Been nice, just wish litter was addressed. People park in places that would block emergency vehicles. And inconvenient for drivers trying to drive thru. My neighbor has a dog with a very loud bark and leaves the window open so he can see.... And bark. Ugh

I liked them at first, but the complex has gone down since moving in. The front office always loses my packages, and I was told that they only accept usps packages, so i typically pay extended for fedex or amazon prime to avoid them accepting them. However, lately, they have been accepting those packages as well and i has a few go missing over the past few months. Also, I've had my car broken into twice, my apartment once, my neighbors downstairs smoked weed, which made my apartment smell like it too. When I told the front office, they said "well this isn't a non smoking community." That may be the case for cigarettes, but I'm pretty sure weed is illegal in this state, and that was an inappropriate answer. Also, the dumpster is always overflowing, and it's a service we pay monthly for, so perhaps you need to add another dumpster to the property. It's right at the front of the complex and it looks bad whenever someone drives in.

Gale in the front office is very kind. The two pools are very convenient. All I hear sometimes is the interstate though, so if you get an outter apartment it is always loud. They allow all pets here. But you can only have 2. And they require you to pick up after your dogs, but there has been a Great Dane sized DUMP outside of my patio for over a week now...

Gone down hill and prices have gone through the roof. I will not renew my lease and will probably not lease again. The problems i had with this apartment were the last straw. I got screwed on the fireplace i was told it had. Numerous maintenance problems that took months to get fixed and some never got fixed.

This used to be a safe complex but crime has risen within the past year. We have been notified of numerous car jacking, robberies by guns and vandalism. The complex is older and there are spider issues (brown recluses)--highly recommend you invest in plenty of sticky traps. Also, expect rental increases yearly even if you have outdated appliances/no upgrades.

Great community. I am very satisfied. The staff is very helpful and on top of everything. I really enjoy living there it is peaceful and everyone including the residents are kind. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

I enjoy living here. The size is nice for the money. I have great neighbors. Staff adheres to problems when notified. If my family hadn't grown and I wasn't interested in upgrading to a house, I would continue living here.

There is a dog park with obstacle course. This apartment is very dog friendly, there are no weight restrictions or breed restrictions. The apartments are spacious with patio and fireplace. The mail boxes are close to the apartments and there is a lot of green places around the complex for you to run around.

Well maintained complex, the buildings are older, however built well. The maintenance staff and Office Staff are kind and efficient, always willing to help you. Landscaped really nice, pool is heaven. .

We moved into The Park March of 2015 and have been there for a year and a half. The staff is so kind, helpful, and reliable. I love how clean the apartments are, and the updated appliances. The location is great, especially if you work downtown. Our commute is under 30 mins in traffic, and 15 minutes without traffic. I highly recommend The Park.

My upstairs neighbors are very inconsiderate but other than that, i love it!!! I love that they are pet friendly but i dont like the fact that they charge you 15 bucks a month for pet rent on top of the 300 buck deposit.If i come into anything thatis good or bad, i will be sure to share!

I have been here 2 years now and am very satisfied. I've had the same neighbors the entire time who are friendly and any issues have always been taken care of. Only thing to mention is maybe the playground could be next to upgrade? Oh and carpet on the landing on the top level, bugs collect and are difficult to even sweep out fully bc they stick to it, it's very ugly, I would much rather have that ripped up and have cement honestly

This is one of the nicer apartment complexes here in Hermitage. I especially like the proximity to the lake, downtown, airport and greenway. The neighbors all seem fairly friendly and I love that they welcome and allow large dogs. Beautiful pools.

i fell in love with the griounds when I first drove into the complex. It was true to its name, The Park. It feels Iike a garden. It is very serene walking around the complex. Office manager is absolutely delightful every time I come in for a package or to fill up my laundry card, and the maintenance manager is so dedicated and actually loves what he does. This was one of the best moves I've ever made. Everything has been amazing. I feel like I'm on vacation in my own home.

It would be great if we could get an additional trash compactor or a Trash dumpster in another area of the complex. Also would be great if someone could fix the issue of inconsistent signal Comcast quality. The staff in the office is good also.

It has been great until the last year. The painter's have got paint all over one side of my car, break-ins on peoples cars, bad things going on all hours of the day and night. I will not be renewing my lease for what I am paying.

The move in was very easy. The staff is nice, pleasant, and very easy to work with. They were accomodating during the whole move in process which was a great thing given my busy work schedule. The community is nice and welcoming as well. Overall good experience.

I really love living here! It's just quiet and peaceful. Everyone is so nice ! Very clean and the landscaping is amazing ! The pool and grills are great! Love it here ! Sometimes Parking can be a pain but that's a small issue compared to all the good things about this complex !

I like the community because of the convenience and safety. I don't like that most of the apartments in the subdivision are updated and I can't get an updated apartment unless I move into another unit in the same community, which I think is dumb. Overall, I'm still pleased.

I'll start with saving when we first visited the park it was great and the lady who got us our apt was awesome. We never saw her again and The staff changed at least 3 times while living Their. After we signed our lease we had problem after problem. Our apt flooded 2 months after we moved in and they tried to blame us for it saying we clogged the toilet when we had never even used our quest bedroom. They got our carpet dry and sealed it back together. From then on the carpet kept ripping up and having to be put back down finally the carpet guy said I'm going to need to replace this carpet. So we decided we didn't have time or energy to have the carpet replaced then and have to move all of our stuff so we decided they could replace when we moved. We then got a dog and paid a 300$ pet deposit and a 15$ a month pet rent. Now that we have moved out they are trying to charge us 970$ to replace carpet for a 1050 square foot apt. The reason being is because we had a dog. We have fought with them up to corprate and they are still making us pay for carpet. Summer of 2016 my air was not working my apt was 80+ degrees all summer long. My one year old had to run around in nothing but a diaper sweating because all they did was say that's normal for it to be like that. Which is ridiculous. We tried to break our lease because our ac wasn't working and they tried to charge us 4 grand so we decided to stay. We had problem after problem here not to mention the crime was terrible people were getting held at gun point and getting their cars stolen! I would not recommend this property to anything at all!!
