The Columns is kind of the whole package for us -- location is amazing both for getting things nearby and for commuting to both Franklin and Columbia. The management staff are very friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is quick. Our floorplan feels very premium -- my wife and I noted when we toured it that it felt like a luxury hotel. Big, awesome kitchen with lots of light and LOTS of counter space.

This apartment complex is wonderful! Everyone is very friendly & helpful. Lots of activities are planned by the management. The facilities are always clean. Very dog friendly & the dog park is a plus. We love living here.

Amenities are top notch! Spacious fitness center/yoga room. Office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! Valet trash service was a big deciding factor for us. Overall, very happy with our choice in housing!

Nice apartment, any issues we had with appliances were taken care of pretty quickly. People seem nice and it's pretty quiet. Like they food trucks they bring in, that's a nice touch. Gym is a little small but is nice and the pool area is nice.

First time living in an apartment, I've always owned a home and I love living here, Maintenance is great. Lauren, in the office is so nice and helpful. The pool is beautiful, they have monthly meet ups !! Nothing more I could ask for

Common area are very nice. however they should be cleaned from time to time. especially the BBQ Area. Other people sometimes leave a mess and other then need to Clean or for go the BBQ all together

Lauren in leasing has been great to work with in touring, leasing, answering questions, getting me moved in. Thanks, Lauren! The apartment is beautiful and any little things that need repair on move-in, Lauren has been great in getting it to maintenance to take care of. The location is super convenient to shopping of all sorts and restaurants. So far, I'm pleased with choosing this community to move to.

After looking at several apartments in about a 20 mile radius nothing was as appealing as the Columns on Main. I was quite drawn to the welcoming community and amenities, mainly the pool, gym and BBQs. The staff was very welcoming over the phone and when I arrived I felt right at home.

The accommodations and community are excellent! The place is very quiet and peaceful for being so close to a major roadway. Units are clean and very spacious and modern. Defiantly worth the value for location and accommodations for sure. Plus the pool and common area are amazing to use as well!
