The maintenance team at the Park at Hermitage, TN is awesome. Quick to respond and does a great job. Unfortunately you hear everything from inside your apartment...people talking inside the apartment next door, tv & music, cars driving by, people walking up outside stairs, etc..

I have been paying a total of about 750$ a month with other utilities included, not electric or cable. This wouldn't be a bad price other than the old freaking appliances. The fridge is loud, I only get about 12 minutes of hot water and our heating and cooling bills are outrageous.

My husband and I have loved living here. The property is extremely clean, the staff every time I come in very helpful. My neighbors are awesome. It is less than five minutes from y husbands job and only a hop, skip and jump from the interstate for me. This place is ideal.

The staff makes you feel like family. Any time that I need help with an issue, the response time is very quick. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and go out of their way to help you. The landscaping is beautiful and the lights on the buildings at night makes you feel safe when you are outside.

move in was horrible, we moved into an apartment that hadn't been cleaned. The office staff wasn't arty all apologetic, and they almost let our cat or when they came to "clean" our apartment the day after they were supposed to clean them. As soon as my lease is up I will be moving.

Our experience at the Park has been very good. The staff and maintenance and grounds crew are very good. They respond very quickly to any needs we have. Our fellow residents have been very friendly & our Dachshund loves walking the grounds. !

My stay here has be very pleasant. The staff is very professional and treat you as a friend. They go out of their making living in Hermitage productive. This is a plus for people moving here. When you go into your apartment you never hear noise such as music or domestic.

I have lived in these apartments since June and so far my experience has been great. I love the area, being so close to the interstate. The maintenance has been right on top of everything we have requested and the office staff are very friendly.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET. When you initially visit, they come off as extremely pet friendly. They talk up the dog park and that they are one of the only apartments in Hermitage that allow up to 75lb dogs. The pet fee is $300 (which is for them only) and then $15 pet rent per month for their animal trash cans around the complex..... IT DOES NOT GO TOWARDS ANYTHING ELSE. Once you sign the dotted line you have plenty of issues with them and your animal. My biggest concern was when I was doing my walkthrough of my apartment on my move out date. The staff claimed that ONLY because I had a pet they needed to check the carpet. I thought I was fine because I got the carpet professionally cleaned, but then they LIFTED the carpet off the ground and counted stains. The stains were in places where I had my couch and coffee table - no way could my dog have peed through the wooden coffee table, through the carpet and then left a stain. They then immediately told me that I would have to pay for the entire carpet (800 sq ft) to be replaced because of 3-4 stains that they cannot prove was mine. The cost was over $700 (more than the rent for a month). All in all, they make it sound so great and you pay so much for your animal and then BAM- your last day they nickel and dime you. BE CAREFUL!

We have lived here a long time. The ladies at the front are so nice, especially Gail. We have really enjoyed living here but this will probably be our last year. Our cars have been broken into and things have been stolen off of our front porch. The other night there were teenagers going through thd parking lot trying peoples car door handles. They have a security person that drives through but he doesnt stop anyone.

One lady out of the office staff is rude most of the time. The past 2 service requests have taken more than 3 days to complete. One of the maintenance men broke our lamp and didn't clean it up or offer to replace the bulb. Most of the staff are very kind. I would recommend to friends.

Great location, just off of I40 minutes from the airport. Hardly have maintenance issues, but when I do they are addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Overall good value and friendly staff. Wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Very community driven.Propery is well maintain.Staff is delightful.I think that weight room and laundry room is one of the most convenient and accomadating facility I have ever used in a apartment complex.Plenty of parking and I like the car wash station.

rice has skyrocketed but amenities have nit equalled a comparable unit in town. I have lived here 7 years, love the community, but not with the price anymore. As units are being upgraded, my unit looks lived in fit 7 years but an being charged as if it's a remodeled apartment.

Over all this ia a good place to live. I feel safe here and staff seems nice. Playground is old, dirty, and unsafe, maintains does not always returnen to finish jobs when they say they will. The pools are nice but lots of non residents come so makes it over crowded at times

I would not recommend this apartment complex. The maintenance staff is very nice but does not do as requested. Lights have been out for my entire duration here and I have asked they be replaced but it's been about 10 months and it still hasn't happened. Some of the features they advertise are not as you'd expect. The vacuum at the car wash station has not worked since I moved in. The dog park is filthy and mostly mud rather than grass. Also, they allow smoking inside apartments so when I moved in, the smell was unbearable. They had to run some kind of machine for four hours and the entire house had to be evacuated, which is not easy to do for that long of a period with two dogs. There are also cigarette butts all over the complex.

Great community to live in. It's a central location. Not too far from downtown, Opry Mills, Nashville Shores or the Zoo. It's a family oriented community and it is pet friendly. Staff are friendly people. The property is well kept even during the winter months.

For the most part I have enjoyed living here, although I was very disappointrd that my floor by the laundry room coul d never be fixed. I also have a problem with tanning bed questions. I think that the staff does a good job with helping the residents. I live in and older apartment and it needs painting but the paint on the walls in my place nobody knows what color it is so I can not cover marks on my walls.

Everyone I have met in the office, especially Gigi, is absolutely wonderful. She has made my transition to moving here absolutely wonderful and I have enjoyed my time here very much. The community is off of a major expressway and has very easy access to many essential needs, grocery store, restaurants, fast food, etc.

Air is working Clint was really quick and courteous! It had not been working for a while I was glad to finally get it fixed I could have had it sooner just with work I was so busy and had little time to get it fixed it was great to have service quickly!
