Very nice place to live and well maintained but I do hope the rent will stop going up every year at renewal time plus I am hoping the baths rooms will be open at the club house when the swimming pools are open. All employees are helpful and friendly and seem to really care about the needs of the resident who live here. Every time there has been a problem it was attended to within a reasonable amount of time and the problem was corrected.

Everything is good except the apartment above me is really noisy sometimes all nightI had a maintenance issue and it was resolved within hours I think the staff does an excellent job and I have no complaints about anything else maybe they need to have a stricter pet walking policy seems like everybody walks to pets right along the sidewalk and they do their thing right there

I don't have much to say at this time as I have just moved in. The grounds seem to be well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. The people in the community that I have met are friendly. And with that said, the only thing missing here is a forklift to help with moving into the upper floors.:)

Pros: 1) Rent is reasonably priced for large, one-bedroom apartment. 2) Allows two large dogs 3) The pools are well-maintained 4) The staff is nice Cons: 1) It appears that the management company tries to "nickel and dime" you considering that you will have to pay for an ELECTRONIC statement. 2) It takes a long time for them to repair the washers and dryers. 3) The gym is just plain pathetic, and full of broken machines and weights. 4) Residents don't clean up after their dogs in the "dog park" 5) The kid's park and "car wash" station are also pathetic and broken down Other: 1) Close to I-40. Can be bad if you're a light sleeper. 2) You really can't walk to any decent places except for gas stations.

Not a bad property, but I wish it was gated and had more security features. There have been several break ins, including my car, since I have lived here and I have never had that problem in other areas of Hermitage. I also wish there was better lighting in the parking areas.

I just love it here at The Park at Hermitage. The staff, especially Melissa, is fantastic! My neighbors are great and the location of my apartment to perfect. I feel safe living here and the amenities are great-- I can't wait for the summer so I can use that pool!

I have been here for a couple of years and have no real complaints. Everyone has always been nice to me and they have always done a great job of keeping the landscape looking nice. I have not had the best luck with neighbors but that is out of anybody's control. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.

My experience has been wonderful at the Park. The staff is very friendly, the maintenance staff takes care of every issue I have, and the apartment is beautiful! The location is exactly where I wanted to be: easy access to downtown Nashville, grocery stores and other things, but Just far enough out that you don't have to deal with the business of the big city.

The overall experience has been nothing less than perfect. The noise level is at a minimum, you can barely tell anything else is outside, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Building lighting is perfect, no dark spots.. the neighborhood is in a great spot to access many commonly needed areas, and the staff is caring and looks out for your best interest. Come, and make this your next home!

Friendly staff, nice community, quiet neighborhood - walls a little thin but units are good quality for what you pay. Two pools - very nice for summer and I liked that my apartment was near a tree line so it felt secluded from the city. Extremely satisfied.

into our brand new lease, are still not resolved. The in house maintenance staff wouldn't work on our machines due to "warranty". Which ended up leaving us for 2 months without a washing machine. Not very good start for a lease that was just signed for over 12 months.

I've lived here for a couple years and I haven't had any major issues. The staff is friendly. They also keep the property pretty clean. The maintenance staff responds quickly to any problems you might have. One downfall is the exercise room. It's bare and a bit of a mess.

The management has been non-helpful. They give excuses and round about answers. They give late fees when its their fault for the late payment! The office staff is uneducated on the practices of the management. They will tell you something just to get you to leave them alone.

The park is a friendly community to live in. All the staff is not only like family but very professional and understanding. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, convenient, and friendly area to live in. Been here three years and never had a issue with neighbors, staff, nor maintenance .

Neither the best nor the worst option for the location-- with out regard to distances "convenient" to Davidson County. However, for what one gets, this is pretty much the least expensive option, so if cost is your primary motivating factor this is the place for you. I've had no problems with fellow residents or the surrounding community.

Community is good leasing office stall is very good. But leasing contract terms are very inhuman This change happened from this year .Landscaping should be improved in front of Apartments.In some area of community lighting should be improved.

My experience had been very positive. I even renewed my lease. The only complaint I have is being told that not having hot water in my apartment with a newborn and todler on a Saturday evening at the end of November is not an emergency and would have to wait till Monday. The situation came out wonderfully and I had hot water by Sunday morning. The leasing agent is kind of new but showed very little understanding and never called me back. I called the emergency line and it was fixed quickly.

The community itself is beautiful and nicely maintained. The office staff is professional, personable and very, very warm. Hiring Ed to oversee the maintenance staff was a smart choice - I've never seen anyone take such pride in their work!!!!!!!

The worst maintenance/customer service I have ever had to deal with. I WILL NOT recommend this apartment to anyone I know. After not having a/c for two and a half weeks and the garbage disposal taking over a week to fix, I can say I'm fed up and will not even think of renewing the lease. Also, most of the staff are rude, I have not been able to sign back into my MAA account after renewing the lease. I have gone and talked to the manager and staff many times for this problem and the only answer I seem to get is "I don't know what is wrong."

I moved in August 2014, the office staff was extremely helpful, my upgraded apartment us EXCELLENT! And the price is literally icing on the cake! I am extremely pleased, The surrounding area is even excellent as well, easy access to every in even downtown Nashville!

so far okay. Our AC unit broke in during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and due to household health sensitivities we cannot live without it. If we had known to alert them the minute it happened (since it's considered a high priority) it would've been fixed at 3am instead of the 9am we waited until. Ultimately we are satisfied with the help we received.
