Not the best - apartment initially was not properly readied for our move-in. Been told since more than once that since it will be renovated when we move out, things are not going to be addressed - doesn't seem to matter that we just signed a new lease and that we are having to deal/live with the issues. Would have already been gone if we could.

As I was searching for a place to live, I narrowed it down to 2-3 apartment complexes. I chose The Park because they had bigger square footage than the others at a good price. I also enjoyed meeting the office staff & their welcome personalities!

It's calm and nice. I don't see many people around which is ok but it would be cool if I saw more people. I do like that there is a dog park and a play ground. I don't know why it takes so long to get the pool ready cause it's hot as hell. It's also nice how it's easy to get to the highway from here and there are places around you can go to

Consistently good service with good neighbors in a quiet community. Staff are always courteous and professional. Apartment is not fancy, but very servicable. Cost is fairly reasonable given the size, location and amenities offered to the renters.

Very nice quite community good parking. Some light bulbs need to be changed. Nice dog park playground needs New slides and swing they are very weathered dog stations need to stocked sometimes left empty for a few days. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I love living at The Park, everyone in the office is extremely nice and very personable. When I need something done, I just call or email my request and it is quickly taken care of, the right way, the first time. No complaints.

Everyone has been very nice, polite and very helpful. I would recommend this community to my friends or family. The area is very clean and the manicured very nicely. I have not yet visited the tanning booth or the gym but I plan to. Everything is centrally located for convenience.

Very good the community is ok the staff is great it looks nice lots of parking good lighting through out the complex like the dog park playground needs to be updated it weathered bad .the staff is very nice and work was done fast and service was quick and done right.

good, play ground is available, very spacious , good parking lot, but some saw people are not cleaning after dogs..., water from kitchen taps are not drink directly. if more community events happened it would be very great. waiting for summer, so spend some time in pools

The apartment community is very clean, the staff here at The Park were extremely polite and helpful. I've only been here for two months but I have adjusted pretty well. Recently I have a service request and it was handled quickly and professionally. So far good!

I have enjoyed being a tenant here for 8 yearrs. There are no complaints with the office staff at all. As a matter of fact, there have been times of frustration with the way other tenants disrespect the property and the rules, but because of the Park family, I have remained. Thank you for the beautiful landscaping. I enjoy the "symphony" of vegetation every season.

I have lived here since January within the first few days our water was shut off three times without any type of notice whatsoever. As well as there is basically a mound of dog feces by our sidewalk in one are probably 2 feet by 2 feet. Which is absolutely disgusting. We were charged way more for our utilities than what was in the lease. As well as the pets go, they say no pit bulls, okay I was raised around them I know what they look like but why is it everybody in my building has a pit bull?!? Kinda makes you think. As well as highly aggressive, unsocial dogs. Unacceptable!!! Oh by the way the parking is horrible I have to park past the boat storage and walk about a block to my apartment. Very very very very unsatisfied!!!

Overall, I have had a great experience in this community. I did become a victim of burglary shortly after moving in. I do not like walking around the property and constantly being threatened by civilians with dogs on leashes. In my opinion, dogs need not to use the sidewalks. I have nothing against dogs, it is just out of control and remains a large factor for me staying away from the community for days on end. I do not like the fact that people are constantly trespassing and using our swimming pool. I think this encourages theft and vandalism in our community. Please do something about these two issues. Other than that, the park has been a great place for me.

I really enjoy living here. I am in a studio apartment and the only real complaint that I have about it is the closet space is tiny. Other than that, I love my apartment. The community is clean, quiet, and everyone that I've met has been extremely nice. The maintenance and office staff is very friendly and they fix any issues right away. The fitness center is very clean and the machines have always been in great condition every time I've been there. I really enjoy living in this community and have always felt very safe.

I have had the pleasure of living here in this complex for a couple of years now. This is the most well kept apartment complex that I have ever seen. The staff is always friendly and anytime there's a need for a service request the maintenance staff is always prompt. So if you're looking to be part of an awesome apartment family then the Park at Hermitage is where you want to live.

I have lived here almost a year and have regretted it from the start. First they leased the apartment I had put a deposit down on and waited until 5:00pm on a Friday to tell me. An email to corporate was the only way they fixed it. The trash compactor is always broken so trash is always piled up for days or there are huge ugly bins blocking part of the street. Management lies and is rude. I got bed bugs and they treated me like a leper and were not helpful in contacting me or scheduling the pest control. Dryers in the laundry room were broken for months and residents had to put a note on them letting others know so they wouldn't waste their money. Downstairs neighbors are loud and rude but management won't talk to them. I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up

REDICULOUS this is by far the worst appartment complex every they do not work with residents at all they are all about outward apperience and not about resident satisfaction but about there own agenda. They lie to people just to fill units and then they dont live up to there word that is why they have a high turn over of residents because this is the worst place to live and we want to leave this place because we are very dissatisfied and discusted with this place. And if we choose to stay we will but we want the option to opt out without paying a penalty. This is stupid.

This is the best apartment complex I have ever experienced. The staff is very friendly and the complex is quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores and other shopping outlets. It is also right off of 40 so it makes it easy to commute to the highway.

I have only been there a few months. The apartments are older but the community is great. I have had a few issues with my dishwasher and garbage diaposal but the maintenance men have been great and quick to fix my problems. The staff is womderful!
