currently live here. I haven't had much to say about the apartment complex but this morning I woke up with the news that my water heater had busted over night and there was water everywhere. We called emergency maintenance and within 2 hours, they had replaced the water heater and had everything cleaned up. They acted quickly and that's something that I love! Thank you!

I had a pretty good experience overall. Quiet and at close proximity to the interstate. Loved the fitness center, quick maintenance request responses, cable discount, online rent pay and laundry facilities.

I wasnt looking for a home when I found The Park. I feel that I am finally home to stay. VERY friendly staff that treats you like one of the family. I am retired and physically handicapped. The property allows me to move around freely. The do need a few more Handicapped Parking spots though. Beautiful campus and maintained professionally. I would highly recommend anyone, young and old, to find their home here!!

The apartment staff seems really nice. The maintenance team is pretty fast. The only downside is the apartment is outdated somewhat and there are dents in the floor. Other than that it is a pretty good complex.
