I really enjoy living here. I was afraid to move out on my own but I love how safe it feels here. it's in a great area and it's super close to all stores and restaurants. I've never had any issues with anything here!

Great place to live and east to move into. The amenities are the best around and the views are amazing. Garbage pickup is a huge help and nice to have. The pool is always in great shape and having out door grills is always nice

Good community! Beautiful pool! Columns on Main is a great place to live. The buildings and grounds are well kept. Peaceful and beautiful! The rent is high but it's a good complex with great amenities. The location is perfect! Near shopping and everything you might need.

It is a nice quieter place to live. Love the dog park. The fact that no one can smoke or hang ugly crap from their balcony or window panes is really nice. Really not luxury in terms of construction but the design elements definitely give it that luxury feel.

The apartment I live in is set up for handicap. I like living here many things are convent. All the people that work here are very nice and helpful. To give a family atmosphere. For someone like me a senior on a fixed income the rent is too high. Making if difficult to survive financially.

Lovely Modern Apartment Living

Columns on Main Apartments, TN. Lovely apartment, modern interior. Comes with a washer/dryer, fridge and microwave and stove and dishwasher (our single room apartment we rented) Pet friendly which is a huge bonus so you are able to foster or bring your animal with you (additional fees) Complex itself is also beautiful and clean. We never experienced any noise. Ample parking. I can also highly recommend the management and reception staff (Shannon and Lauren) as they are very friendly and always go the extra mile. The complex also often has arranged get togethers to meet other neighbours for those who like to be social. There is also a pool, outside grill area and a gym. For those interested in birding, we also saw bluebirds, cardinals and blue Jays which was a spoil for us!

I enjoy living here. There are regular resident activities both for adults and families. I haven't had any maintenance issues but I did lock myself out of my garage once and they came over and opened for me in a few minutes. The apartments are pretty new so they are much more energy efficient than my last home.

Our apartment was great for the price. Normal neighbor loudness and issues but mostly good. Wish they would talk to residents about not smoking (since it is non smoking) but our neighbor was throwing cigarette butts in the breezeway

The apartment complex look as a new complex. All amenities are in good condition. I selected the smaller apartment and for me and my wife is enough space with good distribution. All process to get the apartment was really fast and flexible.

Staff is mostly very friendly and helpful. Apartments where ckearlyvrushed but are not terrible. Obviously rushed design has led to several problems or issues. The lack of enforcement of the rules or reasons why people chose this complex is the same reason they will leave. Need better vetting process! If people srinknof cigarettes and weed when they come to look at the place they are not going to obey the nonsmoking rules

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are top notch. We had zero issues with the move in process. I like that the pool is open all year round, and that there is a 24 hour gym. It is seconds from all the good eating and stores, and the highway. I would highly recommend the columns on main.
