This apartment community is one of the best I have lived in. And I have lived in 4 different complexes prior to this. Everything is awesome here including the security. I would say there are some walking gates where the gates don't open that could be fixed

Apartment is large and bright withe a good size patio. The Neighbors are friendly and helpful. The refrigerator is ok but doesn't have a water dispenser with a filter. The office staff is nice and helps. The fact zi can walk to the mall is a plus.

The staff is very kind and understanding. Shannon, the property manager, is amazing and she works very hard. The apartment is nice and comfortable with lots of natural lighting. I have made some friends that live in the community through the social gatherings the apt puts on at the clubhouse.

Admin and maintenance staff are all wonderful. Always so very nice in every interaction I have ever had. If their is a issue they are on top of it. The events they put on during the summer are always lots of fun. Thank you guys

Enjoy apartment till rent increased. Noisy neighbors. Charges-made for daily trash pick up when trash not picked up on holidays. Lawn care starts at 0815 every Thursday little early for individuals who sleep later in am due to difficulty sleeping at night.

It's a quiet safe community with lots of activities planned throughout the year definitely a great place to live. The best benefit is being this close to all the shops and food and I work at GM so close to work too

Everything has been first class from our first visit to see the complex through the application process staff was extremely helpful on move in day amenities here are also top notch maintenance was also on top of our only problem

people are very friendly and the overall appearance is inviting. I really like the fact that I feel safe and do not have to worry as much about theft. I also like the fact that delivered packages are kept in a secure area.

This gated rental community is very clean and kept up nicely. The amenities are a plus! It's also very conveniently located to shopping and in a location with minimal traffic. Overall, an ideal apartment complex to reside.

I have had the best time here in the community! Everyone is friendly, the place is clean and the amenities are wonderful! Maintenance crew is superb and staff in office tries to answer questions immediately.

The apartments/ community are clean and look nice. Despite being rather new, it's evident there was some lack of care taken when it was being built and maintained. That said, everything functions and the office and maintenance staff are responsive and helpful.

This community has an amazing location. The apartment has a great space, and it is new. The pool has a great space and it is very funny for the childs. The neighborhood is quiet and is very clean. We love the social area.

I have only been here a week. But is good. The residents seem nice and the area is clean. The staff has always been good. Only thing noticed is the gate is one quite a delay so folks tend to go through more than 1 at a time; sign says one at a time.

So far it's been great. Quiet pet friendly timely and helpful staff. Beautiful amenities CLOSE TO MAJOR HIGHWAYS!! The online payments would be cool to do in advance for rent but otherwise The Columns on Main is solid!

Single, young family, you do not work from home, this is the place for you. Pool is great for the family, BBQ area is a plus as well as the playground. If you work from home this is not the place. Little too much noise during the day.

Leasing office and maintenance team are friendly. Walls are a little thin, so it's easy to hear the residents living above you. Overall, pleasant experience here and it is a nice and safe apartment community.

This is a newer community & the nicest apartment community in Spring Hill by far. I've been very pleased with my experience thus far. I have most things I need pretty much at my fingertips thanks to the great location.

The apartment has exceed our expectations. The staff is amazing. When our dog passed away they gave us flowers. That is just one example of how they go above and beyond. We do not have any complaints living here. We would strongly suggest it to anyone looking for a nice apartment and great community.

We love The Columns on Main. It has been home for a year and a half now and we love all the amenities we have, the staff and maintenance team are the best. Any time we have had an issue, even just a lightbulb change, they are super fast to get on it and super friendly. Any time we have a question the front desk team goes above and beyond to help us out. They are amazing.

It was Great, with only two exceptions, the rent price and um sure it's gonna go up again. and number 2 you can always hear digs barking. Nothing is ever done to get the dogs to stop. Ohh and the dog poop that doesn't get picked up. Which sucks if you have kids that like to run around bc they end up stepping in it.

The apartments are spacious and offer lots of storage options. Finished in the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. My only issue is the community. People litter and refuse to pick up after their dogs. There have been nights where car alarms go off for hours and nothing is done. Trashy bumper stickers litter the parking lot and drunk adults will get in the pool and scream their heads off for no reason. The apartments are very nice. The neighbors are not.

Lovely complex with multiple features that are great if you are single, or even have children dogs. Friendly management that is easy to work with and contact. Location is great if you commute to Nashville. Shopping center within walking distance as well as multiple restaurants.

Routine Maintenance issues are addressed the next day. Office staff is accommodating and helpful. Grounds are kept in an outstanding manner. The apartment had new paint, carpet and flooring when we moved in
