My shower rod and water knob was fixed on the first time. Dustin and Ed are always so nice. Maintenance is efficient and quick about handling work orders once they are received. Whenever I have an issue maintenance is quick about handling it.

I really enjoy living here. The maintenance is awesome and the staff have been nice so far. I've been here for almost a year now. It has been extremely quiet. When I first moved in the only problem I had was 1 break in to my car. Only took my radio, but since then nothing else occurred. Honestly,no trash or bugs. So nice place.

So far so good.There is a big dog that has used the bathroom out by the grill outside my apartment building. Makes it tough to walk around with the dogs mess around the grill. That is the only major complaint at this time. Friendly service enjoy.

My experience with the Park at Hermitage has been amazing! They are caring, very concerned and willing to help you with anything! The communitfy is always well manicured and just a beautiful place to live all around. I love my new home. I am very happy here!

It was amazing a few years back, the office staff with the exception of Gigi is now the worst, I would never suggest this complex to anyone, and I've lived in two different units, since 2013. I loved this community in the beginning, but in the past two years it has become basically a nightmare. I can't wait to leave the feces coveted grounds and the aggressive neighbor side.

I have lived there for almost 3 years. At the beginning it was great. The dog "park" is a joke. The new girl in the office is rude and apparently hates her job. They do not enforce people picking up their dog poop. I have to step over piles to pick my dogs up. The car wash doesn't work. You cant hardly ever get a dryer. People leave their stuff in there for days. The trash piles up on the weekend. The list goes on and on.

They REQUIRE you to pay for cable TV whether you even own a tv or not. This is a separate account so you cannot even get a discount for having cable and/or a phone through Comcast. You also have the choice of paying $1.00 for an email (why a charge is beyond me) or $5.00 for paper copy of your rent notice each month. Now, they are demanding you purchase a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance to cover the builiding with them listed as the "interested party" - - this means they REQUIRE you to pay for THEIR insurance on the buildings in addition to renter's insurance which only covers your belongings. The rent increases every year by at least $50 and there is NOTHING shown for this extra cost. Promises have been made such as replacing all air units - never happened. "Contracted to get new windows" - never happened. Both of these promises were made 2 and 3 years ago!

I really have enjoyed it so far. When I moved in the staff was very helpful. Specifically Lindsay. My neighbor is the Maintence guy Dustin and his wife and they are really nice too. The pool is the perfect temperature and is always really clean.

Nice living here. One complaint is senior citizen living in this facility should get a discount. Also we have lived here almost 5 years and the parking lot lights are really bad. Also we should have the option to sign a multiple year lease. With these suggestions I think you not lose as many tenants as you have in the last five years we have lived here. For the price we part for rent each year I think we should get appliance upgrade with no rent increase.

I have had an overall good experience at the complex. The grounds are well maintained, and the staff has been very accommodating when I had any questions or concerns. When I did need repairs the the work was completed promptly and efficiently. My apartment was renovated prior to my move in and was in great condition with new appliances. I have rarely had any problems with noise and personally have not had any experiences that have felt me feel usafe. Traffic heading downtown for work can be bad depending on what time you leave in the morning. My only real complaint is the MAAConnect service that is built into the rent which is $45/month for Comcast TV service since it was a service I didn't want nor do I utilize. Since you pay the apartment complex this cannot be bundled with any other comcast services which leads to higher internet prices.

Good quiet neigborhood with nice amnities. Friendly staff with a straight forward approach through the entire application process. Nice appliances and dogpark swimming pools weight room are nice. Laundry room a have plenty of machines.

Good and bad - stove was broken when first moving in and air conditioning wasn't working. Maintenance was slow in responding initially, but within the past year has vastly improved. Forced to pay for cable is ridiculous. Pay for e-mail bill.

I feel that I was baited and switched into the apartment I live in.. I was assured a renovated apartment but on lease signing it was changed that I wouldn't be getting a renovated apartment that was not a problem until I got inside the apartment after I signed my lease.. but I never got to check out the apartment before I signed my lease because I was informed that it was still being cleaned.. hahaha clean?!.. it was never clean from day one there was a problem from the plugs working, dirty carpet, to the toilet seats discolored and to the smell of my entire apartment which smells like cigarettes and I don't Smoke! This living arrangement here is very upsetting and I don't recommend here to anyone I know in the future and I will not be resigning my lease here.

Community has been great. Central office is on top of things, timely, and always making efforts to improve the place. New fixtures in bath and kitchen are nice, but it is starting to show that they were not top notch installations.

We have really enjoyed living at the parks at hermitage, all the neighbors are very welcoming and we love how dog friendly they are. Our only issues have been with noise and parking. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot close to our building.

I've been here 4 days and it's great so far. I had an issue and they came out the next day and fixed it. I ordered a package and it came before I moved in. They held the package for me. The staff is very helpful. The neighbors are very nice. One helped me with moving in.

The move in date selection has not been up dated to 2016 yet I move in on 1-15-2016 so far it's been quiet that's a big + ! One thing I'm unhappy with is the carpet it has seen it better days and needs to be replaced I rented a carpet cleaning machine on 1-16-16 I cleaned it twice but didn't make a difference in the carpet at all ! Signed a 14 mths lease hopefully The Park At Hermitage will take care of this ! Less than 800 Sg feet can not be that exspensive to make a tenet happy for 14 mounths ! If this is going to be to big of a ploblem please let me know! Thanks ! Edward.

Overall pleasant experience. The apartment are very nice for the price. Quiet community. Easy access to interstate, downtown, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff. There have been a few instances whe the dumpster is comletely overflowed. Would like to see another dumpster added to the community.

Not good experience at all. I dont feel safe due to the issue not being fixed. When i call the front office and ususally lindsey answers she is rude. This issue can cause a fire and it seems like no one cares at all. I am paying for a washer and dryer and cant even use them.

Courteous staff. Old buildings, but fresh paint and carpet. Neighbors smoke and while inside personal unit, the smell permeates and causes bed, bedding and clothes to reek. Would leave apartment and drive away, smelling smoke on my clothes. For this reason alone, it was a very unpleasant stay. On a positive note: Maintenance staff is friendly, visible and responsive.

Staff has been great. Apartment is in great condition. We are also satisifed with the gym! Definite plus for us. Hot tub would be amazing, but overall experience has been excellent thus far. I would recommend moving into The Park to anyone..
