The community is beautiful, the grounds and pool are lovely. The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly! The apartments are modern and it layout is wonderful. The community is quiet, relaxing and safe.

Office staff was very helpful with all my questions and answers willing to take all my calls no matter what time of day it was Maintenance staff was willing to do anything I asked no questions and 100% say that satisfaction guaranteed well definitely recommend friends to move here

I've lived here for three weeks and it Has been great. All staff and maintence staff have been very attentive and very helpful with all my needs. I have also not had any issues with construction workers so it is nice to feel safe even with work being done around me.

Nice apartment good location and affordable. Office staff is friendly and knowledge . Application process is available online and approval turnout is great. Move in was a smooth transition when I arrived keys were ready.

Just moved in, but so far so good. Amenities seem to be great, but can't use them yet do to time restrictions because of COVID. Location is perfect for my wife's drive to Franklin and my drive to Murfreesboro.
