The Columns on Main is without a doubt the best apartment complex I have had the pleasure of calling home. The apartments and amenities themselves are a contributing factor. But it's the friendliness and heart of the staff that make the apartment feel like home. From the office staff that goes out of their way to help, to the maintenance staff that keep the place running smoothly, I can't say thank you enough to all of them. Delighted to call this home.

Lies, drugs and green pool

staff is untrustworthy. -signed for $900 worth of packages and swore that they didnt have them -never paid out referral bonus Neighbors love to use drugs and blast music -tons of drug use -constant slamming on floor and blasting music late into night -staff didnt do anything about it. Swimming pool was replaced with tap water and turned green. Still charged us full amenity fees

It was helpful. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for distance wise and appearance wise. It has all the appliances I wanted. It is well kept and even allows me to have my pets. Staff are helpful and friendly as well!

We just moved the the columns on main in Spring Hill Tennessee all the way from Alabama and we have loved it so far! Phillip made is a very easy process and has helped up us along the way! We adore the community and how well it is kept.

Here is a nice area with a nice pool and facilities. Really like sight-walks and landscaping. Good thing is walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. Most of the people is friendly and welcoming.

Not much to say. I couldn't stay in my apartment till almost 2 weeks after move in date due to staples from carpet sticking up and the maintenance crew acted as though nothing could be done. Finally they seen I wasn't playing and they got it done.

Great community and lovely amenities. Never really had a problem with anything related to the apartments or area other than basic everyday things. Very animal friendly and has a great community to get involved with your pet

After a few months living here I have no major complaints, just a lot of minor ones. Price for what you get is reasonable. It is worth noting that many basic amenities have been broken, in repair progress, or not well maintained.

It was great! Very quick and easy to get a tour scheduled. During our tour Phillip showed us 4 different apartments and even showed us a cheaper option that had the floor plan i wanted. We had a little trouble getting approved but phillip followed up with us and got more information and ended up getting us approved through corporate.

All together a good experience, minus a few things not working like the key fob for one of us. Neighbors are nice walls are a little thin but not out of the norm in an apartment. Also the amenities and location are prime.

Horrible, rude office staff. Unfriendly and walking into the office is like walking into a morgue. Maintenance, on the other hand have always been friendly and respectful and reliable. When they got rid of Kevin, the absolute best apartment manager, they destroyed liking here.

Quiet, peaceful, the appliances in the unit i currently stay in are good quality. Havnt had any issues with needing maintenance. We all get along well as a community and the front office staff have been quite helpful.

Has been a great experience, you get what you pay for. Great, safe community, with plenty of perks. The pool, community room, grill area, playground, dog area, and gym, basically your own little town within walking distance of any store needs.

"I moved to Columns Way in 2019 when it was still under construction. I liked the concept and the fact that it is two hours away from my son's place, making weekend visits convenient, and only 45 minutes from my work. Feeling safe was also something I valued about Columns Way., "My experience living here over the years has been lovely. I have met wonderful people who, sadly, are no longer my neighbors because they have moved to their own homes or other places."

when i went to go tour the apartment and get prices. i went home and the next day i applied for the apartment and the price had changed. i was told that the price we talked would be honored if i had a certain move in date. i clicked the date they told me. the date passed and then they accepted my application and changed my move in date. they did not honor the price we talked about and i ended up having to pay more. when i realized the price wasn't the same they said there was nothing they could do because i already signed the lease and placed the blame on me. i don't think thats honest nor is it right.

Overall I am happy with the community,however for a gated community the side entrance gate is left open for long periods of days. There is always trash sitting out of compactor and it's very unsightly.
