Very nice homes with a very friendly staff. In terms of staff quality, I've been blown away. Maintenance is here within minutes of me reporting an issue and they get it fixed ASAP. The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Beautiful granite countertops and laminate flooring. Space may have been used more efficiently, but it is beautiful nonetheless. I'm not sure how well the buildings were built though. For being a luxury community built in 2020, I can hear every step my neighbors take. Prices are also reaching an outrageous point. Yes the complex is nice but there's nothing overly luxurious about it. It's just a nice apartment.

I have been here for a month and so far it a great community. Office staff checked to see how things were going when they seen me walking the property. Maintenance has helped me with packages when I was clearly struggling. So far so good!

Nice and clean apartments. Great, helpful, and cooperative office staff. Prices are not cheap, but it's good if you compare it to the quality you're getting.The good thing is that you can lease for a short term or month by month, but of course the rental price will highly increase.

The valet trash is not always picked up. The office relies on the tenants to report this. On average, at least twice a month. The compactor doesn't get emptied enough to handle the size of the complex, so on weekends the compactor area is overrun with trash. They don't police the area enough for tenants with big dogs leaving poop in the area around the dog stations. With the ice storms this year it was covered with ice and snow tracking it in my new car and my apartment, causing me to pay $350 to have my carpets cleaned. When we moved out they had me clean the carpets again, then ripped it out, trying to charge me $1000 to replace all the carpet, when it looked good we when we moved out. It's taking them over 3 days to produce the pictures of why they ripped it out. They claim to have restrictions on certain dog breeds, but I see those breeds being walked all the time from other buildings and not cleaning up their dog's poop from our building and at times not on a leash. I had one of my cars hit twice in the parking lot. Both times on a Thursday, in the same parking spot. They claim they don't have a camera in that part of the parking lot. I have $5000 worth of damage from this. They sent out emails telling people to stop speeding. The worst speeding is their maintenance crew in their cart. With that said, the maintenance people did do repairs in a very swift manner and we never had a problem with them doing their job. I would rate them a 9-10. They are under staffed. When we do complain about something, their standard answer is "I have been doing this over 20 years and worked at 8-10 complexes and we always do whatever it is that way or not that way" It seems if they have changed jobs that often, something was a problem with them. We were planning on staying at least another year, but with the damage to my car and their lack of controlling the tenants with dogs with restrictive breeds and the police being called out 3 times recently, we decided that complex was no longer a safe place for us to live. We ran our lease over the 12 months and paid a large monthly rate for one month to move. I would not recommend living there.

This community is very clean and the management is super nice snd helpfl . As a renter for the first time ? Sarah made me feel comfortable and gave me extra time snd her help ! I love the easy access to everything . The lighting at night is a safe and added plus . Love the two entry gates . Trash pick up is amazing and so easy . I'm really happy in my new home !

It's been okay. Trash can be improved. Don't like paying $25 a month for someone to pick up trash that I can take to the back compactor myself. But it is what it is. There's only 1 trash compactor for the entire apartment complex and when trash valet doesn't get picked up everyday or doesn't get ran everyday, it overfills and the residents have no where to put their trash on the weekends.

Nice clean area close to many restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Pets allowed was a must and parking area well lit is appreciated. Very Safe and comfortable feeling in the complex. Typical apartment tho needs to better insulated between floors.

Dislike the fact that mail or packages aren't delivered to the apt. I'm disabled & it is a burdened. Handicapped parking is too far away & floods out after a heavy rain. Bad when you walk with a Cain.

Beautiful apartments, great community grounds and facilities including a resort style pool, two fitness centres (one is a yoga room with lots of digital class options), and easy for mail and packages to be stored safely. The apartment is new and modern with lovely amenities. All of this makes the price tag worth it. There a lot of dogs in the complex with the occasional barking, but the apartment is surprisingly quiet which we appreciate. Highly recommend.

Beautiful community, excellent staff and maintenance team. We have been very pleased, the community is secure and conveniently located to lots of amenities to include concierge trash pick up. Even with the increase in rent, we believe you get what you pay for and this community provides a lot. Our one and only issue is the enforcement of neighbors leaving their trash in front of their doors. There are only 2 days a week that the concierge service (resident front door-trash pick up) does not pick up, yet trash is still left out during those days until the next pick up time, not a good look. Unfortunately, this impacts the residential experience.

I have enjoyed my time here very much. This complex is pretty quiet and a peaceful place to reside in. The management are wonderful. The place is modern and makes me happy to come home to after work. I actually get excited, as weird as that sounds. The grounds are kept up and the maintenance people are pretty friendly. The pool area is one of the nicest and great to just go and chill, as we have a great huge section with tons of tables and chairs to have a picnic during a hot day at the pool. I love the fact that we are right next to the Crossings and the theater. Very convenient to run and grab something last minute. That's a big perk to me. I think this complex is one of the top two nicest in all of Spring Hill and I would recommend to anyone

The community is generally kept neat and clean. The apartments are nice inside and have many upgraded things. The maintenance staff is good sometimes they aren't good with communication and with people. The pet policy is bad they restrict breeds but people in the community have that breed.

My only complaint is some people can or will not control their dogs. We had a large dog jumped on our car door. No apology for the owner no nothing. The other issue is people not cleaning up after their dogs

Beautiful community, great amenities, WONDERFUL a staff, and EXCELLENT maintenance staff. If you're sensitive to sound there does not seem to be any sound barriers and installation poor as well as windows are too small, not sealed and screens too small.

Great! My roommate and I have only been at this community for a couple of months now, but we have been satisfied with everything so far. For example, we had a problem with our AC unit a month in, I put a maintenance order late one night and by the next morning the problem was resolved.
