The gates are always broke, the people in our building are almost all very weird, and noise complaints are used so much that it's not taken that seriously anymore. I sent a maintenance report in for the top lock on my door to be fixed and now the door doesn't shut unless it's shut with significant force. They didn't say when they were coming or that they had even came til later at night and they were there when I was at work. Sometime during the time I was at work and maintenance came without being notified my wallet was taken from my apartment. Overall it has not been a good experience and we will not renew a lease.

The apartment has a nice size & layout. The amenities are great. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. Maintenance has been quick and minor problems are completed well. Parking is good, and gates give you a sense of peace.

My husband and I had become disenchanted with the apartment-hunting experience, but the ladies here snapped that right out of us. Their genuine concern for helping us find exactly what we needed and in the time frame that we were hoping for has been jaw-dropping. I'm in construction and had probably more questions than most about specific items was already known to them or they found it out and got back to me so quickly my head spun. The apartment is wonderful and there is plenty of space for our dogs to enjoy themselves as well. The dog park is wonderful and you're never far away from a dog-potty bin that is stocked with bags. The community is quiet and very well-maintained. The valet garbage pickup is a fantastic perk! The 4'x4' master shower and massive master closet are unheard of in apartments. We're thrilled! And, again, the staff is easily five-star. I can't stress that point enough. We could be in a shoddy community, but have community staff this good and still be happy. We lucked out and got a great place AND their staff is amazing. Win-win!

Very friendly staff! Beautiful exterior and very close to shopping and food! The gated community is a nice touch as well and offers two entrances into the community. The clubhouse has a yoga studio, fitness area, and lounge pool. Would highly recommend!

Apartments are brand new and very clean. The layout is more than functional (I have a 2 bedroom). The kitchen has a lot of storage and a pantry. The bathrooms have draws and storage under the sink. The closets are huge. The staff is very nice and helpful. The amenities are great (although I haven't used too many of them).

Excellent community, clean, security is great, friendly helpful staff, many community activities available. Gated community provides excellent security. Free parking lot without the need to search for a spot close to your door.

So far we love Columns on Main. The apartment is beautiful - the colors both inside and out are very nice. The grounds are lovely. But what has been really impressive is the customer service. Every person we have seen at the office (and spoken to on the phone) has been genuinely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. We are very happy we chose this community.

It has been a pleasant experience, the staff has been friendly. The process of moving from another state was easier than expected. We moved here sight unseen and was not sure if we were going to get what was described by the website. To our surprise the apartment is just like we expected.

So far everything has been great. Brand new unit and a quiet neighborhood. It's very close to all stores and restaurants my family and I need and very close to the highway which makes for a much easier commute to work for me.

Very nice and friendly community. I was able to move in fast. I enjoy having the storage closet out on my patio. The community is quiet and I enjoy the club house gym and it's other amenities. This is my first apartment on my own and in a new state! So far I am happy with my choice and living arrangements.

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. We have not rented an apartment in years and this has been a wonderful experience. The girls in the welcome center are all able to answer all questions and you are always greeted with a smile. It's also nice when someone remembers your name.

Overall, the facility is very appealing. The layout is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and well designed, and the amenities are top of the line. I was drawn to this apartment because I enjoy living in a brand new building, and this met my budget. It is the same quality as some of the newer apartments in downtown Nashville that are close to $2400 a mo! HOWEVER - within 1 hour of living in my apartment, the apartment flooded. I'm not kidding. They neglected to hook up the washer to the drain pipe, so when I turned on the washer, half the apartment filled with water. The water damage was NOT remediated appropriately. I had to rush to move all my belongings out asap. Apparently other units have already experienced water damage, also. And the complex has only been open for 2 mo. There must be a serious issue with the quality of the construction. I'd say - buyer beware. You may be walking into a water damaged property and totally unaware of it.

The staff could not be more accommodating & welcoming, but it's the apt & community itself, that is so beautiful I feel like I'm on vacation. The architecture & design is outstanding. The pool area is drop dead gorgeous. The club house & gym are top notch. I am so very happy with my entire experience.

I moved in August 2020. Office staff (Shannon, Melissa, & Sarah) very professional, friendly, and helpful. Smooth move in process. My keys were ready. My apartment was in perfect move in condition. The maintenance guys even checked in on me to see if I needed anything. My neighbors are friendly and very quiet. It's a gated community, new construction, and the location is the BEST in Spring Hill - right next to Saturn Parkway - and right beside The Crossings (Super Target, Restaurants, Movie Theater, and Shopping. I;m super excited about the City's Greenway construction right behind us!
