Good and bad - stove was broken when first moving in and air conditioning wasn't working. Maintenance was slow in responding initially, but within the past year has vastly improved. Forced to pay for cable is ridiculous. Pay for e-mail bill.

I feel that I was baited and switched into the apartment I live in.. I was assured a renovated apartment but on lease signing it was changed that I wouldn't be getting a renovated apartment that was not a problem until I got inside the apartment after I signed my lease.. but I never got to check out the apartment before I signed my lease because I was informed that it was still being cleaned.. hahaha clean?!.. it was never clean from day one there was a problem from the plugs working, dirty carpet, to the toilet seats discolored and to the smell of my entire apartment which smells like cigarettes and I don't Smoke! This living arrangement here is very upsetting and I don't recommend here to anyone I know in the future and I will not be resigning my lease here.

Community has been great. Central office is on top of things, timely, and always making efforts to improve the place. New fixtures in bath and kitchen are nice, but it is starting to show that they were not top notch installations.

We have really enjoyed living at the parks at hermitage, all the neighbors are very welcoming and we love how dog friendly they are. Our only issues have been with noise and parking. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot close to our building.

I've been here 4 days and it's great so far. I had an issue and they came out the next day and fixed it. I ordered a package and it came before I moved in. They held the package for me. The staff is very helpful. The neighbors are very nice. One helped me with moving in.

The move in date selection has not been up dated to 2016 yet I move in on 1-15-2016 so far it's been quiet that's a big + ! One thing I'm unhappy with is the carpet it has seen it better days and needs to be replaced I rented a carpet cleaning machine on 1-16-16 I cleaned it twice but didn't make a difference in the carpet at all ! Signed a 14 mths lease hopefully The Park At Hermitage will take care of this ! Less than 800 Sg feet can not be that exspensive to make a tenet happy for 14 mounths ! Overall pleasant experience. The apartment are very nice for the price. Quiet community. Easy access to interstate, downtown, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly and professional staff. There have been a few instances whe the dumpster is comletely overflowed. Would like to see another dumpster added to the community.

Not good experience at all. I dont feel safe due to the issue not being fixed. When i call the front office and ususally lindsey answers she is rude. This issue can cause a fire and it seems like no one cares at all. I am paying for a washer and dryer and cant even use them.

Courteous staff. Old buildings, but fresh paint and carpet. Neighbors smoke and while inside personal unit, the smell permeates and causes bed, bedding and clothes to reek. Would leave apartment and drive away, smelling smoke on my clothes. For this reason alone, it was a very unpleasant stay. On a positive note: Maintenance staff is friendly, visible and responsive.

I have been at resident at the Park at Hermitage for almost 2 years. My experience has been very pleasant. The area is always clean and presentable and it is a very comfortable, safe, and kid-friendly environment. The maintenance staff is excellent as well!

I love the community. The apartment is good, clean and comfortable for my opinion. The only thing I am having a little issue with right now is the traffic that I can hear from my apartment, especially in the morning. Other than that everything is awesome so far.

So far it has been a good place to live - very close to everything (Downtown, Airport Lake) The management and maintenance team has been always helpful and friendly. The apartment which I'm currently renting could use some new Kitchen cabinets an counter tops - All the buildings could use new windows and door seals which would make heating and cooling more efficient and cheaper regarding the electric costs.

These people are sneaky and shady. Every single week someone is getting evicted for bogus $10 - $50 charges that they don't tell you about. Better yet they evicted you by some degenerates that don't mind breaking your stuff and leaving all your belongings by a dumpster they have placed. No real notice for evictions either. Don't be suprised if the local police come knocking to evict you near the end of your lease so they get to keep your saftey deposit.

This apartment complex is very convenient for shopping and access to the various expressways to get you to wherever you need to go. I can not rate this complex because I have only lived here just a month and a half. As far as repairs they are handled quickly.

Most everything is maintained and property looks good. Property could use more outside lighting, some areas are very, very dark and there needs to be more frequent trash pickup at the compactor, it is an eye sore too often. Very satisfied with the interior of the apartment, was just updated prior to move in.

The apartments are old and need to be updated. Trash is a real pain if you do not live near the front of the building. Management is not great there is a ton of turnover in the office staff. Prices are not great.

Have been very satisfied with living at The Park at Hermitage so far. The staff has been very friendly, especially Lindsay who we worked with when we applied for the apartment/signed the lease. She is always very helpful and friendly. We've had two maintenance requests so far. The first was over the summer when our air conditioning went out. We put in the request that morning and then left for the morning and by the time we got home that afternoon they had been there and fixed it! The most recent thing they helped us with was getting the washer and dryer we bought hooked up and working. We couldn't get the cold water to work so I put in a request and they came and helped me hook it up the next day. They have been awesome and on top of maintenance so far.

Great community to live in. Community grounds are well kept and area is relatively quiet. I have had no issues thus far since moving in late October 2015. I've enjoyed my stay here and I'd recommend it.
