Don't move here. Dirty and runned down. Apartment walls/floors are so thin. I can hear every move our neighbors make. Balconies are treated like storage units. People have Christmas lights still out and it's March.

Columns on Main is a fine community with a dedicated team of professionals who keep the place safe, well maintained and with a sense of community. The buildings are positioned smartly to provide privacy and although transitive in makeup, the place is rather neighborly.

Columns is a gated community, which is very close to stores, groceries, and restaurants. We feel very secure living here for the past six years. Good sidewalks for walking pets or getting some exercise. Plenty of parking space.

All my lease is good for is for ECI to collect their money. They do not enforce THEIR lease agreement and the rules laid out in it and they do not care that their tenants who abide by their lease are not happy with all that we are having to put up with.

The apartment and Community are very nice. The location is great. I do wish that they had cleaned a little bit better. However the same was very responsive to anything that I needed. I would recommend it to friends

The apartment is beautiful and clean, but the amenities are where it's at! The pool, hangout area, and gym are all so nice and clean. The package room and mailboxes are easy to access and simple to understand!

We enjoy living at The Columns. We enjoy the location and amenities. This location has a dog park and community garden which make the community feel more like a true neighborhood. I also appreciate that the complex has lockers for packages.

The overall apartment is nice. The move in process was awful tho. My apartment was not move in ready. No one did a walk thru with me. I couldn't shower for the first four days. It's extremely dirty so I spent the first week living here cleaning instead of unpacking.

The Columns on Main Apartment Home community has been enjoyable living. The updated and competitively priced units?especially the modern appliances and fresh flooring, spacious closets, and balcony space make the space feel open, comfortable and inviting. I also appreciate how efficient and thoughtful messages include community events and gentle reminders about the apartment guidelines to help us to be good neighbors. Overall, management is helpful and friendly. It's been a good experience, and happy to call Columns on Main home!

The finishings are high quality in our apartment. The architecture and grounds are very attractive. The heating and cooling units are very efficient. The location is close to retail which is convenient.

This apartment complex is amazing! It was so easy to get in contact with the leasing office and get the apartment and price that we needed. Living here has been incredible. The facilities are great and the apartments are so nice! Huge upgrade from my previous apartment.

We love living in this apartment complex. Everything starting from our first application has been smooth and handled with clear communication. Any issues we had were fixed in a very timely manner. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and upper tier living situation!

Staff is accommodating, friendly, and professional. Grounds are well maintained throughout the season. Plenty of parking with great amenities! Environment is quiet and pleasant while having many shopping choices within walking distance.

Nice place in general, but I think there are better options with all the new complex they are building in the area. COM needs to improve a few things ( cleaning of the common areas, trash collection, etc) if they want to keep their residents

The location is perfect and community is top notch! Summer time was the best with going to the pool and meeting other residents and gaining new friendships. Fall/winter time is great to sit around the fireplace at the Main office

Love this community. Beautiful homes inside and out. The buildings are well maintained and very quiet. I rarely hear any of my neighbors. The community feels safe as well. It is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and the interstates.

Great community! It is very dog friendly and the main office and maintenance crew are very responsive and helpful. We have been enjoying the pool and gym on a regular basis. My only complaint is the gate, which sometimes has issues.

This has been a great community overall. Staff is prompt in any repairs needed and living space is luxurious compared to others like it. Definitely one of the best apartments in the area and would recommend to others

Very disappointed in the management and maintenance crew at this location. I was over promised when I moved in and have been consistently let down. The communication and effort is limited, which makes it frustrating as a resident.

The Columns on Main is without a doubt the best apartment complex I have had the pleasure of calling home. The apartments and amenities themselves are a contributing factor. But it's the friendliness and heart of the staff that make the apartment feel like home. From the office staff that goes out of their way to help, to the maintenance staff that keep the place running smoothly, I can't say thank you enough to all of them. Delighted to call this home.

Lies, drugs and green pool
staff is untrustworthy. -signed for $900 worth of packages and swore that they didnt have them -never paid out referral bonus Neighbors love to use drugs and blast music -tons of drug use -constant slamming on floor and blasting music late into night -staff didnt do anything about it. Swimming pool was replaced with tap water and turned green. Still charged us full amenity fees
