Lovely complex with multiple features that are great if you are single, or even have children dogs. Friendly management that is easy to work with and contact. Location is great if you commute to Nashville. Shopping center within walking distance as well as multiple restaurants.

Routine Maintenance issues are addressed the next day. Office staff is accommodating and helpful. Grounds are kept in an outstanding manner. The apartment had new paint, carpet and flooring when we moved in

We knew this was the place for us when our leasing agent told us she looked here and loved it! It's quiet, clean, and friendly. We have neighbors we love chatting with, and our dog even has some friends in the neighborhood! Perfect location. Great parking. Couldn't ask for more

Some of the grounds aren't maintained as well as 1 would expect, especially as much as rent has gone up since I moved here, bout +$800/mo going into my 3rd year, lots of dead bushes, trees, no turf maintenance, no overseeding, fertilizing, or weed control, definitely not "luxury", amenities r nice, close to everything, staff is great! Great pool, but would b better if it could be heated early and later in the season.

Very satisfied I never thought I would enjoy this location and environment this much. The south is much different than AZ. Everyone is so nice. My daughter picked the perfect place for me and John. I will definitely renew my my lease in July.

Love this community, the pool and fitness center are two features that were important to me and I use them regularly. Also the staff here is super friendly and helpful, any issue I've had the maintenance team has been right on top of.

I love my 1 bedroom Unit. Good floor plan. Spacious Cabinets and closet. Buildings are not crowded together, numerous parking spaces. I am a single older female and so far I feel very safe here. Location very close to everything.

Great apartments with courteous and responsive management. Quiet surroundings and friendly residents in the community. Been a year now and couldn't have asked for a better community to live in. Close to a large number of food joints too.

Office were great, grounds were clean, well maintained, and the property looked pristine. The apartment itself is spacious and it's well worth it. I did have a maintenance issue and that was fixed in an efficient manner.

We think that these apartments are very nice and pretty much sound proof. We would suggest that anybody with a dog stay in these apartments because they are very dog friendly. Ours, and I assume all of the apartments, have a walk-in shower.. We also experienced if you have any problems in your apartment, the office will have somebody from maintenance over to help you immediately. It was a great experience.

Exceptional place to live. There is a 24-hour fitness center onsite that has free weights, a cable machine, and cardio equipment. The staff is kind, competent and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

The community is pretty good. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is prompt. These apartments are very close to multiple bars and stores which is very convenient. The only real downside is how expensive these apartments are compared to apartments nearby.

Staff is extremely friendly. Everyone in community is pet friendly. The amenities of near by shopping, you can get anything you need within a couple minutes drive. If you really wanted you can walk to places. Gated community.

It was a great experience! Love the people! They answer their emails quickly and efficiently:) The apartment is clean and beautiful! Everything was upfront and at hand when I needed it! However some gate issues have occurred.

They were flexible with my situation and provided a few ways to accommodate my schedule. Very clean looking buildings and rooms are taken care of. Some of the amenities are closed currently but from what I've seen, they look decent enough compared to other apartments.

The Columns of Main is is a great place to live, it's clean, quite, gated, and the perfect location in Spring Hill you will get. Everyone staff and maintenance go above and beyond to meet every residents needs. The gym, rec room, plus the pool you can't beat such a nicer place for the price. The Columns of Main *****

It's been a fantastic first time experience for me! This is my first time living away from home and my roommate and I couldn't have found a better location with what the Columns on Main offers for a better price. The design of buildings, amenities, and spacious apartment buildings really give everyone more than enough for what they pay for.

SO FAR SO GOOD. MAINTENANCE IS RESPONSIVE TO REQUESTS, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. MANAGEMENT STAFF IS ATTENTIVE TO RESIDENTS NEEDS. PROPERTY IS CLEAN AND SAFE. THE COLUMNS ON MAIN IS QUIET AND PEACEFUL.

Is a really nice place an the apartment are pretty the color are not my favorite and is because I think is not enough light come in during the day and the color does not help too much well I like the places with illuminated places and that is the reason

These apartments are practically brand new,with upgraded materials. They're close to the freeway, and only 45 minutes from Nashville. I don't know what else to write but I have to have two hundred characters

This apartment is a decent size with decent amenities for the price. I would consider it a fair value. The community is relatively quiet and feels safe. The office and maintenance staff members are responsive and quick to address any concerns.

These buildings were awesome when we first moved in but then went downhill as more people moved in and the staff cared less! People were smoking at the pool and they never did anything about! It’s a non-smoking apartment!! They cut corners with the buildings and we had issues with our apartment when we moved in and we were the first to ever live there! Let that sink in. Not worth the price and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This community is lovely. The people are nice and the areas is quiet at night. There are no complaints that I can think of. I am overall very happy here and can't wait to renew my lease. It is the perfect home for me
