We have had a pretty good experience in the community. There have been some concerns with the quality of our apartment though, and our experience as renters in a new unit. Especially one that is being classified as a luxury unit. We didn't actually realize it was luxury when we signed the lease, but since living here I'm not sure it fits the adjective used. There were multiple build issues that had to be rectified after we moved in, and some were not able, such as seal on doors, drain in shower, and quality of flooring. We could also hear our neighbor below us walking on their floor and occasionally a neighbor snoring through the walls. The amenities are very nice though, except when they aren't cleaned regularly. In the fitness area, there were several areas that built up dust. The pool started getting a large spot for several weeks. Overall, it's a nice complex, but I don't think it's worth the rent prices they charge.

Any problems have been dealt with very quickly and with a good positive outcome. Both management and maintenance are very professional. Our only problem is the lighting in the breezeway. Too dark, and sensor lights do not adequately adjust to outdoor light. Rally a safety issue for the disabled, especially. Sometimes need to use flashlight to unlock door with key.

Obviously I enjoy living here, after this being my second post, but it's been a year at this residence and all I can say is. I love it here. This Community is great and peaceful. The staff are so sweet and helpful. I couldn't of asked for a better community.

i absolutely am in love with these apartments. they accepted my dog which is the most important aspect of my life and they are SO MODERN AND CUTE. I currently live one minute away from my job , where before i lived a total of an hour and a half .. i am so happy to be living here.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Gym and yoga studio great! Pool is the best in the city! Community is cozy and quiet for an apartment. Kitchen is so spacious and closets are stellar. Pets friendly place with a dog park!

Plenty of parking! Usually in complexes, YOURE fighting to find spots close but here you never have. I transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and both have been fantastic! The community is quiet and very well kept. Shannon and the ladies in the office are amazing! Very personable, attentive, and kind. Even the maintenance staff are great! I will most definitely be living here until I find my forever house.

When I saw that the columns on Main were luxury apartments I was intrigued. This apartment quickly became my home, and has been the ideal living situation for a single dog mom. :) The staff here are amazing and so easy to work with. We love our space and common areas are beautiful and clean. Whenever we have a maintenance issue the staff comes almost immediately or right on time for the appointment. In addition the maintenance staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The apartment complex is very nice and kept up very nice. The service provided are great. The office staff is very sweet. I have one upstairs neighbor who is really rude and blames me and screams at me for things that are not me and are not in my control lol

So far my stay here is been very unpleasant. There is an excess amount of noise coming from the unit directly above me. Animal waste littering the entrance to the building it's disgusting and makes me feel uncomfortable. And your online payment option for auto pay didn't work resulting in Late fee. Unacceptable.

Very clean and nice! The staff and maintenance guys are so friendly. The common areas, including areas for dogs,are great. It seems very quiet here as well. We love that they have holiday events sometimes, like a food truck. We only wish the prices didn't go up. That would make it perfect.

This community is by far the best I've seen and experienced ever!! I love coming home every day. From the staff and the amenities it's a absolute comfort place to live. I feel very safe here . When looking for a new home for me and my son , Shannon in the office was by far extremely helpful and heartfelt about making sure I was happy and things ran as smoothly and quickly as possible. When my dog passed away shorty after moving here she and her staff went out of there was to recognize and send a care package to me And my family .. that goes a very long way.

Gates are always broken and people call in for the stupidest reasons. A lot of the people in my apartment building work nights and sleep during the day and party all hours of the night and we get told we have to be respectful of the other tenants cause we are up during the day and have to tip toe all around our apartment so we don't get turned in and wake up people or the hung over people. I've had dog crap from a big dog right in front of our doors in breeze way that we saw when walking out of our apartment. I cleaned it up cause it's gross as heck to see that. No one seems to know how to clean up after their dog. I got accused of having three dogs when I only have two and I have family that come from all over and I let them bring their dogs for visits. We got accused of throwing matches and confronted by maintenance thinking my kids did it. We told them it was the neighbor across from us cause he has a lot of people coming in and out all hours of the night and they light up joints and cigarettes and flick them to the ground ( I saw them do it on numerous occasions ). I asked the neighbor across from us if he could ask his friends to not flick matches on the ground or breeze way. He told me mind my own business and it doesn't matter to me. Just having my kids take out trash from Christmas and they had to put some down by our door cause they couldn't carry all of them to car. Trash compactor is clear across property so no carrying them there. We got a notification in email saying we will get a fee if trash is left outside of door before 5:00pm. Accused of having boxes by our door when it was our neighbors. I have pictures to prove it. The walls and floors are so thin you can literally hear the guy above watching porn and it's disturbing as heck. The guy across from us committed suicide( same guy with the matches) and no one found him for over a month and here I thought the smell was maybe a dead rodent or something. This is not an experience I wanted my kids to ever deal with or ourselves as adults. The guy below us came and banged and kicked on our door so hard he left dents in the door and threatened to come in our apartment and drag me and my kids out by our hair and pumble us and drag us to office. My son had a tiny issue cause he's autistic. The guy got up in my special needs sons face. The banging and doors slamming was the crime scene cleaner people cleaning stuff out and they were going in and out of apartment. The time after that it was the guys family coming in and clearing out all his belongings so they were throwing things in breeze way and tossing things over his patio fence and were yelling end screaming about what it grab and to stop crying. They started yelling at a guy saying only grab the stuff with value and leave the rest for management to clean up it's not our job. Again neighbor accused us of being loud as hell when it wasn't us slamming our front door. We didn't even leave that day or go outside. When I notified the office they sent a email saying they told the neighbor to stay away from us and also we had our tenants turn us in supposedly. We have never received a email, text, call, or letter telling us someone thinks we were be loud. Being notified would be awesome at the time of incident. but if it's during the day and I want to walk around our apartment and listen to music that isn't loud at all or watch tv I will do so on my own schedule which is awake during the day and asleep at night. I will not continue to live a stressful life here cause some hung over or self absorbed tenants think the world revolves solely around them and their schedule. I do not have to go with all their schedules which would be impossible cause their all different. We can try to keep stuff down but I have three kids on live classes at home and the teachers or other student online can get loud if laughing or jokes are told. What are we suppose to do, not have a life or walk around our apartment? Again walls are so thin you can hear tv's or people talking in their apartments. Also I saw a fight break out across from us in the other building at night I looked out window and two guys were going at it. I just kept to myself like I always do and called the cops. I will not be out in the middle of that or have someone come at us. The front office seems to have a nice voice but they don't seem to give a crap about anything and there is always a reason why they can't do anything about it. Their only sweet and talk-able when showing apartments to rent it out. but when you complain about something or someone that's serious, they make it known that it bothers them and it seems to ruin their day and come back at you in email that you also did something wrong but never heard of it before. The trash compactor is always full to the point bags are sticking out the door. We will not be renewing our lease at all. We will be gone and won't be looking back.
